Nissan of Hawthorne excellent excellent customer service. They really did a great job making the buying process very seamless. They had a phenomenal inventory especially in there used car lot there was a good abundance of all different types of vehicles. I was able to get my daughter her first car without any hassle which is so hard to do these days. I would recommend to anyone who wants a stress free, ACTUAL good deal on a car. I bought a used car from them end of June and I still have not received my plates and registration and its 8/2. Every time I call either no answer or they dont know whats going on. Simply unprofessional!!! This car dealership came recommended but i will not make that mistake. No follow up by anyone, once they get there money thats all they wrote.

I purchased a used Ford fusion with very low miles at a great price. There were unexpected fees that made the price higher than expected but it was still a great value. Our experience was very good. If you are not happy with a price or fee just dont buy and never leave a deposit if youre not sure.

When I first went here about 2 years ago I was a little disappointed, but after coming back this past week I was very impressed. Now under new management the team is very knowledgeable and passionate about people finding the right car for them. WHY NO ZERO STARS?!?! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!! I’ve been trying to cancel a service contract for 2+ years and no one has been able to help me!! Nissan of Hawthorne owes me $3500 and lost a check from an insurance company!! There is no manager there and no one to talk to! ABSOLUTELY IS THE WORST DEALER OUT THERE! Great experience. Gary my salesperson was wonderful. I didnt experience this dealership under the other mgmt team but the team they have now is great. The finance mgr (whos name escapes me but he has glasses and is very nice) and Eddie the sale mgr were wonderful. Even the staff in the service department is great. My buying experience was wonderful and I have since recommended others here.

Well yesterday 9/19/19 had to say goodbye to my truck thanks to the negligence of Nissan of Hawthorne for never informing me properly about a recall that was on the truck because when it came out they sent it to the dealership because they claimed I was not the registered owner at that time and the extended warranty that could have saved my truck expired last year and Nissan of Hawthorne never told me anything about it now my truck is totaled so stay away from Nissan of Hawthorne I got my truck from them march 18th 2013

Best experience Ive ever had buying a car! I drove 80 miles from where I live because I was referred by a friend and I am sooooo happy I did! The place is under new management and it was just a great experience. Mike Carter was very professional and thorough. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in just a couple of hours. I also truly LOVE my car! It runs amazing! You never know what your going to get buying a used car, but everything is top notch! Never received a phone call from a service advisor and i have called several times and i am told is either they cannot find my vehicle or its not ready and I am hung up on. I had a very heartwarming experience at Nissan of Hawthorne. I myself have been in similar situations to everyone that reads this review and had so much fear and doubt when it came to buying a car and trusting the right dealer. The car salesman Brian not only worked very hard to find the car I wanted, he worked with due diligence, respect, professionalism, and sincere honesty to reassure that I was going to get the car that fit my budget and what I was looking for. Brian really gave me confidence that I was going to walk out the dealership with the car I had been seeking. Everyone from Brian to the top was phenomenal and I could not be any happier. I am very disappointed with my experience with this dealership. We are from out of town, and my parents are from New Zealand. We called about a vehicle for sale, explained our situation, and asked about final costs. Though they would not give any they said I can estimate my sales taxes and registration fees to help with the final value. I spoke with Alexandra on 12/15 and then Christina on 12/16 to confirm these things. My father and brother then drove over an hour to look at the car on 12/16 and was told a completely different price. Over $2000 more than the listed price. They mention additional costs on their website, but no one emphasized that or directed me there. There was intentional deceit on their part to get us to the store. That is wrong, especially for people who are new to America. Not the welcome you would expect from a reputable company elsewhere in the world.Avoid them. They are deceitful.

However, I was told that Louis Martinez was really awesome. So I decided against my better judgment to give him a chance. I worked with Scott Straight and had the best experience getting my Nissan Rogue. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, and very low key. I felt like he was looking out for my best interest and not pressuring me at all. He made it a very seamless experience. Such an awful management. I leased a car about a year ago. They ruined my credit by not sending the proper pay off amount for the car I transferred to them in a timely manner. Credit rating agencies did not accept any excuse and now I have a delinquent item in my credit report.Be careful when u are dealing with this dealership especially if you have a trade in.

