EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICEI purchased a Varis Bumper for my Evo X you which usually takes about 8 months to receive because it comes from Japan. Luckily they pre order them so I only wait 3 months which is very very fast. When I received the bumper it did have a minor crack in it, none of this was their fault though. The freight company the bumper was shipped through by Japan I assume accidentally did the damage. I was bumped out but I called bulletproof automotive and basically did everything for me, all I had to do is get a quote from any auto body shop of my choice and they called the freight company not me! All I did was send pictures the damage and after it was fixed. They did have some difficulties getting my reimbursement from the freight company therefore bulletproof automotive decided to just pay me themselves and they could handle the rest in getting the money back from the freight company so I wouldn’t have to wait any longer. I really appreciate how easy they made it for me and I will definitely use them again and trust them with any of my builds. Pls pls pls be sure to check them out they will be gladly to help you!!

I am a Nissan GTR and Honda Civic type R owner. It is very very hard to find a reputable part shop for these elite vehicles. Jeff has been nothing but the most informative, helpful and caring person regarding my builds! They are definitely my go to for any Japanese part because they have the direct connections and translators to make it happen like no other competitor. Thanks Jeff! Horrible customer service and no accountability. Bulletproof automotive took payment for a product 4 months ago which was supposed to be complete in a month. After multiple lies, and ignored emails they refuse to provide the product or a refund. Save yourself from the nightmare and buy parts direct from Japanese retailers like Nengun and Blackhawk.

I waited 4 MONTHS for an aerokit for my Tesla Model X, which never materialized. They really promote it hard on their website (Unplugged Performance, which apparently is a subdivision of Bulletproof Auto). The only time i got a clear answer (that they dont actually have it right now, in-between manufacturers) was when i asked for my $5,000 deposit back. Even then, i had to have American Express dispute the charge to get my refund back in one week. I noticed that also happened to someone else in their review.
