Ive never left a bad review anywhere, but considering the finance team at Pacific Volkswagen are refusing to provide any customer service and a promised refund I had to share my bad experience. After 2 leases and a car purchase, I would have given a 5 star rating. Jimmy, who helped me to that point was awesome. However, when I purchased the car, the finance team sold me extra GAP insurance and said if I sell the car in roughly 6 months (which was the intention) I would receive almost all of it back. It was expensive, but seeing Id get most of it back I purchased the insurance with their guidance. Well, here we are, 4 months later and I am still chasing the impossible finance team to get a simple refund and some basic help. When they expressed they were busy in the first few weeks that I contacted them, that was ok. Now fast forward to 4 months later and Im over it. Ive basically been stolen from as the finance team refuse to offer any help or customer service. Hence this negative feedback. After 2 leases and a car purchase, youd think a simple refund to a loyal customer would be a quick easy process.

Customer service Representative Susan Ahn is the best. Most people dont know how much effort and energy it takes to take care of that one possession you own that gets you from one place to another with out disruption of your every day life routine and when coming in for the regular routine maintenance its seamless and efficient.. Susan works hard but you will never see it.. thats how good she is customer service.

David was absolutely lovely from start to finish. I am not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars and he laid things out in laymans terms for me and made sure I didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of. He communicated with me well throughout the entire process of getting what I needed done fixed and I really appreciate it. Will definitely be back for anything that comes up in the future!

Took car in because of intermittent check engine light, the gentleman that checked me in was great, but the advisor I was assigned to, is not so great. First off advisor on my service doesn’t respond to text nor voice messages nor messages given to him by colleagues. Then when I did get in touch with him, he did not or could not explain to me why I was being charged an excessive markup for a part! The service needed for my car is a battery replacement that is taking more that 36 hours and they didn’t even offer me an alternative form of transportation. This will be the VERY last time I patronize this business and will recommend them to NO ONE!

Leased brand new Atlas from Pacific and then bought out the car. Paid up $2K for the certification. They promised a detail when I bought the car out. It wasn’t initially done because they ran out of time. I came back 2 different times and they never detailed the car. Pushed from department to department.They even tried to claim they detailed it and lied about it. That’s the problem. I don’t care about the money care about my wasted time and the principle of lying to me.Probably the worst car dealership experience I’ve ever had. This is not how you treat people. Its just disrespectful and honestly, I’ll never buy a VW again.

Purchased a used car today in less than 2.5 hours!!! Sales person did not pressure us, and was very helpful. Finance Mgr. was thorough, and didnt up sell anything that we didnt need or want. Overall a very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend when you need a new or used car.

I will never, ever bring my car here againand advise everyone, especially black women, to not spend theirmoney here. To belittle someone so much to the point of tears isnot acceptable.

Great service! We had Ricky as our sales rep and he was great. He was quick to get us approved before we went down there. The moment we walked in we were greeted with friendly people. Nobody was pushy at all. We knew what we wanted exactly and Ricky and Sergio in finance made it happen. Before we went down there they approved us and told us a price per month and it didn’t change when we got there. They were honest from the beginning. I highly recommend this dealership and Ricky as your sales rep.

DO NOT GO HERE! STAY AWAY...I took my Volkswagen Passat to get a tire replaced as it is honored with a nationwide warranty from Volkswagen. I also asked for an oil change and an alignment once my tire was replaced.After refusing a bunch of unnecessary services I was told that my car would not be able to be fixed in the time I needed it and they couldnt find the manufacturer warranty. I called my Volkswagen dealership in Florida and they told me and Pacific Volkswagen that the warranty is in the system.The folks in Florida couldnt understand how the California Volkswagen could find the proper warranty.I went back to Pacific Volkswagen to get my car and was charged for the oil change and the alignment. There was no sticker placed on my window so I have no verification that an oil change took place. They also charged me for an alignment on a bad tire! I asked why would you do an alignment on a bad tire and got no answer.

Sadly, they no longer offer a free car wash after service due to mandated water restrictions, and because of Covid the free coffee service in the waiting room is not available. 😢 However, they do offer free courtesy transport to and from.