I tried Nissan of Rt. 46 first but didnt get the deal the online rep. offered, nor did they have the color I was looking for. I contacted Nissan of Hawthorne and they had my color and beat the price at Rt. 46 by $10 a month. The experience was easy for me because I made sure they had what I wanted before showing up. Also, I clarified what I was willing to pay. The process was smooth. I asked for the person I spoke with, we confirmed the numbers, the car happened to be in the showroom, and the deal was signed. They washed it for me while I handled the insurance business and I was out the door in my new car in under 2 hours. I took away one star because the deal was good but not spectacular.

After calling and emailing me everyday for two weeks I agreed to go to this dealership to lease a car based on an email offer. The offer when we arrived at the dealership was NO WHERE near the email offer! My final point that made me and my daughter most frustrated with this dealership is that while we were waiting for the great offer from the manager our sales rep went into the managers office, closed the blinds, came back to his office to get paper plates, and then proceeded to eat his dinner that was just delivered with everyone on the staff while we waited. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!

I bought a new car from this dealer and the car had some issue. I was told that they will detail it later when I come and everything will be fixed as this is usual for new cars. Once the sale was over they never fixed the issue. They made me visit their store seven times and never fixed the problem. Every time I went there I was asked to come back at later date. Tried contacting the store manager, he never comes on the phone and never returns back the call. I even sent him written communication and never heard from him. Every time I go to store I am introduced to new person as store manager who would do nothing but ask me to come back.They lie while negotiating the price also. Once you give them the deposit and finalize the deals they will come with hidden costs and then bully you to agree to those costs. In my case they kept coming with new costs every day for three daysThey tricked me in buying extended coverage and is not cancelling it as they still haven’t got their commission. This is most dishonest car dealer I have ever come across. They are fit to be junk car dealers. I in the process of initiating legal action against them, however thought of writing this review so as to save others from this experience.

I had a bad experience for the 2nd time with a Nissan dealership. First with Paramus and now Hawthorne. Hawthorne never told me what they were doing to the car and didnt tell me how much it was going to be. They didnt look at my car for mileage or scratches when they took the car for the day. I disagreed with the cost and they wouldnt let me have the car back. I had to wait until the next morning where I was going to wait for them to undo what they did. When I arrived, they told me they cant undo it. Not professional at all. Will never return to any Nissan dealership.

Eddie (Manager) and Ashley (Receptionist) are possible the rudest people I have had the displeasure of encountering. WORST DEALER EVER!! AVOID IT at all cost.They have a scam going on there where they advertise a very low price (26K) on their website and then use the reason the website is handled by someone else and it was a typo!. They would then try to sell you the same car at an exorbitant price (34K). I would have been fine with their reasoning if they had told me over the multiple emails or even calls that I had with them about that exact car. Their Internet salesperson kept stating that they do have the car in inventory and the price is indeed correct but all thats just a lie to make you come into their dealership showroom..The manager even told me that they would get the price corrected on their website but still no change yet.

Misdiagnosed and charged the money for wrong diagnosed of the problem ...they are bunch of robbersI took my Nissan rouge 2015 to them, AC of the car was turning on and off, they took 2 hours 30 minutes and then they told me AC compressor is bad, needs new Ac compressor, with labor and parts will cost $970, since it was expensive I told them I will come backI took my car to local mechanic and told them to replace the AC compressor, he order the Ac compressor from Nissan dealer and replaced the New AC Compressor still the problem was the same wasn’t on turning on, later he found out that it was not the compressor, it was an sensor issue which was making the compressor off, which was only $25 parts, he order that parts and Ac compressor is working fine .There was no ac compressor issue at all, these service center of howthorne gave me wrong diagnose and I end up paying lots of money because of their mistakeHope this doesn’t happen to all customers because we don’t check after the repair if they actually change the parts or not and what they have done until you get checked by other mechanic

