I am unbelievably upset with the service with this company. I have a 9-10 month old battery in my 2005 prius and it is shot. I called and got a very arrogant person to pick up the phone when the issues began right outside of the warranty. They said they would fix it for $500. Never mentioned that the warranty was actually still active. Now I cannot get through. Replacement cost nearly $3,000. Now the symptoms are getting notably worse. Nobody picks up the phone, or I am hung up on. I am disgusted and upset. The car has been a decent car but their battery does not function correctly and they refuse to help out. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY! They are responsible for the faulty unit that was said to be good for a year, 6 months in and its junk.

I bought a Gen 1 Prius battery via the website. Shipping was advertised as fast, waited for a week and the order was still processing despite stock numbers showing at least 3 units in stock. I figured maybe there was some delay due to COVID-19 or similar. Reached out via multiple emails, and called customer service and sales, there was no response to any communications. I left voicemails and never heard back, I ended up cancelling the charge on my credit card through my bank. Im not sure whats going on at Falcon, it seems like nobody is home.

Well its was alil slow to schedule the tech to install, but I live on Long Island and they seemed busy, Mark was good at customer service. He was patient with my impatiencness. The tech was friendly and fast. It was done in my apartment complex. And so far the prius is running good.

They got me in quick, fixed my Prius and got me out. It was inexpensive (comparatively). They were very nice. Only problem was it was sometimes hard to get in touch with someone by phone; took about 3 times. Overall, awesome company, awesome people.

Im not usually one to bash a company publicly and usually give them a chance to make it up, but this company is inexcusable. I never post anything and usually mind my business, but I cannot let this go. I feel sorry for anyone that gets sent to this company. The battery they provided me didnt last more than a month, and the person that I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. I would HIGHLY discourage everyone from going here.

Just want to throw it out to everyone to NOT use this company!!!Im not one to bash a company or call them out on social media but this one is a must.I ordered a hybrid battery from them that according to their website they had 73 in stock. 7 days later it still had not shipped. I called and none answer so I left a message, no call back. I emailed and send facebook messages and nothing. 3 days later I finally get someone at their shop, they do not have any in stock! So they print a shipping label but the battery doesnt actually ship for 3 more days.I get the battery, install it and I was having some issues. Later I found out I was missing 1 step. During this I reach out for support, something they said the offer. This time it took 5 days of calling and emailing to get someone. I got the our phones where down (if you read other people comments on their page they told them the same thing 2 years ago). I finally get the support and get the car running.I send the core back, according to their policy the core deposit will be return as soon as the battery arrives back to them....the battery arrived on 9/4, I called and left 3 messages between 9/10 and 9/22. I send 2 emails asking when the refund would happen and 2 facebook messages....nothing! Today /25 I call to see what is going on. I finally get someone....Im told the refund was issued on 9/23 and I should have it between 9/30 and 10/5. They would apologize or give any reason why it is taking so long, just kept saying it has been issued.People PLEASE do NOT use this company!!!Update: I now have the owner Mark Sokol messaging me on facebook accusing me of trying to blackmail him because Im posting negative reviews! Wish I knew how to post pictures of our conversation!

I had my Prius battery replaced by falcon A year ago and they did a great job . No problems and still going . I’ve changed battery cells by myself and know a good amount about the Prius hybrid system. These guys know their stuff . Highly recommend

Bought a Hybrid battery for a 2007 Lexus GS450H. The initial transaction and shipping went totally smooth, I thought it was great. When it came time to send back the core they wouldnt answer my phone calls or emails. I phoned and left 27 voice mails over a period of 3 months and send 45 emails that all went unanswered. So needless to say I wasnt very happy.Then a few months later the warning lights came back on my customers Lexus. After diagnosing the problem it all pointed toward the hybrid battery. Good luck trying to get warranty on the battery. Again a plethora of phone calls and emails went unanswered. I had to pay out of my own pocket to get another hybrid battery from a reputable company to keep my customer happy. These guys are horrible and I will never by another battery from them every again.As per the response from the owner the invoice number was #1492

