Called them for antifreeze. Guy said they have several liter sized bottle in stock. These are small bottles. You need 3 to flush the radiator. Got there, the same guy refuse to sell me 3 because he was low in stock, and need to save them for other customers. He assumed I only need one. I asked him how can he assume I only need one. He said he didnt know what I intend to do, so he assumed is only for top off.Why tell me you have several in stock if you dont intend to sell them? He didnt think I need to buy 3 bottles.His own companys VW manual specify you need 3 bottles to flush the radiator (2.5 to be exact). He didnt know that, and he blame the customer for wanting to buy 3 bottles. He is making an assumption he has no basis for, and his lack of knowledge on VW product or even basic radiator maintenance is unbelievable for a parts guy.

Went back today to get my forever-car its extra key fob. OMG...these guys are the best! They loaned me a Jetta, while my Passat was being programmed, and everyone said hello. They are all so friendly and helpful...I feel like I just adopted 30 new kids! They went above and beyond, made sure all of the safety systems were working properly and Chris Estrada, our salesman, even taught me how to use the new technology. Such an amazing experience!!!
