My experience so far is really good. You dont have a surprise on your phone bill theres no extra charges and I do get pretty good service although I will say the service is not the best. I was Verizon before and my monthly bill was extremely high for two phones my one phone is 55 and Im pretty sure if I bring my boyfriend and its only going to be 80 it is always the same . The only thing I could say other than that is that I really dont like my voicemail doesnt work great but I think its my phone.price no surprise tax or anything of that nature. I had their app and I thought the boys home features were great I would have kept it that my phone didnt have enough space and that was really on me hoping to get a different phone soon then Ill be able to make it better accurate review 👌👍
Salesman was very friendly and very helpful. He was very aware safety measures. He wore a mask the whole time i was there. customers were required to wear a mask also. It was all really professional.
Long story, My wife and myself decided to get a new phone for her, it was 6:38 pm, when we got to cricket Matt was there by himself, we knew what we wanted and we have been through the process before, we always use progressive leasing when we purchase phones from cricket, its so much easier, he helped us through the process and didnt rush us out the door. He took the time to make sure everything went smooth and made our experience there stress free, even while dealing with another customer who came in after us. we left at about 7:10 pm thanked us for coming in with a smile. Great service, highly recommend.
Great Customer Services and Great Prices
This location has apparently gone under new management. The staff were incredibly friendly and thorough. They highlighted features off their various phones and really tried to find the right one for me. Only negative was they were running a little low due to a busy week. More phones were coming back in so I am definitely going back to upgrade.

We should never have switched. We had real unlimited before. Didnt have customer service before and still dont. I have a lot of problems with this new phone. I have reported issues appropriately 15 times now either in store or customer service and no help.
Sam was very helpful. After encountering some difficulty with online activation, she was extremely patient and got the issue taken care of for me.
Hardly ever have service, customer service is no help, nothing will load, definitely going to find a different cell service.
