The other AutoZone on Hawthorne Blvd/118th St. called this store for me and sent me here to get a new battery installed, since they didnt have it in stock. I guess what this location says to other stores is different from what they actually do for customers, because when I arrived less than 10 minutes after the other location called, they wouldnt change it out for me. They dont close for another 2.5 hours, but I guess it was an inconvenience to the staff. I would have given the guy some money to put it in.Since I dont have tools and want to recycle the old battery, theres no reason to buy one here. Parts only, no service.

Clueless manager must’ve lied on his resume.I can’t believe he even wanted argue. He swore up and down that the front main seal is not the same one that comes in the timing cover gasket set.I even tried pointing at the part in the picture for him and i asked “you’re telling me this seal is not a front main seal for the crankshaft?”.. Sure enough he disagreed with me so i had to tell him to just charge me for what i asked for so i can be on my way.I opened the box in the parking lot to fit it in my backpack and wouldn’t you know? CRANKSHAFT FRONT SEAL is written on the box AND is present inside.This manager truly tried to argue his point across even though HE WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. Spreading uncertainty and disinformation to Autozone customers

They do FREE checks for Check Engine light and FREE battery charges. Be aware: batteries must have a small charge or it cant be charged up. Completely dead batteries are useless.

Customer service is excellent. They helped to find the proper model of my car and helped me to find the proper window motor regulator which I was able to install myself which saved me hundreds but it was a lot of work to figure it out! The employee also helped me to find the proper door mounting pegs for my vehicle.They also allowed me to return an item that was not the right thing for my car. I would definitely recommend them, they are super helpful. Also the window motor regulator I bought came with a life-time warranty and it was cheap to buy. :)

Last week when it was raining really bad I stopped in to get windshield wipers because mine were thrashed. I was running late for an appointment and really dont know how to replace them really easily. Marlene went above and beyond! She came out in the rain and changed them for me in under a minute. Very helpful staff! I needed only a small fuse for a car charger, or so I thought. The person who helped me appeared to be a manager, showed me how to seat the fuse properly, and I was on my way. Couldnt have been nicer or more helpful. Ill definitely return for a purchase next time!

Their prices are okay. Its the closest auto parts store around me that I like. Dont go to pep boys, they are always understaffed amd even with one person ahead of you youll be waiting a while. I like that they let you do work on your car in the parking lot. I only need to spend $20 or over once more to get the $20 back from their rewards club.

I just had a great experience here. I came in to get my cars battery checked. The gentleman came out and tested the battery and then proceeded to give a diagnosis on the issue. He went above and beyond and was very helpful in determining the issue Im having with my vehicle.

Wish the still had the books to look up headlight bulbs and wiper blade sizes. Going to counter for them to look it up on the computer is silly and wastes time. Out of windshield wiper fluid, but I guess the end of the world skies from the fires is an excuse.

Bought windshield wipers there. The sales rep ( I believe his name is Trong) did a great job in locating the ones I wanted and even installed them while showing me how to for next time. I tried to offer him money for the installation but he vehemently refused. Hes an awesome guy!

Went in for Windshield washer fluid, staff were helpful from when the door opened. only reason for 1 vs 5 stars...I didnt know I would need more that one Gallon, and would have purchased more if I had been advised that some models, if empty may hold more that one gallon. Ill go back though as I really liked the service.

Well this goes for a few other locations of Auto Zone. Their workers are slow, they really dont want to help. I ask for something and they try to sell me something else. They need some customer service training and learn about automotive parts and supplies. Its bad enough we have to stand in lines with masks on but they really make you wait.

Super friendly staff, they went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for! I came in 10 minutes-to-close and they were patient with me and helped me find the trim removal tool that I needed, I really appreciated the personal attention that I received and the patience from the two staff members that helped me out.

I dealt with a very rude employee there. He was unpleasant because when i first arrived and asked him for help he gave me attitude. After asking for a different employee to help me he gave me a mean look and walked away. The second employee that helped me was much more pleasant and helpful and i appreciate the good ones that are left.

I came to autozone to warranty my optima battery. The autozone I went on Pico charged me a different battery than the one I was given. Sergio provided me with the information and even though the other autozone made a mistake, Sergio took care of me.

Great customer service. The guy behind the counter even helped me switch out the bulbs for my brake lights. Ive always had good customer service at this location.

I like AutoZone because they have that rewards program. Basically you get one point for every twenty dollars you spend and at five points (basically a hundred dollars) you get a twenty dollar credit towards your next purchase so its basically like a big twenty percent off coupon if you play your cards right. Usually has what I need for most makes of cars.

Sergio and Jurenal provided the highest level of customer services!!! If you shop at autozone and your not coming to the 137 and Hawthorne location, you are cheating yourself!Came in with a dead battery and Sergio and Jurenal both hooked me up on the spot

Was not having the greatest day. The battery on my car had gone bad; I had gone to three other places to get a replacement for my battery, each more expensive than the next; finally get to autozone and the staff member, Sergio, was so helpful. Found the same battery for a reasonable price and as a courtesy swapped out my battery for me. The customer service I received at this store made all the difference in my day. Always going here from now for any of my automotive needs.

With these places it all depends which one you go to just because some of employees are helpful and knowledgeable, in some cases their just not helpful at all or maybe you just have to approach them the right way but even though youll probably just get bs customer service so good luck.

Had what I needed and customer service was great... Charged my battery after I bought it as I dont have the proper charger.

Went and bought a serpentine from this store last night, gave me the wrong size went to return it today and they said they didnt sale it their. If I could give a -5 star I would. They dont even deserve one star. Go to complete plus.

I usually like Auto Zone, but this time, I went in on a Saturday afternoon and was literally the only customer in the store for approximately 10 minutes. I was looking for lense repair tape and could not find it. All the employees (more than 5) were all huddled behind the counter laughing and talking. No one asked if I needed help and every once in a while one of them would look up when I passed the counter.Suddenly three customers came in back to back and was immediately assisted. The fourth customer that walked in was looking for the same thing I was, but unlike me someone asked if he needed help. He told the guy what he was looking for and the guy says, Oh, we temporarily placed it over here because we are stocking the shelves. The customer looks at me and says, They were hiding it from you and laughed. The clerk says, Im sorry is that what you were looking for, you should have asked. Before I could say anything the customer said, You didnt wait for me to ask, you walked over to me. I told the customer that it was ok but Id never get those 10 minutes of my life back.Then it happened, he (the clerk) and his coworkers went on the defensive and started trying to justify their behavior.Maybe I should give them 5 stars because they did give me a 20% discount for my trouble. Mighty big of them and I am thankful for my discount on an item that costs $4.71. I wonder what Im going to buy with all my savings.