Learn from my misfortune. Dont buy from Falcon Hybrid. They are not consistent and theyll drag their feet to honor their warranty. They are not concerned about your time while waiting to replace your battery. They never provided a functional product.I ordered a battery for my 2008 Honda Civic Hybrid from Falcon Hybrid on April 22 2020, and recieved it May 5th. I sent in my old battery to get our core deposit back within a few days of receiving the replacement battery. The replacement worked for about 500 miles until May 26, when we got an IMA failure light. The code was P0A7F, which means Hybrid battery deterioration. It’s was clear that the battery was bad.I contacted Falcon multiple times by phone and email. After finally getting in touch they agreed to waive the requirement of going to a dealership to verify the hybrid software was updated. Weeks later they finally sent a replacement which was installed July 5th. The second replacement battery failed within 10 miles of driving the car. Again, after multiple phone calls and emails, we eventually got in touch with them. They insisted we take it to a dealer to verify the software was updated and that the battery was really faulty. The dealership verified that the battery was faulty, it would not hold a charge and that the software on my car was up to date.After all this, we requested a refund, but Falcon insisted that we try a third battery. After some back and forth we agreed. Around July 11th, Falcon told me a replacement would be ready the following week. We waited and waited with no response. Falcon stopped responding to emails and phone calls, which they werent even good at doing in the first place. So by July 28th, were drove to a hybrid battery place in Texas and bought another battery and used the faulty Falcon battery as a core. Three months after our original purchase, Falcon never provided a working battery and dragged their feet the entire time.They do not communicate, they always insist itll be next week, and they dont take responsibility for their product. They wont answer their phones, and they wont respond to emails. Do your research and learn from my mistake, and buy a hybrid battery from a reputable company with quality customer service.Update: Its been about a month since a wrote this, and as of today, Sunday September 12th 2020, theyre not answering any emails I send. Ill repeat my point. Do not buy from Falcon hybrid, theyve proven to be unreliable and untrustworthy.Update: Its been another month and theyve still not reliably communicated.

This was my second replacement battery from Falcon Hybrid. The first battery a private mechanic replaced it three years ago and I got another 45k miles out of it. This is for my 2008 Prius which I am the original owner. This time around I paid to have one of their techs drive to my house and swap out the battery, totally worth it. The tech was very professional and completed the job in just around two hours. I saved a a lot of money instead of having the Toyota dealer do the job. Now, knock wood the car is back on the road and running at an average of 50 MPG.If you own a Prius and get the red triangle on your dash I would call Marc at Falcon and he can help you to.

EVERYTHING PERFECT!. What a great experience. These guys were very helpful and answered all my questions. With their coaching/tips I installed the battery myself in my driveway. I bought the Gen 2 battery with the Gen 3 cells. Waited until now, 20,400 miles and 7 months later to write this review. New life for a Gen 2 Prius which now is at 246,000 miles. Im so happy with this purchase and would do it again if a friend or family member asked me too and for sure I would go back to Falcon.

Great place to get a Prius battery replaced. Substantial savings over having it done at the dealer. It is a small, out of the way shop. The owner is a young friendly guy that provides good service.At times there is a waiting list, but it was worth the wait. Highly recommended.

Got a Prius C battery from them had some problems in the first battery but they swapped it out had a module leak in the second they swapped that out. The third one is working fine. Falcon hybrid systems is responsive again Mark is very knowledgeable about battery systems. They have become unresponsive again tried calling for two days still no response.

Buying a reconditioned battery always has its risks as the cells are not brand new. The first battery I purchased failed in two months but the folks at Falcon quickly responded and shipped a replacement in a little over week as they took extra care in preparing and testing it. A company that stands by its product is a great thing to find these days.