I am a former employee of Nissan of Hawthorne and now a seasoned salesman in the car industry. I would never, under any circumstance, recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle or service their vehicle here. After years of selling customers, family and friends alike here I’ve seen Hawthorne go from making payoffs late, getting plates in late to now not even making payoffs at all now.At the expenditure of their customer’s credit scores, Hawthorne has consistently impacted their customers scores negatively with no regard what so ever. It is an absolute joke of a car dealership. More managers have gone thru this place over the last 5 years than happy customers. It is not a matter of management but rather one of ownership. Clearly the owner does not care about the business practices of this dealership, the service department or the upkeep of his facility. Stay far away from this dealer. They have an F wirh the BBB for a reason. I’ve worked in a few other dealers after my tenure with Hawthorne and I have never seen any business, let alone a car dealer, operate under such neglect.There’s a million and half places to buy a car, or service your own....make sure it’s not here. You will regret it.

Went here to have my wifes transmission checked. service adviser Emilio Lambouras was who we dealt with, he was rude condescending and snarky. told us that Nissan would never help us in anyway because we were frustrated with the problems we had with the car. after we left we drove by the Nissan dealership 6 times throughout the day and the vehicle stayed parked in the same spot all day. after he told us they had looked at the car they said there wasnt anything they could do for us and charged us $125 plus tax and kicked us out the door. will never return to this dealer and have contacted corporate to complain about him. Nissan of Ramsey is as much better option. and no this vehicle was not serviced under my name, in case Nissan of Hawthorne actually checks their reviews.

Wow! amazing experience. Possibly the best experience Ive had in any Nissan EVER. I came here after a few days of trying to find a good car for me but you cant trust a lot of used car lots and even some of the Nissans near me havent been good. But as soon as I came in to the Nissan of Hawthorne I was welcomed immediately with open arms. The sales manager John just made it a great experience over all with his vast knowledge of all the vehicles. I drove out of their with my new Altima that day and have been nothing but pleased. I would give more stars if I could. This dealership is under new management and it shows. I went to several dealerships and almost gave up on my search for a Nissan. The dealerships alone were the reason I was going to buy another brand and spend more money.Then I gave Hawthorne a try. I can not believe what an amazing staff this store has. They are so transparent and honest it is unbelievable. I am still in shock with the difference in experience with this dealership compared to ALL others.From the salesmen, to the finance manager, to the internet people, to even the general manager who PERSONALLY was smiling and in a great mood and thanked us for our business repeatedly. It feels like you are working with close friends. They are not out to get you like other dealers. They want to work with you and get to a fair deal for both sides.If you come into this dealership with a reasonable expectation they will undoubtedly take care of you. This dealership is a hidden gem. It may be small but they will make deals the bigger dealers wont, because they are about building relationships for sales not ripping people off. By far the worst dealership I have ever deal with. I actually bought a used car from them. I should have called my credit card company and cancel payment on my deposit. This place falsely advertises. The fail to state that their is a $1500 non-loyalty penalty for not buying a car in the last 6 months. They force you into getting warranties.. P.S if look closely.. even if they force you to get them you are allowed to cancel them within 30 or 60 days and get a full refund less either fees of $25 or $ 50 .Both their general manager named Lou and the finance person need to be fired since they do nothing but lie.They do not repair stuff on cars even when it is pointed out to them.. There is no customer service.. Plan on waiting a least 1 hour or more if you need to talk to them if you have issues with a car you purchased from them .. Only to be lied to again.

I hate to write such a poor review but the experience was just so bad. After buying a used car with this dealership, no one would get on the phone with me when I was looking for my license plates and registration. I called multiple times and emailed and no one would talk to me, even just to say that things were delayed or that they were working on it. The very nice lady who answered the phone would say that her manager would call me back within a certain period of time (in 10 minutes or in a couple hours) but no one would ever call back. I would have appreciated someone just being honest and speaking with me or emailing back. To me that doesnt equal good customer service.I will say, though, that the initial salesperson we worked with was amazing. But he ended up leaving this dealership and is now at Hawthorne Chevrolet. If you want to work with a really great salesperson look for Keith P. at Hawthorne Chevrolet.

Steve, J.B., and their team were pleasant to work with, reasonable with price negotiations, and displayed strong customer service. When I arrived to take delivery of the Maxima I was purchasing, service had discovered a part they wanted to replace and their was a delay until later in the day. Since I was busy, they drove the car to my home (30 minutes away) later that night. My wife and daughters were so excited to get a new car delivered right to our home.

