Carlton st location- arrived with no customers in the lot(went while my son was at football practice so on a time limit) there was a sign on the door about bathroom breaks and returning @2:45pm and as soon as I got my daughter out of the car and turned around I saw a person walking away…I walked up to the door the person inside had locked the door and scribbled out the 2:45 and wrote be back @5:55pm….we arrived at 5:35pm and 3other customers pulled in as well

The Elkton store is terrible with their hours! Says the could close between 3 & 6 due to slow business..I’ve went 3 times before 3 and they were closed! Went today around 1 and was a sign on the door closed due to an emergency maybe open at 4:30??! Went back at 6..guess what? No one was there! People do work during the day..so it seems they should open later & stay later in the afternoon! Hopefully someone will be there tomorrow!

Was in the carlton street location today.My friend bought a new phone 3 days ago.The phone had an issue she taken it back they refused to refund her money.So in process getting better business on this matter.I have boost mobile myself but seriously thinking about switching to another carrier since not an honest store with no customer service.The only service was to sell the phone but a very bad customer service at the Carlton street location.So if your considering this store think twice.

My replacement phone worked for 54 days before doing the same thing as my previous one. Because it was a replacement, you wouldnt get me another.I have had a stylo 3, then a new stylo 4.Then replacement 4.I have never thought that Boost was a good co. Now I have proof.I will NEVER deal with them again!

My wife purchased a phone plan at the Carlton Street location and was clear that she only wanted a new plan and phone. The clerk secretly rang her up for a pop socket and put it in the bag. This is a very unethical practice and that location hangs up every time we try to call it. Buyer beware.

Im not a fan of boost mobile stores at all. Its nothing personal against the staff. The franchisee makes all these unnecessary costs and taxes. The staff was nice and she did take care of my needs. Much better than it was in the past

Went in asking about the plans they had to offer. One sounded like a good idea so I went with it. I told the lady multiple times that I wanted to keep my iPhone and she went along with it. She then activated my number and charged me for an older model iPhone and said my old iPhone 10 was not compatible. Not only did they try and sell me the iPhone 7 they also made me pay $67 to relise my number back to the old company. Very frustrating!

My friend called the store to ask about deals going on with this location and the woman who answered was totally unprofessional and disrespectful. She wouldnt let him say what he was trying to say she quickly interupted and he was going to explain that he wants to switch. After this hes not and wouldnt recommend this store if it were the last remaining! It you want business, treat your customers with respect and dont interrupt them. You really hurt your business because hes fiance funded a multimillion dollar app and owns a few but businesses but is out of town on business until May. His Mom and She Dad have heart trouble and diabetes and not a phone right now... I hope you make better decisions and planning for your customers. I would recommend Cricket Wireless because Luis offers a great store with great deals. Plus you can add hotspot for 5 bucks addons>>>100

BAAAAAD Boost Mobile...While some of your employees are really great, there are a few who lack empathy and customer care. But even WORSE, is the company wide policy on returns.I purchased a $25 on the go battery charger. There are no signs ANYWHERE in the store that state that there are NO REFUNDS on ANY products they sell. So, after you purchase, you have to be one of those rare people who actually reads all of the fine print at the bottom of the receipt. Not only does it say NO REFUNDS in the fine print, but even if they sell you a DEFECTIVE PRODUCT they will not give you a refund or exchange for one that works IF AFTER TWO DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE. My charger spent 24 hours charging and didnt work properly. The next day I charged it again thinking I must have not plugged it in properly. That next day I tried it and GUESS WHAT? Not only did it not work but now it was past the EXCHANGE period (which I didnt see in fine print at written microscopically on the bottom of the receipt). They had the nerve (that is, the Boost Mobile Company) to tell me that they would not even exchange it for a working one and that it was MY FAULT for not taking in back in time. The manager acted as though I was stupid for even asking, and even she didnt know the exact policy as written on the receipt.I asked to speak to the regional manager who oversees that store and I was told that they will not give out the name or phone number. The manager told me to leave MY NAME and NUMBER (again, that is disrespectful to the customer) and she would give it to her. Guess who NEVER got a PHONE CALL BACK???This policy takes advantage of the MANY immigrants who use Boost Mobile in my area. The receipt is written in English and cannot be known until after the transaction. SPREAD THE WORD--BOOST MOBILE DOESNT RESPECT CUSTOMERS AS MUCH AS THEY PROTECT THEMSELVES AND THE PEOPLE WHO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS. THIS IS THE WORST SORT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN INDUSTRY LOW STANDARD.

Ok so I like boost but dont think its fair we get charged $3 extra if we pay in the store as opposed to over the phone. For the most part though the service is pretty good for the price.

Paid 114.00 for a phone thats offered online by Boost for 60.00. Also was told I could activate and swap device online then told it was difficult and would be better to pay the 25.00 fee. Which was waived in the end. The guy,Christian who waited on me had a gatorade he was drinking in my face was having a gaming conversation with another customer while waiting on me I felt almost in the way. Also failed to give me my receipt so I had to return for that. Music was loud and annoying as well.

Wouldnt go here if you need to make a return they have a thief policy some one I know used my money and didnt mean to purchase a phone and I cant get my money back by returning it what bunch of crooks. Ill be going to Walmart from now on were I can get my money back if needed!

I was just there to pay my phone bill at 5oclock today.on your store front it says 6 oclock when you close that is the same as Google says. I Wont be a costumer at this store the rest of my life. The worker was in there looking at me and wouldnt help me the open sign was in and flashing.

I walked in the store and the lady behind the counter screamed from behind the counter you must wear a mask in our store. store was almost empty except the loud mouth lady. I walked out and went to t mobile. you just lost a $1500 sale. you might want to watch how you scream at paying customers.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had in supposedly costumer service. The workers were extremely rude and actually refused to accept the payment I was attempting to make. I can not believe boost allows their employees to behave this wayEdit** The generic response given is just as disappointing as my experience in this store. I would like to please speak with the district manager, as I was told by the very rude employees there is no store manager. Only the district manager, whom they refused to give me contact info for. Thank you
