Very quick service and reasonable prices

Everything seemed to go well with my routine service until I got home and discovered a problem. An access panel that had been removed to do a recall service had not been replaced. Then I discovered that a 12v outlet that was part of the recalled circuitry, and which had been working just fine before I took the car in, now was not working. So I need to make another trip to the service center (an hour each way) to get it fixed. Better quality control needed!

The service manager Matt is very professional and customer oriented he runs a well organized department which enables quick turnaround time on your service so dropping off or leaving really isnt necessary . His whole staff, from the technicians, service personal and cashiers are exceptional....always professional and extremely nice which is a true refection of Matts management style ... FYI good people will not work for bad management. . So big Kudos to MattThank you to the whole team at Harrisonburg Honda Service !!! I am a truly satisfied customer. :)