They are very friendly till you sign the lease, after that they never return customers calls. We leased the car and the floor mats were missing. They promised to look for them and call us back, Never did and didnt return our calls. We had to call Nissan corporation to file a complain. At the end we have purchased the mats and Nissan reimbursed us. Nissan Custom services were very nice and helpful. Now trying to get my license plates, again they dont return calls.

This is my 7th car and I have to admit it was objectively the best experience Ive ever had. Aside from the genuine service and attentiveness to detail these two portrayed was eventually crucial in getting me a great deal. But what separated them from the rest was the unfortunate event that occurred when I was involved in a car accident just a MONTH after buying it. Well let me tell you I was in shambles, but thanks to the outstanding support and help from both Louis, Gary and the rest of the team I was able to salvage as much of my previous deal and walk away with not ONE but TWO brand new 370zs. Lousy service. Bought a SUV from them. And the dealership did not provide the license plate even after one month after charging me the all the junk fees and cleaning fees for certificate used (the undercarraige was all muddy) and such. I keep calling dealership just after two weeks and they keep on ignoring the call and we LL call u game. then transfer to voice mail game and now my temp license plate is expired. And I cant drive my car because I LL get a moving violation for driving an unregistered vehicle. Still after so many weeks of buying the car, they cant give me an exact date when they going toto provi me the plate!! Its tell you all after sales customer no service. Very disappointed to them.

OMG this is the WORST dealership I have ever seen. DO NOT FALL for the gimmicks. They do false advertising. After you agree on the final price for the car they tag on extra couple of $$$$ and you have to take the additional warranty etc. The manager JOE is completely unprofessional. He didnt even want to tell us what his title was. He is very disrespectful. If he treats his customers like that I wander how he treats his sales team. I feel sorry for those who have to work with him. The whole time we are talking to him he sits in his chair. After our great ordeal when we asked him for his business card he is like I DONT HAVE ONE, so we asked to speak to the general manager he is like there is not one here. The credit manager & JOE who knows what his title is really need to learn how to talk to people. I AM VERY THANKFUL I did not end up purchasing the car. I would give this place a negative star. I do not understand why the owners put up with these kinds of employees who are actully hurting the business GREATLY!!

Hawthorne Nissan is by far the worst car dealership that I have ever been to. We purchased a white 2011 ford explorer and fell in love with it immediately...that is up until the engine 💡 came on a week after the purchase. We took it back to see what was wrong with it and the service mechanic gave us some grim news. He said that the engine had a misfire. In case you dont understand what a misfire can cause...let me break it down for you....the piston im the engine produces twice as much fire which in turn can and most likely will cause an explosion. So our lives were in danger the minute we drove off the lot. The service mechanic then added that the aforenmentioned WAS NOT supposed to be driven off the lot. The carfax was over a year old. Basically, they sold us a 🍋. They would not return our calls. Not only that...we had a problem getting our refund. I advise any looking forward to buying a vehicle to pass Nissan in Hawthorne right up. If you do purchase a vehicle from them....we hope u have better luck.

STAY AWAY!!!!! They will rip you off. Long story short sister (doesnt speak English that well or understands it) 2014 Nissan Max. 22K miles on car nothing wrong with the car. She took it to get the oil change, they tell her that the car needs a lot work and that she might as well just buy a new car. She is tricked into buying a a new 2015 Pathfinder.While looking at the numbers we (the family) see that she got ripped off on the Trade by 4K even by dealership standers.And she over paid by 6K for the 2015 MAX.Sister was made to paid top fees, such as a Admin fee of 600 dollars and another fee to clean up her trade in of 125 dollars........ This dealership took advantage of her at ever point and turn. When we spoke to the person that sold her the car the person does not speak any telugu and no one in the dealership speaks any Telugu. Dealership would not return calls or answer what the other fees are for. $1400 in fees added to the rip off.

