We had a great experience with our first repair and state inspection, wherein this shop fixed most of a diverse list of issues in a timely and affordable way, communicated well all along, and did not take advantage of us by doing a major, costly repair we thought we needed (windshield re-install) when they discovered a minor fix (cleaning out a drain tube from the sunroof) could solve the problem. They also found an important repair in need of doing (wheel bearing/hub) that we had thought was a minor annoyance (brake caliper). We feel we can trust them. Saul and family seem to be running a strong business that lives up to its name. Weve been looking for a dependable replacement for our former mechanics who retired, and we think weve found it!

Saul is awesome! Extremely friendly and caring customer service. Very fair pricing. Talked us through each part of the repair needed (broken tail light) and performed required quarterly maintenance on Mercedes. Even vacuumed and cleaned my car!! I’ve found my new auto mechanic in town for sure!!

Quick, professional, friendly, gave me an honest assessment, kept me updated on the status of my vehicle regularly, and was just overall great to work with. I had my problem fixed cheaply and quickly and with a high degree of quality, and I definitely plan on coming back the next time I need auto service in the valley.

Saul and his staff were great and very accommodating to my needs. I had to be towed in and they were able to squeeze me in and diagnose and repair the problem within the same day.

After traveling from Fayetteville, NC on Saturday July 31, and seeing the temperature gauge climb, you can imagine the feelings going through my head as we were approximately100 miles away form our destination. I was able to limp along as we were in the mountains of Virginia. When I was referred to Mr. Ramirez by a friend, and then when I was able to get the vehicle to your shop, I was relieved. I felt comfortable, and was dealt with respectfully and professionally. They repaired the vehicle by fixing the small items FIRST! I was expecting the worst, as I know a little about coolant systems. Turns out it was the thermostat! I dont have to tell you how many have had that problem, and were taken to the cleaners buy being told it was the water pump, or a blown head gasket! This is the best shop to go to! He always gets you in super fast (the next day if not that day), he works around your schedule, and is the nicest person ever. I come to him with all my car problems including electrical, inspections, and weird sounds and he has fixed every single one of them quickly. I bought my car to this shop to get the inspection done on my car. They have quality service and show a grade of professionalism lacking in other shops around town. It’s says it all in the name of the shop “Integrity Auto Service.” The word integrity means “ the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness.” The mechanics here are very honest and will do the best work possible on your vehicle. You can count on that. They are very professional and I trust all my car needs with them. I highly recommend them.

Great people running the show here. Not only cheaper than other shops I looked into, but seem to do better work as well. They wont rip you off—if youre worried that a mechanic around town is overcharging you for something, go to Saul.

I was denied a state inspection sticker for my Avalon at the dealership where I purchased the car. They told me I needed a third brake light assembly repair or replacement to the tune of $220 for the repair or $400+ for a replacement. I said no thanks and brought my car here to Integrity. Saul told me about and showed me a perfectly working third brake light and I got my sticker.Was someone trying to take advantage of me at the dealership? Hmmmm....I will never take my car anywhere else again. I believe Saul to be fair and honest. I trust him.

I cannot say enough good things about this establishment! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. I was parked at the wrong door, and the owner came over to show me where to go, while waiting, I sat in the very comfortable waiting area (even has a couch), he checked in a few times. I asked him about an inspection, he was leaving at 3 o clock but STAYED OVER to do my inspection. I will be recommending to anyone I know who needs work done.

Excellent work done by Saul working on my car. I was concerned about the price due to the amout of time it was taking on the repair. When finished, he came out explained the situation to me and gave me two options. He told me which was the best way to go at this time, which was the cheapest for me. Who does that today? Instead of telling me he had to replace this part and charging me for more labor, he was honest and told me what he thought, which way I should go. He did tell me I may have to get those parts later, but why do it now if they are not needed. That my friends is INTEGRITY. The bill was more then fair. I have found my auto shop.

I take care of all minor repairs and regular maintenance on my vehicles. Ive trusted Saul and Orbe for at least the last 15 years (prior to this shop), if Ive needed either a major repair or an expert. They have lots of experience, are prompt with their services, and are very trustworthy. They live up to their name and are definitely the best value in town.

Weve dealt with Saul for a few years and has never steered us wrong and has always taken care of us. My jeep needed radiator repair as well as my A/C and he knocked it out in 48 hrs when we didnt have to. He wont tell you need this or that when you dont. He tells you what you actually need.
