Great dealer, I just returned my 911 Carrera S I got for the weekend through the Porsche Drive Rental program and I was very pleased with the condition of the car when picking up and ease of return. They also have a great Classics program as well so even if youre just browsing youll see some cool stuff on the showroom floor as well!
Sales were great, but when it comes to service, run for the door. Service agents couldnt care less. What an attitude from these guys! Can not believe the response from them, had to reschedule twice already for a repair as no loaner. Told to go rent a car! How about I take my business elsewhere?

These guys are busy, if someone doesnt come up to you, theyre most likely busy. If youre coming to buy, make an appointment or at least talk to someone before hand.Elvis was my guy. Outstanding service department!I can’t speak for the sales department...yet, but my experience with the service team led by Rick have been great. My go to service advisors were Mike and Hannah who always took excellent care of my Porsche Cayenne and myself. They always had a courtesy car available as long as I booked ahead of time and work was completed in a timely manner.When I become a Porsche owner again I’ll definitely return to South Bay for service!
Monday 11am we had an agreement on a used 911 on their showroom floor. We agreed on a pre purchase inspection at an independent shop for Wednesday at 9am. Tuesday 2pm everything was a go with the salesman going to deliver the car in the morning. Tuesday night 7:12 pm salesman texts me GT3 just sold please cancel the appointment. Money before ethics with this sales team.

After a month long worth of paper work and negotiations, my vehicle was shipped to Texas from California damaged. Each party blamed they other until finally realizing the damage happened before it left the Southbay dealership. We’ve purchased vehicles from several different companies, but we’ve never experienced the type of problems and unprofessionalism like we’re experiencing now. Very disappointing! I would give no stars if that was the option.

Excellent customer service? I would say No!I had been in communication with South Bay Porsche about a particular pre-owned vehicle for several weeks. I did not ask nor did I expect them to hold the car as it had been on the lot well over 4 months. I made travel arrangements. I let the sales tech know I was flying in to see that one car a week in advance. Upon arrival the same sales person informed me that the vehicle had been sold which was unfortunate for me, but I understood. What was disappointing was that the very same person had volunteered a week prior to keep me informed on the vehicle’s status. Then at least I might have had the opportunity to cancel the flight. Trust is an important thing. I would prefer to do business with people that say what they are going do, and follow through on what they say. That certainly did not happen here.
Its definitely a professional place staffed with a lot of knowledgeable people who understand Porsche and its products. The service department - I go through Chris Gibson - are flexible and theres not a lot of hassle involved. I dont pretend to be someone who understands a lot about cars and I rely on the service staff at Pacific Porsche to help me understand and fix any related major or minor issues. I feel like they do a great job in that respect; its not like going to Jiffy Lube where they are pushing a million things on you. And obviously I have 100% confidence that whatever issues they do find are going to be perfectly fixed (its a huge dealership).What I really like the most is that its not a huge hassle. Dropping off the car, getting the loaner, then picking up my car after its done is a really easy process. And I can take a few days to return the loaner if Im going out of town. The biggest downside is probably the cost but I think Pacific Porsche prices are relatively competitive and the work is probably as good as it gets. I dont want to risk a screw up on my Porsche to save a few hundred dollars.Thanks Chris - much appreciated for taking care of my car.Kirk
Found me the right color--HOWEVER when the car was delivered to me I knew Nothing about the car .Fred was so anxious to return to Hawthorn that all he said was call 1800 porsche. I had to go to an authorized porsche service and the man spent 1/2 hr with me to show me how to check the oil, what to do with the filler and air pump for the tires, where to put oil- how to read the dash for any problem. He left the car with me and said I never had to touch the lights. I drove home in the dark one night, and my son pointed out to me Fred didnt have the lights on Auto. He never even showed me the button on the companion side to push to open the glove box. No button on drivers side. Horrible experience, Fred just wanted his commission and return home.

Excellent service facility. Chris Gibson was very helpful in saving me some money with service specials. Free rental car was provided. Service was completed on time. This dealership is a little out of the way for me, but I will be back based on the quality of the service provided and the reasonable (for Porsche) prices.
Do not take your car here. They lied to me about what would not be covered under my warranty. Once the warranty expired a year later, suddenly the part needed to be replaced, and would have been covered under warranty.It took over an hour to just drop the car off for service even though I had an appointment.When I picked up my car, the convertible top was not properly seated- the exact issue they would not fix under warranty.They also returned the car to me dirty.
We had a nice experience in Pacific Porsche. I called the dealership and the way Adriana persuaded us to visit the dealership made us drive about 20 miles to Pacific Porsche. There, Richard Presley took over as the sales associate. He was very knowledgeable and helped us select the vehicle we needed. He also had a great role during the negotiations to reach the final deal. The whole sales and financial team were flexible and did their best to meet our needs. At the end we were warmly escorted by the general manager.I highly recommend Pacific Porsche.

Ive been a customer at Pacific Porsche for many years. Its been a very good experience. They listen to my concerns and advise me of the right course of action. Sue Campbell has been my service advisor and she continues to do a great job of taking care of my car. Plus the loaner cars are easy to use and fun to drive. Finally I had the opportunity of discussing the sale of my car with Ryan, the vehicle exchange manager, the discussion was easy and no hard sell. For me, that is important. Everyone there, keep up the good work.
This is the best Porsche dealership to get ripped off at. I came in and told them that one of my taillight bulbs needs to be replaced, they tried to convince me that I needed to replace the whole housing. In other words, they tried to turn a $10 job into a $300 job. In the same day, they tried to charge me a ridiculous diagnostic fee that no other dealership has ever tried to charge me. I mean obviously there are times where that diagnostic fee is justified but I promise you, this was not one of those times. They were completely incompetent, unable to figure out what the problem was (even though the independent repair shop I went to after figured it out in minutes), and then they still wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee? I had to dispute it with my bank in the end since their service manager wanted to play tough guy with me. Just steer away from this one. I recommend finding a good independent but honestly even any other stealership would be better than this one. This also isnt the first time they rip me off. The first time I went they also ripped me off but not as badly so I kind of forgot about it until this happened and reminded me that theyve always been terrible. Not making that mistake again, never again.