The folks at this shop are very knowledgeable about Prius’ and they have helped me with my battery replacement and repairs efficiently and professionally more than once. Mark has been great. Everyone I’ve met here has been friendly and kind when I’ve been totally stressed about my car. I love my old Prius, and it’s nice to know a shop I can rely on for help.

I bought a rebuilt hybrid battery from Falcon August 2017, at 61388 miles. My Invoice number is 1351. I have never had to go out of my way to write a review arising from a purchase experience, but I decided to do this so no one else experiences heart ache as I have so far.On 4/6/18, at 67912 miles I noticed some performace issues and took the car to the dealer. The dealer read a code of POA7F: recommending hybrid battery replacement. I understand that such items could develop issues, and this is not the issue. The non responsiveness to customers is the issue. That is usually a bad business practice to look out for. I have been calling Falcon trying to speak with someone since 04/2018, left over a 20 messages, yet no one has cared to follow up.PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They are not reputable at all. This is no joke.

Purchased first battery and arrived 3/4 days late. Installed battery but still not working properly. After 10 calls to the company we were finally able to reach someone (nobody returned a call or email in the 2 week time frame). The guys then gave us some troubleshooting tips that they would like preformed prior to sending out a replacement battery. We preformed those operations and still no functional battery. After another 3 emails and 5 calls I got someone to answer, he statedwe dont have any available at this time but by the end of the week i can have one ready to send to you. It has now been a month, no phone calls or emails back. Nobody will answer, we just want our money back and are probably going to have to take legal action to get it back unfortunately. Go buy GreenBean battery, longer warranty and plus they install for free.

Two weeks ago I purchased a falcon hybrid generation battery for my 2005 Prius that my dealer quoted $4,600 for and with Falcon, I paid a little over $1600 installed. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful. Charlie did a remarkable job installing my battery on a Sunday to fit my schedule. Its been 2 weeks and my Prius has been resurrected with over 180K miles. Strongly recommend Falcon Hybrid Solutions. Only suggest that they advertise, because it would save consumers $$$ instead of purchasing a battery from a dealer. Thanks For An Excellent Experience!!! So Glad I Found Them!!!

They were a great help in August when I purchased a battery. My battery quit working in December. I worked with Charlie Dittmar, the General Manager, evaluating and repairing other issues on my Prius. After 3 weeks of back and forth, ending with an email on January 23, 2018, Charlie agreed that they needed to replace my battery under warranty. Since January 23, 2018, I cannot get them on the phone, I have left voice mails on every extension, and I have sent numerous emails. I cannot get a reply. Today, February 7, 2018, the website says they have 119 batteries in stock. Where are they and why are they not responding???

Came in today thinking I needed a battery replacement on my 08 Prius based on the symptoms of the last week and a lot of research. They scanned the car and discovered that the batteries passed the stress test and it really just desperately needed a tune up. They performed the tune up at a very reasonable price. To say I am delighted with my experience is an understatement! Will definitely come back when I really do need a battery replacement.Also, having Netflix in the waiting area is brilliant !

Battery only lasted 3 weeks and the business is ignoring my attempts to contact them regarding the warranty. They also have very poor communication with customers. I purchased a hybrid battery from them on eBay and they delayed shipping by 2 weeks, not meeting their promised delivery date. This caused me to be without transportation for 2 weeks longer than I had planned. When I tried contacting them regarding the shipping delay it took 4 days for them to respond. I sent my old battery back to them in order to receive a $400 refund but it took them 2 weeks after receiving my battery before I received my refund. They did not refund me the core charge automatically either, I had tried contacting them 1 week after the fed ex tracking said my old battery was delivered but no one responded in 7 days. It wasnt until I initiated an eBay dispute before they issued the refund. The original purchase process was extremely stressful. Then 3 weeks after installing their battery, my vehicle started showing error codes again. The error codes indicated the battery was degraded, exactly like my original battery. My OBD2 computer showed there was a bad module. I tried contacting the company for a warranty replacement or repair and they have not responded. I first recieved the error on March 16th and sent them an email as well as left them a voicemail. I have tried contacting them every day since March 16 via telephone and email but there is no response. No one answers the telephone or returns voicemail. They advertised this battery has a 1 year or 15,000 mile warranty but they will not return my attempts to contact them let alone honoring the warranty. My car left me stranded yesterday and I have been trying to contact them for a warranty replacement for 2 weeks. This is the worst interaction with a business and customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. This business is scamming people online by selling degraded batteries then ignoring warranty claims. I have lost $2,000 on this purchase because now I have to buy another hybrid battery from another company for around the same amount of money because this company is not honoring their warranty.

