Had a pleasant and great experience at Reed’s Audio Shop I came in to get my stereo installed and Reed did just that we were able to retain the factory back up camera and even get the steering wheel control functions to work perfectly. Thanks Reed great guy and great conversation will revisit in the future for future projects. Highly Recommend!!!!

Highly recommended!!! Not only did Reed have the internal personnel savvy skills, he had excellent customer service. He installed a remote start in my car and I couldn’t be happier... I just had to come back and get that stereo I wanted. And hell I plan to go back to get amps in my car...For some boom boom! Not only did he do it in a timely fashion his passion to do what he does radiated when I picked up my car. Five stars for sure!

Reed is awesome! Changed my old Mustang stereo system, talked me out of a super expensive system and guided me towards one that fit my needs perfectly (and much easier on the wallet). When my Dodge Ram got torn up inside, Reed changed all the carpets, put in a new seat. Killer! Great guy, fantastic work, very reasonably priced, old fashioned honesty...totally recommend!

Awesome place to get work done!! We took my Jeep in for a new remote start because the place that installed my old one did a really bad job and it barely ever worked. When we went here, all of our questions were answered and we saw the new system and got an explanation on how it would be installed. Since Reed had to wire the remote start through the Jeep, he offered to hook up the wire to my dash cam as well so that it wouldnt be hanging in front of my radio anymore. Reed is honest, trustworthy, and he puts a lot of care into the work he does. I would definitely do business here again!!

Reed did an awesome job on my F-150. He recommended some Rockford Fosgate speakers to match a Kicker VSS upgrade I was planning. He took his time installing everything, including sound wash in the doors. After a few days, I had a killer sound system with no evidence of any modification. Awesome job! Thanks Reed.

I have used Reed Audio Systems now twice and both times he has exceeded our expectations with services provided from start to finish. STAY AWAY!This man is dishonest, unreliable, and unstable! Definition of a con artist.Many have been surprised he has been in business for the years he has been. Tread carefully if you wish to trust your safety in the hands of this man and in his work within your vehicle!It is evident by this owners responses to his customers that he has no respect for his customers. He threatens them and puts blame onto factors that arent valid. He obviously takes no faults and does not own up to his threatening behavior or actions.

Reed is the best! Installed new speakers in my daughters Honda After the dealer jerked me around it was great to meet Reed. Straight shooter...quoted a fair price and did the installation well within the time quoted. Hes been there 26 years, so hes doing something right! And he does way more than just audio. Glad I found Reed to install my audio system into a restored 1966 Chevy c10, I call it Red Truck. My main concern was to have the system be invisible and not take away from the look of the restored truck.Aside from the fact that I hear tunes now when I roll there is no other sign of the audio system! My parents hired Reed Audio to fix a computer issue with my Infiniti G35. The car is driveable but there are still some of the same electronics issues that were occurring and were asked to be fixed at the time. Not all of the issues were resolved but the price was still the same. Should have been cheaper based upon the limited function in the very least. The reply is pretty comical. I wrote this review originally a year ago and this company just responded to me. The problem was not with my radio. I was told by this company that there was a computer issue that will spread and the car wont be driveable. The radio wasnt the concern at all. Good try though.
