Went in to get to get screen replaced for a iPhone with a stripped bolt. And the guy was still able to fix it no problem within 20 minutes. If you got any sort of problem. Go there and ask for Bebik. He’s the man!

Bought a case and was offered a screen protector. Case did not operate volume buttons correctly and screen protector was not even for my phone. Didnt realize Id been scammed until I got home. Spent $43 at this place. Do not trust!

When the battery in my four year old phone overheated and busted my screen I took it to Ifixit. Once the parts came in and after a 45-minute wait my phone is as good as new. Thanks guys! Great service!

Things I once thought was impossible is possible at this place. I had a phone that was ran over by many vehicles. I wasn’t too concerned about the phone but the photos and messages where important. I had voicemail left from my late grandpa. I had photos of my kids and messages from my friends that are far away.They were not only understanding of my situation but went out of their way to get my information out of the device. Thought the phone wasn’t fully reparable (bent board, frame etc) they got all of the info I needed out of it.I’m grateful to have found you guys.Downtown repair store was no help nor was other smaller guys around town.I highly recommend Ifixt to everyone!

They fixed a cracked screen and had lots of problems with screen going haywire and apps opening on their own. I went back the next day, was only one tech and an hour wait. I went back the following day and same wait. I asked if I could schedule an appointment because I cant wait an hour before they can start working it. The rep didnt seem to have an answer and wasnt sure. Please do right for your clients and schedule appointments. Its not that hard to give good service.

Wish I could give them 4.5. They seemed very knowledgeable. Had my chargeport replaced and its working very well.

Had iPhone X fixed here said they use oem parts.....that’s far from the truth. They charge for oem parts but use cheap knock offs. My iPhone X now has a huge bottom bezel. The color of photos change when u tilt the phone from side to side. Wish I never went to them as they have ruined my iPhone.

At first, I had a terrible experience. My daughter spoke to a lady to get her screen fixed, and a lady told er $80. We then called in to verify, and another man said $119, and could only go to $110 after we told him what we were originally told. I asked him to call the manager, or to have the manager call me, but nothing ever happened. I then went to the internet and saw that the screen replacement on the web site was $79.99 in which I reached out to them on facebook and they honored that price. I went to the location, and the young lady said not problem, and also honored that price after I showed her the message on facebook. She was very nice. She did as I request and am happy with the results. My advice is to make sure you get confirmation on situations like this so you wont have to face the same circumstances. I do want to thank the young lady who assisted me with no problem.

I fixed my broken screen on October 9th, and I fell it after three days. Is that screen such fragile that I just fell one time and even the touch screen doesnt work?!!!so I went back to the store and they said they can charge $110 (regular price was $125) to fix it again.So I went to another store, the technicians told me who fixed it last time forgot to put three screws back(2 screws below and another screw inside)!!!!!!so the screen and phone was opened,when it fell and the touch screen doesnt work, they make it easier to break. I send email to them,but they dont want to deal with it, keep asking me go to their store again, thats ridiculous! I already fixed my phone and bought a new screws and wasted more money.WHAT CAN YOU GUYS DO FOR ME?

I wish I could give this place negative stars! A bunch of con artists. Got an iPhone 7 repaired here and the same day the screen was not on all the way and it had lines through, we did not notice until home so took it back over and they said it wasn’t their problem and wanted more money to fix what they broke! Filling a report with the b.b.b I will do everything in my power to make sure these guys go out of business!

Had phone repaired and experienced problems within the warranty period . Returned to the kiosk in the mall and the employee explained to me that they do have authority to repair under warranty, he would need to call manager/owner. I asked if he could call as I use my phone for work and usability of phone was deteriorating quickly. Both owners refused to speak to me by phone while at the kiosk. Will not use again.

I wish the stars went into the negatives! I came to them to have a broken screen replaced.. Had the screen replaced and now my phone wont even cut on! Was told they couldnt figure out what happened & got a refund.. Lost ALL of my pictures from my children being born & am devastated with the result! I will NEVER recommend these people! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are excellent only at ripping people off. Had my phone screen replaced 19 days later the lcd went bad, the phone had no physical damage, one of the employees even certified when I dropped it off that it had not been dropped and it would be ready by 2pm the next day. The manager comes in and decides its been dropped and broken which voids the warranty. This company is a bunch of con artists who never stand behind their work. I contacted a lawyer and am filling legal action and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, if anyone else has had problems please message me the more the better for the legal action! Beware people, it may be 50 more to go to Gadet town but so worth it.