The team at Nissan Hawthorne are outstanding and a model for how TrueCar buying should be. They were upfront on the TrueCar pricing, upfront and quick with the trade in value, and did NOT play any of the games of making you wait or changing the prices after the fact.Alex, Louis and the rest of the team dont play the games that many of the other dealers I went to did. You may not agree on the price, which is one thing, but you dont have to waste 1-2 hours to figure out that you cant make the numbers work. I ended up leaving the deal thinking I might find something better, however after visiting a number of other Nissan dealers we ended up back at Nissan of Hawthorne agreeing on the great deal they had originally offered. Had I know better I could have saved myself the time and energy.If you like to make a big production of buying a car and like sitting around while they evaluate your trade-in and negotiate in the back room about the good deal theyre trying to get you, dont go to Hawthorne of Nissan. If on the other hand you want to buy a well priced car from a good group of people, give Alex or Louis a call.

What could of been a 5 star got 3 but should get 1. I purchase a Lincoln MKX love the car like my sale person Admad very respectful although he was new and had to refer back and forward with John, and Nazz. He was a pleasure to work with. But here it is 23 days later with will soon be 30 day with a expired temp plate servers not so honest responds make me feel like I came to the wrong dealership once the papers was sign I feel like I get the brush off granted my number comes up in the caller ID so servers time I get no answer or sent to a full voice mailbox that’s over filled. Answer or return some of those call should solved that problem. I never wrote a negative review before but the inconvenience I had to endure with the back and forth first with not giving the car an oil change before selling it to not getting the plates on time to bringing the car back to the lot for a loaner car to paying Unnecessary tolls and gas not being Reimburse back for the unnecessary expense brought the rating down to 3 had it not been for Admad it would of been 1.

This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didnt know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasnt just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didnt do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didnt matter. But this time, I was in total control.Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!

The dealship is very unprofessional. Eddie is ignorant and does not return calls if there is a problem after you buy a car. Called numerous times to solve a problem. He ignores phone calls, ignore texts and then denys that you called him. Dont go to this dealership.However Gary, the manager was very articulate and professional and final resolved problem.

This dealership is probably one of the worst Ive ever had to deal with...funny thing is I work for a company designing websites for dealerships so I deal with a TON. They are dishonest, and once they sell you the car then good luck with anything. I have called multiple times to try and reach them and never get a call back from Craig who I signed the deal with and when I finally got in touch with him it was a rush to try and get off the phone and multiple times ill call you back in a few days and never received a call. I was told that the warranty I purchased would cover ALL and ANYTHING just take it in for ANYTHING verbatim, shouldve known, took my car in and all it covers is power train so guess who looks like the idiot. took them 2 month beyond my temp tags for them to send me my plates and I was the bad guy for hassling them to give me the plates and that I needed them because had sat for 2 month (all while paying for the car on time) because I had no plates.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!!After reading the previous reviews I have to say I was skeptical about going here. A friend had told me about deals they were having on 2016 Altimas. I was skeptical up until the point of signing the papers and couldnt believe the deal they were giving me.Ive bought 10+ cars in the past from dealerships and know how things work. They really made sure to give me the best deal possible and were all so friendly while doing so. I had shopped at 2 other dealerships trying to get a deal on a 2016 Altima and after going to Route 46 Nissan and pretty much being told to leave the dealership nicely by their Sales Manager Rich (They may get my bad review later on if it keeps bothering me), I didnt think getting a new Altima for a great deal would be possible or worth my time. This was until I saw the staff at Hawthorne Nissan.I dealt with Christina who put the deal together, Daniel as my salesman, JD as the finance guy, and Enrique as the sales manager. They ALL get my 5 Star Rating.Enrique (Sales Manager) personally thanked me for my business and told me to let him know if I need anything. This was a COMPLETE 360 compared to the other dealerships. They seemed very happy to get my business and really seem to be working hard to turn this dealership around.I hope this review helps someone make the decision to try this dealership out again. You wont be disappointed!

