For some reviewers on here the guys there are not concierge! They were straight up with me and sent my part in for rebuild with the quickest turn around, in one day! They arent kidding when they say Napa know how!

Currently at 13415 Hawthorne Blvd, Napa Auto Parts, where I believe the magic just happened...my husband and I, literally were invisible to the 5 employees working at the counter. We stood there, in front of everyone, for approximately 4-5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. Terrible customer service.

The place to go in the south bay,of Los angeles county the staff, having years of technical experience the service here cannot be duplicated

I spent 2 weeks looking for a part. Tony tracked it down and handed it to me the next day. Awesome service.

They change your based on their inventory and not the benefit for you. Don’t care about your needs.

This is one of the few shops that has all the parts your looking for. Im always amazed how they have it all!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a belt and they gave me the wrong one. I went back to return it and they refused to accept that they had made a mistake. Then they saw it was the wrong size and ordered me a new one. The part that came was wrong again. Finally, Geo accepted that he made a mistake twice and promised to refund me the money. They took the part back and ended up keeping 20% of my money, even though it was their mistake! Geo told me that if Im not happy with this policy to not buy from them anymore. I will never buy parts from them again!

Very good service and knowledgeable employees. I came with a part not knowing what vehicle it belongs to (I have a special built vehicle and some of the parts are from unknown origin) and they manage to find out what vehicle it is from and get me what I needed. Most parts and tools are on the cheap side but they also have some higher quality stuff. Five stars for the effort and service.

Ive gone here quite a few times and the guys that work there do know their stuff. They tried to help me for quite a while find a unique heater core and in the end helped me find a repair place since they couldnt source the correct parts. Great attitude and knowledge.

This morning I walked in it took 10 minutes before they noticed me I thought I was a ghost or something. The part I was looking for was 2x the price on line and got a horrible attitude from the woman at ge counter. She practically dropped the part on my hand when I asked for it back. Rude and over priced plain and simple I would recommend shopping online.

Picked up a battery of value brand from here and it failed within a 4 months. They refunded me promptly, but a hassle of changing the batteries around and jump starting takes precious time away.

Small parking area along side of store but nice helpful store service people.

This used to be one of the best auto parts stores in the Southbay, until Gus moved to the NAPA store in Gardena. In my opinion they were foolish to let Gus go!!!

It turns out Napa no longer carries touch up paints. And not sure when that stops but they had to refer me to the dealer. Service was friendly but they just dont have what I need.

They helped me find the part I needed.
