Always great customer service

I assume that is a manager, otherwise she would be gone immediately : her name is Jeanette, very unprofessional, rude, unhappy and disrespectful. I just moved to Redondo Beach and the most convenient location on my way work is this store. First time, she looked at me as if she had something to say with an unpleasant look when I walked in. I seriously thought she had something to say so I stopped my feet for a moment, then she said nothing and looked away, no how can I help you, no hello, nothing, nada. I only thought she had a bad day and didnt mind, nothing farther. Second time, the same look, no hello, nothing else but unpleasant look. Third time, I needed to get only one bottle of shampoo real quick, that was on sale due to the change of package that I didnt know until I went to cashier. Jeanette was at the cashier and the price she told me to pay didnt match with the price on a tag I saw, so I told her, then she said nothing but rolled her eyes and grabbed the shampoo I was going to get, grabbed another bottle from a shampoo aisle, come back and said Because this is a new package! in my face. How the bleep do I know? I usually dont leave any reviews, but this time I had to. while I am typing this review, I googled this shop and her name, of course it came up on Yelp with a bad review, so I felt better because I am not the one who is crazy! As a customer service, she needs to help customers, be pleasant, at least do not be unpleasant, AT LEAST!!!She needs to be gone, or she needs to get laid, at lease that would make her happier.

I found what I needed

2020 new employees much much better!!!!!They dont have great deals always out of advertised specials. If you keep on them about the deals they are supposed to have they will check the back and happen to find a one left. All other locations they are generous with the sample and have a variety . If your lucky youll get an oil . Im not saying they are because I have never witnessed it myself . But the employees seem shady and I feel like they would take the sample home for themselves. The reason is they are not helpful at all . I asked for some samples and she looked at me like she bought them and I was taking her stuff. I clearly saw some products in the box through a mirror they had on display . She lied and said no we dont have any left. The employees talk to each other. If you have s question they make you feel like your being rude. Im a nice person and I believe everyone has bad days to be excused. But its everytime Ive gone. I loved the service in all the orange county locations but I moved so I have to go here. The service and no product sales I almost debate whether I should pay regular costs at a salon .

I love this store. I always enjoy my visit. The girls are AWESOME!

The best Cosmoprof Ive been to. Jeanette and Jennyfer always go the extra mile to make sure you find what youre looking for or find an alternative if they dont have the item. I live closer to other Cosmoprofs but take the extra mile drive because they go the extra mile. Thanks again

They are very knowledgeable, specially the seasoned staff and the newbies catch on quickly with great training!
