I needed something in a pinch it was out of stock at every store within a hundred miles of me so I ordered online pay the extra $99 for expedited shipping. They said it would arrive in two to three business days todays the 3rd and it still hasnt arrived. Dont fall for the expedited shipping.

Its just our local games store. You can often get better deals at Walmart or online. The staff is nice and the store is clean. Parking can be an issue if its busy since its in a strip mall parking lot.

Love the employees at this location, theyre very helpful and will listen to what type of game your looking for and help you find it. They are always up to talk about different games and get reviews on what the customer thinks! Will always go here for any nerd needs that I might have in the future.

I was very satisfied with the GameStop staff. I asked for two games and two controllers which they found efficiently and effectively. I strongly recommend that if you are looking for a good place go to GameStop, they have a variety of games and controllers plus other things your might want

I go here to get cheap used games or game accessories. This is about the only place in Harrison to be able to get things like that. If you wanted to sell or trade in I wouldnt go here to get a good price but then again they cant pay to much and still sell a a low price so its a trade off. They refurbished all of their used stuff and thats how they give the best deals at a cheap price. The people are somewhat friendly and fairly knowledgeable. Also, you can accumulate points If you get their power points card. I have used my points for coupons and a gamer turtle beach headset.

Its relatively small for a GameStop but its sufficient.the staff is really pretty friendly and they usually are willing to help

Nice little game store. I have mixed feelings on the staff. Ive encountered some that are very friendly and a couple that acted like they would rather be anywhere else in the world than there talking to me.

Its a good place to buy games but not if you want to sell them.

One of the best Gamestop businesses Ive ever been to. The employees here remember their customers, and what their customers prefer. This is how a business should be ran.

Depending on who is working, it can be an enjoyable experience. Sometimes though some of the dudes working there can be dicks, but I think theyve been mainly replaced.

Employees provide comprehensive and quick service and are honest about the products. Theyll let you know how the reviews for a new or old game are rating.

Great. Even on Black Friday sales, the team was amazing.

Fair prices if youre a power up member. Trade ins are a rip off, they dont give what they are worth.

Charged me higher price than what they had the items priced at, had to wait for service, and the game card received was filthy

Im glad this is not the Gamestop in my home town. We bought several things from this came stop, however we had lots of questions about other products and the staff were not very helpful at all. They either did not know the answers to our questions or they would give very short answers and go back to talking to each other. They never came out from behind the counter to assist or engage with customers.

The cashier didnt know anything about black Friday sales. As far as he knew they werent having one, but they clearly have an ad with all the sales and even told us some items that showed were on sale, were NOT going to be on sale.

Offers almost any consol game/add-on/accessory you could think of, not much for PC options aside from a headset or steam wallet card. Though sometimes crowded it has friendly staff, one of the redeeming qualities of the GameStop brand