I had an unfortunate situation with my Passat that was luckily covered by my warranty but was made difficult by manufacturing, shipping and logistics overseas due to the pandemic. VW Corporate and Pacific VW were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help get me into a new car. The service and sales staff here were able to work with me and help get me into a replacement car. Eric King (sales) made the experience efficient and easy AND found me a Certified Pre-Owned Tiguan in the color and trim my wife and I wanted. He is a great person to work with if youre looking for a new VW.Highly recommend buying a car here.

I was driving past this dealership when I decided to stop in to check out a car I saw on the side of the road as my new car was totaled a month ago and I have been desperately looking for one. I walked inside and everyone was friendly, and Chris Estrada helped me out and found me a car I fell in love with. He was the best car salesperson I’ve ever met, he was nice, attentive and actually listened to my wants and needs for a car, not just tried to sell me whatever he could. He was very helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond for me. Everyone at the dealership was great to talk to and made this decision as easy as possible. Just a poorly ran business. While waiting 20 minutes inline for the parts dept, the line became a joke to other depts complete with laughter. After finally getting to the front of the line, I was told I needed my registration, which put me to the back of line again after the worker told me he would wait for me to go to my car. You might get a deal here, but you wont be treated like a human being.

The Service Advisor, Susan Ahn, is simply the best. Ive worked with a number advisors over the years, none have failed to meet my expectations, but Susans level of engagement and communication during the vehicle drop off and pickup process were exceptional.

Used to be a Honda family, but now were a VW family thanks to Sally and the team at PVW! So happy I decided to invest my time in person after shopping quotes from multiple dealers DTLA, Santa Monica, OC, Pasadena, etc.Sally and Pacific VW were the most motivated to make a deal and gave us great terms on a lease given our situation. They went above and beyond during the sales process and were honest and transparent the whole way.I highly recommend anyone considering a VW in SoCal to give Sally a call directly because she is the best!

$160.00 for an oil change and tire rotation. $140.00 estimate. How do you not know the exact amount for an oil change. Fluids, other than windshield fluid, what else does a car with 10k miles need thats not covered under warranty. I feel very cheated and will not use Pacific again when this lease is up.

Overall this was a great experience. Yvonne Kazerouni handled the information gathering, viewing and test drive wonderfully. At other dealerships, we were often shown the high-end packages on vehicles, and then given pricing and information for packages in our target range, even if the discussion began with us stating our price range and what we were looking for.Yvonne took care to understand what it was we wanted in a vehicle, and brought out the closest unit they had for our test drive/exploration. She did an excellent job explaining/demonstrating the features and how they worked, and also was sure to talk up the invisible features of a volkswagen (reinforced door panels, galvanized steel, etc.).Nancy Minatodani was excellent in expediting all the paperwork to the best of her ability, and everyone working there was (at the very least) accommodating to the restlessness of our children as the time spent in one place continue to accumulate.We also appreciate Berdj Hakverdian hanging around to help us finalize our paperwork. He did an excellent job explaining the details on how leasing works with Volkswagen. He did not glaze over anything, even though it was getting late and he certainly wanted to get home to his family.The kids love the new Atlas, Even though theyre missing the Forester.

Looking for a new car to lease can be stressful. However, finding quality advice and product knowledge at Pacific Volkswagen was a big relief. Mr William Stinnis was spot on from the get go and after some negotiating did come up with the price point we needed to hit and did us one better by finding the car in the color we wanted with better options at a higher price than quoted yet kept the price the same! I highly recommend this dealership and Mr Stinnis as a place to go for a great car. Going from a BMW 328i to a Passat was a big change but I must admit after driving Lincoln and Cadillac as well the VW product hits a high mark. If you haven’t checked out the VW product you MUST. The high grade safety features and structural design and integrity of the car speaks volumes. The price is worth every cent.