These people screwed up my phone and then would not fix it! They replaced the LCD with one that was faulty and tightened the internal screws too much and the screen cracked in less than 48 hours. They would not fix it right, refund any amount of the $125.00, or even put my previous (uncracked) LCD back on it so I could get it fixed properly through the Apple Store. AVOID THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS! Its not worth it! SCAM!!

Took my husbands phone in for a cracked screen on 9/09. The crack was on the top right corner down onto the screen maybe an inch. The usability was perfectly fine but... it’s a crack and it needed fixed. Dropped it off and returned in 30 minutes as we were directed. Upon pick up we were told there were two stripes down the screen and what they needed to fix it would be in the next day. They would fix it again free of charge and to just stop by that following day on Monday. A small hassle but things happen. Not a big deal. That night we notice those stripes made typing on the keyboard difficult using other things on the touch screen. Came in the next day and dropped my husbands phone off again and was told yet again 30-40 minutes and he remembered me. Done some shopping at Ulta and swing back by. The man begins to tell me that he doesn’t know why the home button doesn’t work but that he thinks it was broke when I handed it to him. When I dropped it off I had used the home button fine to unlock the phone so there’s is absolutely NO WAY it was broke when I handed it over. He begins to to tell me I can take it as is with a refund or leave it overnight and an Apple guy that comes through will fix it. I could come back by yet AGAIN to pick it up. I’m irritated at the insinuation that we had broke it to begin with but my husband needs this phone for work and I give in and say ok I’ll be back by the following day. I go back in around noon to pick up the phone to see no one there but one collage age girl who seems to not even know the situation. She says oh well we have to send the phone to Apple. This process she thinks takes 2-3 weeks. No, the phone was suppose to be ready! I chose to just take the phone and leave this time. Come to find out when they “repaired” the screen they had to take the back of the phone off and had actually ripped apart some connectors inside. This is why our home button does not work. We later found out it also made our camera useless as well. We will be calling for a FULL refund and they better be paying for the bill to have it properly fixed from a reputable place. These people have zero idea what they’re doing needless to say. We took our phone in for a small crack and come home twice with a phone that was worse off than we handed it to them. A barely usable keyboard and then no home button or camera but hey... our crack is gone right? Stay VeRy FAR AWAY from this place. We have had this phone for 3 months...

Original review: Fine for fashion accessories, they have a cute selection. Also, they may be able to help with software issues, I dont know. But if you have a hardware problem iFixit in Harrisonburg is not a good choice! I just needed a charger port put in. They said 3-5 days so I gave them my phone, waited 5 days and went back. They said it was not finished. I said I would wait. The same person said he was going home to get it. When he got back, he handed me the phone saying he had replaced the port, but it was not working. I noted that the casing was permanently damaged beside the port and that the port looked burned out. He said it was flux in there and condescendingly asked if I didnt know what flux is. So...he tested it without cleaning the flux off? And about the damage where it looked like the case had been pried apart with a screwdriver, he said defensively, I dont know what you are talking about, there is no damage. without even looking at it. I questioned if he had even replaced the port. He became defensive again and seeming to be looking for a reason to get rid of the whole job, said because I accused him of lying he was not going to try another port to see if it would work and gave me the $20 deposit back. Well I took it to another tech across town. When the experienced tech opened it up he noticed that some components had been scraped off the board, not surprisingly very near the same spot where I had tried to point out the pry damage on the casing. The second tech was surprised by this messy work. In about 20 minutes he had put another port on the phone, but because of the damage by iFixt, he was unable to get the phone to work even enough to retrieve my data. It seems that the guys at iFixt do not have appropriate tools or experience to fix hardware problems. Go to someone with more experience and a real shop. I hope others do not make this mistake and have their phone destroyed.Updated 10/19: The response which cannot even get my name correct is multiple lies which amplifies the insult of this business exponentially. The phone, which went in with only a charger port problem, was not able to be powered up by an experienced tech, even with another battery, after ifix it had it. I was not in any hurry, the job was rejected in an attitude of defensiveness when I pointed out the visible damage. I was lied to in person and now the response is more lies. I cannot stand being lied to or being lied about. Photos and other documents lost forever because of false claims of ability to fix. Avoid this corrupt business!

IFixt in valley mall Harrisonburg did really job and they really have great warranty policy...

Paid over $200 to get my phone fixed and two days later theres already a crack in the screen. the phone is not handled roughly in any way. Meaning its either a fake Samsung screen or wasnt put on properly. I called to ask them about it and they said that a crack voids the warranty and they cant fix it for me even though its their fault. Dont go here unless you want to get scammed.

Went and got my shattered screen fixed - worked well but then the screen would start glitching up, pressing random keys, opening random apps, etc. Went back in with receipt to get it fixed (they re-fixed it for free) and it seems to be working fine now. Worth giving it a try.
