Didn’t have what I wanted but because I’m in a pinch for Halloween I grabbed the closest thing that I could find for my wig but while I searched the store for the pins I really wanted I was followed around by this male Asian employee. When I started to feel very uncomfortable I gave up and just went over to check out with the female clerk and the man stood on the other side of the counter just staring at me. All for a box of Bobby pins worth a measly $1. This is why we seek Black-owned businesses. Don’t open up shop in our neighborhoods if you’re going to treat us like thieves as soon as we walk in the door. Go to Be Brave across the street or even OK Beauty on Hawthorne and El Segundo. At least they don’t stalk you in there.

I like it because its local but its expensive compared to other beauty supplies and they dont allow returns or exchanges..I dont like doing business anywhere I cant return or at least exchange an item... I bought hair for braiding that I ended up not being able to use because my braider said it would cut her fingers....It was never opened and I had the receipt and they wouldnt let me bring it back so Im stuck with five packs of hair that I can never use...If it was a wig or something I could see, but something in a package that has clearly never been opened you should at least be able to exchange!This is a policy that is typical of a lot of Asian Merchants which is why I dont do swap meets and dont really like to patronize them because its not the American way...So due to their no exchange policy, I will not be shopping there again..

The display of wigs Are the best. Staff is eager to help at checkout I always get a discount 20% of 30% theyre really nice there clean the store is Clean Coal bed free and they want their customers to remain covid-19 free I recommend this place 100%

I have had the worst experience here ever. I come here all the time and it has always been a pleasant experience until today. I was followed around the entire time I shopped. I was grabbing items for my sister, niece, daughter, and myself since they were in Orange county. So Im shopping and hes still following me around the entire time then the owner asks me Am I going to buy anything In which I responded I have already placed most of the stuff on the counter so that I didnt have to carry it around the store which he saw because he had been following me and watching me the whole time. I have been a long loyal customer until today they can keep their items I wont shop there again only to be treated like a criminal. Shoppers beware......

This is the very first time purchasing something in this store, they have really good customer service, well the girl who helped me was really nice, while trying to make up my mind about the product I was thinking about purchasing, a man approached us and said 30% off for fathers day. I think he was the owner! That was nice of him, the only thing I didnt like about this store is, store credit only

Ive been searching for a wig store around my house for a while now and decided just go in here on a whim. Man, Im so glad I did!! They have so many different types of wigs available-and they allow you to try them on (with the purchase of a $1 wig cap) which is awesome since not many places let you do that. I went in looking for something very specific-a yellow lace front wig and I mean a bright yellow. Instead of just telling me no they didnt have that, they actually took the time to look for some wigs that were similar. Despite not being a bright yellow, they ended up showing me one that I really loved so I went ahead and purchased it! They have this stamp card too that once you purchase 4 lace wigs, your 5th one is 40% off which is pretty cool-and I know Ill use it since Im always buying wigs! I was really nervous going in here that the service wasnt going to be that great or that they wouldnt have anything I liked, but I was very impressed with this store. The customer service was amazing and their selection of products was huge! Besides just wigs, they also carry a ton of different beauty supplies like hair care products, make up and others things. Definitely my new favorite beauty supply store. I highly recommend it!

This is an Asian run store. Very clean...small and enough parking 2 get the job done. Very friendly people. I like prices checking.Some of their prices r lower on certain items while higher on others.That seems 2b true with all such stores.

Everything was well stocked, they had great deals! The lace wigs were 40% off! Would definitely recommend to shop here if you want great deals!

I went here last week for earrings and immediately felt welcomed, I bought one item and they were quick to sign me up for a beauty4U card for future discount purchases, I didnt feel lost. I got help from one of the employees, It was a nice store with a variety of supplies. I definently plan on going back soon for some hair stuff .

I called to ask for a certain type of hair and the price and he would say I can’t say that on the phone sorry and hang up in my face and then I tried to call back agin and they didn’t answer

I really liked the store until my experience today. I work across the street . But we didn’t have the product that I wanted so me and my coworkers usually go there. So I wanted to buy a cap and apron, the cap prices at $3.99.. what a deal! I was going to buy them both with my discount. But the guy that’s always in the front ignored me when the girl rang me up and the cap price was different. I kept calling the man in the store that walked away from the girl and told her to charge me what it rang up. Not the price that was advertised. We then are going back and forth I tell him you have to honor the price advertised. He then begins to tell me Walmart make mistakes to you still go there... I’m like no that has nothing to do with it. He then goes to where the caps where and removes the price tag and tells me he’s going to fired the guy that did this. Again, that has nothing to do with me. I took a picture or the price tag earlier. He got mad after I showed him the picture, and said he was going to call the police! ( for what) I said do whatever you want. I told the girl at the register to just ring me up for the product I initially came in for and forget the apron and cap! He wouldn’t do it nor give the discount displayed for even that!! And asked me why I took the picture and he was calling the police!! And to go to my work and get the product.!! I’m done!!! Very ignorant, unprofessional, Unacceptable Behavior!!

Wish I could put 0 stars but unfortunately that isn’t an option. So I bought a wig from there that was supposed to be human hair. When it came down to dying it & bleaching it, nothing happened to the hair(mind you it was a profesional that has worked doing this for over 20 years that looked at this hair & tried bleaching it). She told me it WASN’T human hair ! Don’t buy wigs or bundles or anything from this place because they sell fake stuff y’all! Don’t waste your money, & be careful what you buy because they will not refund or exchange anything

Its a new place in Hathorne I would consider coming there if you want some really good hair supplies in LA I rarely come out there now but when I do I would most definitely come here to get great hair supplies for great prices