I just had my cars 1 year service done at Pacific. What an easy time I had. First they called me to schedule something which was convenient for me and had a loaner car available. When I got there I was told that they could get it done in less than an hour so while I would have enjoyed driving a loaner Porsche, it seemed a little easier to stay. In less than an hour Chris Gibson from the service department came out with my keys. We had a quick chat and he explained everything and let me know to contact him anytime I had a question. It is great to have a knowledgeable service person that sticks with you over the years and is available to answer your questions. That is service! I would highly recommend Chris and the entire Pacific team.
Great service and attitude always. Beverly Hills dealer is a lot closer to me but I choose to drive 30-40 min to Pacific Porsche instead is because the attitude and help you get from here is night and day difference from Beverly Hills Porsche. You feel you are being taken cared of at Pacific while Beverly Hills is just plain rude most of the time. The hassle free Porsche loaner cars you get are also a great plus. Highly recommend this place for all your services.
South Bay Porsche is the best in service and sales. Their personnel in service are extremely understanding and go out of their way to make sure all service is performed timely and completely. Chris Gibson my Service Specialist is extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks to Chris both my Porsches always look and run perfectly.
Benjamin Esfandi was very good at answering questions and helping me feel comfortable with the whole process. I recommend him as a sales consultant. He was very upfront on what he could do for me, and answered all the questions I had. He never felt pushy about purchasing, but worked with me.

I had an incredible service experience with Sue Campbell.The check engine light came on in the morning and I was able to drop it off and got a nice loaner the same day (even though it was the day before Thanksgiving). I recently bought a Porsche 911 C2S from Richard Presley at Pacific Porsche. This car was launch edition and had tons of extras. I happen to live in San Diego and I felt the experience and trust was best felt at Pacific Porsche versus the dealers in SD. It was an absolute joy to drive my new Porsche back to SD knowing how well the whole experience was. I highly recommend this dealership. Buying a very expensive car, you want to feel you can trust your salesman and the dealership you are buying it from.
Michael went above and beyond to make this a pleasurable experience for me. He anticipated my needs and was always a step ahead to make sure I was in good hands. He was also very good at communicating with me each step of the way.

The most time efficient and professional service experience Ive had in decades! Was met at pull-up by Michael Skulick, who shepherded myself and my car through the process. Turn around was estimated to be fast enough that I just hung out in the beautiful lounge area with the huge TV and made fresh coffee drinks for myself. The service area has plenty of eye-candy too!

The staff at South Bay Porsche is amazing they exceeded my expectations my experience was wonderful from the sales department to parts and car rentals from Courtney who helped me from beginning to end I was taken care of in so many ways at the end when I picked up my Porsche Cayenne I didn’t notice I was out of gas and stalled at the corner and to my rescue was Courtney and her sales manager and 5 other gentlemen to help me push the car to get gas at the gas station they filled my tank with a couple of gallons and had me on my way

I worked with Manuela on a used vehicle purchase, although it was not a Porsche vehicle or a high ticket item I was treated as any other customer. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted, at the right price, and in a speedy and professional fashion. Manuela responds fast to emails, phone calls and can expedite the process for you. Manuela is also German, this adds an authentic element to the experience!

I brought my 2001 Boxster in to fix a coolant leak and to get a routine service. During the evaluation they determined that I also needed new tires. The work was performed to my complete satisfaction. They also washed the car.My service advisor Suzanne Campbell was excellent and did a great job explaining the work to be done.
There are so many good things to say about Pacific Porsche, especially our salesman Richard Presley. From the moment we stepped on the lot, we were impressed with the professionalism that he showed my husband and myself while we looked at the used Range Rover we were interested in. We felt very at ease dealing with him and the rest of the staff at Pacific Porsche. We had a small issue with one of the wheels and his attention to detail and follow thru to get it corrected was outstanding.We would not hesitate to refer a friend or buy again from Pacific Porsche, it was well worth the drive from South Orange County!!

My 92 Carrera 2 needed major repairs to the engine so I brought it in to the Porsche dealer with some trepidation about price/quality, etc. Chris Gibson, Service Advisor, was extremely helpful in making sure I understood all the details of the repairs and the need to do them. He took me back to talk to the mechanic doing the work so I could understand all aspects of the job. He also kept me informed on progress, sending me updates and pictures when I was out of town. He got me a loaner car to use, and even picked us up at the airport when we returned to town.. Customer focus was superb! The final bill was very expensive but because of Chris I understood all that was involved. So far the car is running smoothly so it appears that the work was quality work, but I reserve comments for the work quality until I drive it some more.

My selection process, which was confused when I started, was made much easier by his patient and thorough responses. He let me figure out what I wanted and then found the exact vehicle for me.Sarah, in Finance, was a breath of fresh air in a job that usually is difficult and can easily come off confrontational. She helped me get exactly what I needed and we were in and out in less time than I expected. She was personable and very knowledgeable and honest. The process, from start to finish, was exceptionally well managed and agreeable to me, as the buyer.
