The service was great however I thought my wig may have been switched. I paid for the wig and was in front purchasing other things. The wig once I arrived home looked very different. Maybe my eyes was playing tricks on me🙃

I have been going to Tiffany since the 80s I like the beauty supply I like their selection only what I was looking for today they did not have I was looking for a number 27 Shirley Temple curl wig they did not have it and I was very disappointed otherwise its still a good place to shop the customer service is good it smells good and its clean and everybody in there is friendly very friendly

The worst customer service I paid $400 for a “real hair” wig and the hair started falling off the first couple of weeks. THIS is the second time that I experienced hair falling off the wig. I will post the video of how much hair fell off on they’re YELP profile. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location. They’re fast to get your money and not help after.

My sister and I came in to look for a wig. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners, which is very rare in beauty supply stores in LA. The wig specialist was also warm and inviting. She was knowledgeable on all things hair. The prices were reasonable and the quality was good. We will be back!

Warm greeting, helpful staff...clean neat store. I was able to comfortably browse and found exactly what I was looking plus a few goodies that I didnt plan to buy. I live 60 miles away, but when Im in the area again, I would definitely come back.

Hadnt been in a while... was pleasantly surprised when I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful and there was no negative energy if you know what I mean.

This is absolutely got to be the worst hair so Ive ever been to in my entire life. Not only where they extremely rude they screwed themselves out of a couple hundred dollars at least. They acted like I was causing an inconvenience to ask to look at different hair they didnt place every item that I bought in the bag so when I got back to my hotel because I am from out of town I was missing items that I needed that I paid for. Assuming that they knew what I wanted I had to correct them about 4 times and tell them no thats not what I want thats not what I mean this is not my real hair this is a sew in and I didnt ask for your opinion I was asking to look at something after I stood there for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged but stared at like I was stealing something. I absolutely would never recommend it to my worst enemy

Didnt really have what I was looking for this time. They are well stocked with items used for braiding, weaving or crochet hooking hairstyles. Plenty of various styles of wigs and hair pieces.

The store was neat, clean and fully stocked. Customer service was terrible. One man followed me around the store, but would disappear whenever I had a question about a product. Lady at the counter was too deep in a conversation to attend to my needs.

They were very helpful and informative. I like my wig! I have bought wings from them before when I went through chemo.

The cost of wigs now days is frightening! OMG! The place is very small. Limited parking but very clean. Once I purchased wigs from these guys for $30-$50, human hair wigs. Now, well, OMG!And its this way at all the wig shops Ive visited, every where!!!Suppose its time to brush my hair. 🤗😂

The man here (Owner) is a dick. He is rude and mean and doesnt think that people of color are worth his time, but he is in our neighborood, and we are the ones who keep his expensive ass business open. Their prices are too high. Once they remodeled and got rid of all the Sistas that used to work their, I stopped going. If I go its when Im in a pinch because they do have a great selection of wigs & ponytails, although still too expensive, can order same stuff online much cheaper. I live 2 blocks from here & dont go here. Theres a supply adjacent. Or will travel elsewhere which is sad. Refuse to do business where my hard earned dollars arent greeted at the door with a hello by any of THEM