Mark and Abe were excellent. My 2001 Prius battery died and the Toyota dealership quoted me a repair to the tune of $4600. NO THANK YOU! Mark did everything, the replacement of the battery and the computer for under $1700 in less then 3hrs. I would recommend FalconHybrid Solutions to ANYONE. Never go to your dealer again for Toyota battery repair. They really saved me. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! We have tried to work with Abe 4 times to have him send us a product that actually works. Absolutely no luck & he was incredibly rude this last time. First he sent us a battery that the cells started failing 8 months after we installed it. We paid $1500 + $230 in shipping and my husband took a day off work to install the battery (7 hour job for a non mechanic). The 2nd battery lasted 3 months; we had to wait 2 weeks to receive it, paid $230 in shipping and then spent 5 hours putting it in. The 3rd one lasted a whole 10 months. When we called the ever rude Abe who said there must be a problem with our car and wouldnt honor the warranty. If you wish to be insulted, frustrated, inconvenienced and receive an inferior product guaranteed to fail, then go ahead and waste your money with Abe and Falcon Hybrid. Otherwise, hire a local company to reburbish your battery like we finally did. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I purchased a battery back in November and finally installed in January and it didn’t work . I called the company and spoke with Charlie and he told me to do some trouble shooting which I did and it still didn’t work . I spoke with Charlie and asked if I could send it back for another one and he told me to send it . I did and I’ve been trying to call and left multiple messages and voicemails for them and no answer back . I never got any refund or even a replacement . I never received a response to this day. When I sent it back it was within the 3 months warranty of when I received the battery . Waste of time and money .

I purchased a rebuilt battery for my Prius ! with GEN II cells. I paid a premium and the battery had a foult initially but driving for a while I could reset the code 3006. To make a long story shorter after a month and a half (waiting for over a month for shipment in the first place) the battery failed. Another month + and no word form Falcon or prius rebuilders on the warranty replacement as promised.I took the car to a shop in Ft Walton and they removed and inspected the battery and found two bad cells and of the rest of the cells 1/2 tested OK and the rest were marginal. These cells are from 2004 and the tech said that these were the oldest cells he had ever seen!.Basiclly these cells were just slightly better than the scrap that Prius Rebuilders and Falcon purchase as scrap in bulk.In my opinion you are far better off taking your car to a local guy and have him test and change the bad cells like I ended up having to do to get my car running again.Do not trust these people and save your money and time and deal with honest trustworthy companies.If you read other bad reviews dont think that one bad report can happen to anyone like I did. They are bad news and stay away from them.By the time you have fought over replacement and paid freight and received a battery that is as big of a question mark as the one you removed you could buy one from a reputable company or have a speciaist replace a few bad cells and be better off.Dont believ their hype on having batteries ready to ship. It was over a month to get my first (bad) battery and over a month and I still have not heard that my (questionable) warranty replacement is ready.Abe Sokol had lied to be from start to finish and he will lie to you as well!Stay Away7/21 and still no satisfaction Do not buy from these guys- ever!

I was attracted by the $1600 price. They up-sold me to $2200 plus $250 installation with a two year warranty for my Camry. A year and a half later the battery failed. They took the car for three weeks, denied I had a warranty, relented, then charged me $300 to replace two cells. The battery failed a week later. I am sure they dodged my calls. Look at the other reviews. CRIMINALS
