We love the Staff @ Verizon in Harrison. Never too busy to answer questions, or show us everything we need. They have always taken as much time as needed (on several occasions) to break everything down & make sure we are getting the best deal for our family. Erich & Clint are just the absolute best! We have been customers for years and have always left satisfied. My husband literally went in there 6 times wearing Clint and Erich both out on his choice in getting an Apple Watch. Every time very patient and extremely informative and knowledgeable. He finally made up his mind and the boys were there to assist. Yet letting us leave again extremely satisfied. Thanks again guys!

So update! They told me I can pay off the phone and buy more of there junk! Went to a phone repair place and was told couldnt help me. THIS IS THE WHOLE REASON I NEVER WANTED A CONTRACT! CELLULAR COMPANIES ARE NOTHING MORE THAN CROOKS!!!The sold me a plan with a military grade phone. The phone was $300. I had it in a case and laid against it while working on a vehicle and the center button broke the screen and It wont hold a charge. That a great phone if you only need it for 6 MONTHS!

I love this store! This store has had its ups and downs. Theyve had good staff and staff that led me to drop Verizon for several years. The current group is an example of what to do to keep customers coming back. They are knowledgeable, fun, friendly, and fast. If I go to a Verizon store, this is the only one Ill ever go to from now on.

Good store not a single complaint, don’t listen to the other reviews they’re wrong. My family has purchased (all on separate occasions) 3 iPhone 7plus phones from this location with out a single issue. An iPad no problem same staff nic is very nice. We’ve purchased an iPhone X and a droid all with helpful service and friendly behavior

I drive 70 miles to go to the store in Harrison. The Verizon, stores in Mountain Home, are useless. I walked in there with a problem and was out of there in less than 5 minutes.. I used to go to the Verizon store in West Plains, but they screwed up a rebate of $300.00. Great service and fair treatment, in Harrison.

Good rep and fairly quick service, the reason Im giving one star is we can in at 5 and got done with the phone at 5:45, but they wouldnt move my contacts over because they were closing. Well excuse me but I just spent $700 and you wont spend 10 extra minutes moving my contacts over? Absolutely pathetic!

I bought a phone with cash payed 175 dollars, the phone did not work and I wanted my money back. I received 86 dollars back. And was told I had to pay a restocking fee, sales tax and a subscription, all for a phone that did not work to begin with. Fraud!

Had a great experience at the Harrison store. Wayne helped us out a lot. He was very patient, and answered all our questions. We drove to Harrison from Mountain Home, as the Mountain Home store didnt seem to care about anything but iPhones and Samsungs. It was well worth the drive to Harrison for excellent customer service. Would highly recommend them..

Very disappointed, weve been with them 21 years and customer service has went down hill majorly. We have had no data for over a month, and constantly dropping calls. Remind you I have a business account with 5 lines and pay one of the top plans, and I had one member of their team that was a complete smart aleck to us, was very unprofessional. Especially considering how long weve been with them. And what amazed me at the end of our visit, was we were letting them know that we needed to pay our bill and NOT one time did they say, no lets fix this first or offer any kind of discount, NOTHING!!!! So Ive not been able to use data at all nor hardly talk on the phone, but your just fine for making me pay for it??!! They really need to realize some of the staff is not very healthy for them and their business, we will be switching companies soon!!! This isnt the only occurrence, its been gradually getting worse over the past 6-8 months now.

This is by far the worst store for customer service! The people are rude and basically call you a liar. And unfortunately, it is not just one staff member but several of them. They are no help and will direct you to someone else so they do not have to worry about helping you or fixing your problem. Such a shame. With Branson so close PLEASE take my advice and go somewhere else!

You hadnt the phone I previously baught, and your representative was rude and pushy trying to get me to spend more on a phone I did not want. I really like the Verizon store it is excellently setup. I have encountered a few employees that I wouldnt say are up to par with my standards of a Salesman but thats okay they werent necessarily bad either. They lost the star because I have seen on numerous occasions some of their items not being on even though they were available to look at such as their watches and stuff. The phone I got doesnt seem to work quite right so Im going to have to take it back but they did offer for me to restart it and if it didnt work still to replace it. The first cells employee I got when I started with Verizon was so excellent he did a really good job. The second one I encountered on the phone not so much seem like his attention will split but Im sure they were busy and I can understand the pressure although I do have a hard time understanding why customers on the phone are less important than customers in the store considering the phone call from an active customer is obviously someone youre getting money from you should still treat them with the same amount of respect. He wasnt mean or anything but he did cut me short and tell me he had to get off the phone which was pretty odd or rude but I accepted it. Third one seemed really bored at his shop kind of talk slow and didnt really interact a lot but my boyfriend liked him fine so it could just be a Personality Clash for me. He did offer us all the sales and advice we needed. I personally like a high-energy salesperson who is able to tell me everything I need to know quickly and help me move through my decisions fast this one was kind of slow. Then the next man we talked to we came in just to ask some questions and he kept us waiting for an extremely long time and Im not quite sure why maybe we were in line or something but that was a really long wait I have no idea why. He also seemed to rub my boyfriend wrong as much as he did me although I will say he was friendly enough but also kind of unenthusiastic all around. There are several there I havent met but have seen and I think that they seem to be pretty excellent customer service but I couldnt tell you for sure they are open pretty late I think thats great I dont like that theyre not open early to though they dont open until 10 in the morning and there are moments that I need to go to a business at 7 or 6 even and theres no way possible I could get in at 10. Stars Verizon service plans they have something to be lacking theyre really not that affordable expecially stacked against straight talk. Which is what I used to have and TracFone price-wise They Dont Really compare quite as good but I will say the service is Light Years better than those two companies. I used to not have a problem having poor customer service because I always thought I could fix every problem myself until I didnt and lost the phone and important phone calls because the customer service sent me in circles from my former phone companies so to me it is priceless now to have customer service so unless you just have no important things you need to get to its good to have a reliable company like Verizon. They even come with their own downloadable app where you can get customer service on your phone right away thats pretty cool. I also love that they let us build our expenses month almost later so we had time to save and get ready to pay the bill thats how a good business works. I have pretty good credit so I have a feeling we may have had to pay some down if I hadnt of so also maybe consider having good credit before you go buy a phone from these type of company. Hopefully this is been helpful