So far I am happy with the car I purchased but I only got to drive it for 20 days and havent had an inspection yet so lets hope theres no problems with it. I would never recommend anyone buy from this dealer, most dealers everyone says once they sell the car to you they could care less about you but with this dealer they could care less about you from the beginning. I should have never purchased from this dealer but I have never went through a dealer before and didnt know what to expect. To start off about five minutes into my sale the sales associate I had told me he planned on quitting soon, it was obvious he could care less about his job and anything involved with it. He asked me if I wanted my tags transferred and I said yes but he never asked for my registration which I had with me. There was an issue with the carfax but they assured me to call them Monday and they would have it fixed, when I called Monday they could care less. The car I purchased needed a code to start the radio and my sales associate claimed he could not get ahold of anyone that day to get the code and he would call me back ASAP, after two days of not being able to get ahold of him and not having a radio I called around and got the code myself. My car came with no owners manual or spare key. Less than one week before my temporary license expired my sales associate continued calling me at my work even after I left him two messages explaining not to call me at work and gave him my cell phone number, he asked if I still wanted my tags transferred and to fax them to him, I explained that my temporary plate expires in a few days but he assured me I would have the new ones by then. Two days after my tags expired I called and asked to speak with the manager and she explained to me this was completely my fault and theres nothing she can do, not even send a new temporary plate. So I have called twice since then and each time they have promised me a new date of when my tags would arrive and they have not arrived on either. I have not been able to drive my car now for fifteen days and still no sign of my tags being transferred. They had NO problem sending me everything to pay for my car on time though; the car that I cant even drive.

I recently purchased my Nissan Rogue at Nissan of Hawthorne which was one of the best car buying experiences ever ha.The guys there where extremely helpful, and when it came down to price they were very generous with the discount.I actually got the price I had in my head when I walked in the door.I left a deposit and arranged to collect 3 days later, the guys offered to deliver it the next day free of charge which was a good 45 miles there and back.The next day the car arrived gleaming, it had just been cleaned and prepped and the salesman went thru the entire delivery process in my driveway Very Convenient!I was Very impressed with the polite and friendly service and definitely worth a recommendation, hence internet post! I tried the highway stores and was bounced around from salesman to manager and then they tried to convince me to buy different car. this place did it right and i would definitely recommend to someone looking for a Nissan.

I have been to the service repair department for problems 4 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time my AC went out and they had to order a new compressor. When it came in, they never called to tell me the part has come in, I had to call them and schedule an appointment for myself. Then after 3 days I was able to pick up my car. In the next two days, I realized that ALL the functions on my steering wheel were NOT working and there were two yellow indicator lights on, on my dashboard. I had to bring the car back in and was told that when the battery was taken out during the time the compressor was being repaired, the mechanics failed to attach/reset/reprogram the cables in the steering wheel. And the lights on my dashboard regarding my alignment were going to be reset. A few hours later, I got my car back. 6 days later, my car AC went out again. I brought it back to Nissan Repair and now have to wait for them to fix it AGAIN.This whole process has been very INCONVENIENT and ANNOYING, and I need to mention that I am 9 months pregnant. I have been to NIssan 4 times in less than two weeks and I am about to give birth ANY day.I have filed a complaint with Nissan Headquarters. This place is downright AWFUL.

If I could give this dealership no stars I would. The lack of integrity and ethical business practice at this dealership is incredible. I leased a car from this location and 5 months before my lease agreement was over, they offered to pay the remainder of my lease if I purchased a car from their location. They didnt honor this agreement and have no paid the remainder of my lease off for which I am now getting debt collectors call. Ive been dealing with this for a month now and the sales person who made the deal, Brian Fucci, now says that it is out of his hands. No managers answer calls or when they say they will call you back, they dont. Its been two straight weeks of calling several times a day to get this issue resolved and no one has bothered with helping. This has been the worst experience. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

I priced a car online & read the terms and conditions that it includes a total of like $3000 rebates that I dont qualify for. I called and inquire about a better pricing and was informed that I should come in to work the pricing out. It was understoood that it was busy and I needed to wait my turn but when I finally got a salesman, it was not the best experience. He took one hour to look for a car in the lot and couldnt find it. He left to look for another car, half hour, at that point, I drove away and left a message that Ill return and dont have all day to play. They wouldnt even budge on the price so with all due respect, I declined buying a Nissan. To top things off, the salesman thought it was quite okay to have a smoke break in between helping me out. I have alot of patience so I was very polite throughout the visit there,