Pacific Volkswagen was a nightmare to work with. After telling them multiple times I wanted to do everything online they still did not accommodate the request. The made up a bunch of lies about why I needed to be in the dealership so they could have the service team look at my car. once I got to the dealership nobody from service ever looked at the car and they completely low balled me. They would not look up the KBB value of the car. then acted like they were doing me a favor to take the car off my hands. Then suddenly the deal of $2500 down had turned into $4500 down. Got my key back and walked out. Within 24 hours I had traded in my car for $4000 more than they offered and bought.a new Tiguan. Stay away there are plenty of other dealerships that value customers and return buyers this is my 4th VW and I will never return to Pacific or any other LACARGUY showroom

Friendly, not pushing to buy I like the service

Ive purchased quite a few cars in my lifetime, but never had such a great experience like I did with Pacific VW. I ended up coming late in the evening so I was a little worried about not being able to get the car at the time, but a young gentleman by the name of Khan made it happen. I understand the game of sales and Ive been to other dealerships where the salesmen were aggressive, but Khan made me feel at ease and like I wasnt just a number. Highly recommend coming here!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Pacific VW, specifically the service department. My car was brought in because it would turn on but the gear shift would not move and multiple lights were on on the dashboard. It took more than a week for my car to be diagnosed and in that call I was told that I needed a new computer for my 2009 VW Jetta that only had 90,000 miles on it plus a few other issues putting the grand total just shy of $3000. These individuals are supposed to be experts in working on VWs. Luckily my father began investigating the fuses under the hood and in the dashboard and saw that some were missing and out of place. My car is fixed, all dashboard lights are gone and the car turns on and drives perfectly with less than $50 spent. How could something so simple be missed? I feel that the dealership service didnt do their job in really investigating the problem. They charged me the $180 diagnosing fee and did nothing. I ended up purchasing a brand new Honda out of necessity and will definitely never purchase a VW again.

Khan was great! He did not give us an pressure on any decision and showed us multiple vehicles. We did not decide on the first trip, but he understood what we were looking for and messaged us when an awesome deal came available.The complete process was a breeze. When I first started looking for a new car I thought I would have to go through the hassle of negotiate for a good deal. However, it was nothing like that. Christopher Estrada understood what I wanted and what I was looking for and made it very seamless. Jonathan in the service department was excellent!!! I called in because my key was stuck in the ignition and he tried his best to help me by phone but I was not able to so I drove from Torrance to have him help me. My boy “James Le” took great Care of me! I Called in the Car I Wanted and when I got there, it was shining Clean, and ready to go. He let me test drive it. He knew I loved it. So he took care of me. Sat me down in his Office and asked me if I wanted it, I said yes, so then he went to his managers for his approval. I was shopping around for the Atlas and found an amazing deal at Pacific Volkswagen. At that price, I knew the Atlas wont stay in the lot for long so I submitted and inquiry to try to determine what the details of the transaction would be.I was quickly contacted by Sergio Angel-Lopez, the internet sales manager, who gave me all the details I wanted. So I drove out to Torrance and was able to quickly test drive the car, learn about the other options, and determine the price by changing various terms of my lease. They were incredibly transparent and there were no shady things going around (and I was given time to verify their calculations). In fact, they even let me haggle a little bit ;) even though the price was super low.All in all, I truly appreciated my experience. I honestly drove to the dealership just to confirm the deal and to test drive the Atlas one more time, but because Pacific Volkswagen was efficient, transparent and friendly, I ended up signing the lease that day. Great place to get your next car!

James Le is the man. I had an incredible experience in an otherwise stressful situation of car buying. James had me in and out with a brand new car in about 45mins! By far the most comfortable and easy experience Ive ever had at a dealership.

This dealership is so over whelming . I have been here several times. I purchased our 2014 TDI passat from here. I have had nothing but problems with this car since the recalls have been serviced at this dealership. every time i pick the car up from the service department the check engine light is back on with in a few days. THE service manager CLARK is rude as can be. He has no concern for our safety or my children. I have had this car take off speeding on the freeway at its own will. This man has no compassion for those who purchase at this dealership. As the repair service departments feel a customer that has purchased the car through this dealership had a higher priority. I have been to Bakersfield and that dealership has had outstanding customer service with every interaction. I have been to long beach and i have also been stuck in San Fernando. These dealerships have been kind and helpful . They listen to what you have to say and treat you with respect. Clark has refused to let me speak to his manager and also told me to go to another dealership for the car that is under warranty!!!! DO NOT BUY HERE

Very happy with my service visit. My service advisor Kyle Robinson was fantastic and I highly recommend going to him. The dealership is great and I used their shuttle service to catch a ride home when I dropped off the car.
