Excellent tasting coffee, Nice baristas and tons of parking.

I’m being very generous with the stars. Sometimes they have very good costumer service but others times it can be very bad. There is one older lady that works at the one on prospect I think it is. Anyways there is one lady who is very rude and it seems like she doesn’t like her job. She also doesn’t wear her mask properly. She likes to dump all of her problems on to the costumers. She really needs to be talked to with the manager of the company. But other than that I love it there. She is pretty much the only reason why I really don’t go there anymore.’

The drinks are great, but the customer service is so bad. Like, genuinely something Ive never experienced before. The older woman that helped me today was very snarky, rolled her eyes at me repeatedly, talked trash about her coworker in front of me with her other coworker (???) and just seemed to have a bad attitude. This isnt the first time this has happened either, and while I understand having a bad day or a bad time in general, no matter how good the coffee is, I just dont think its worth it if the people working are rude to you because you got in line.

Huge city brew fan have been for a very long time.Customer service is a major issue. I always order the same exact thing every time. Obviously I know how much it is there is several ladies that will try over charge me up to $2.50 more than the actual price. Probably pocketing the cash as tip money how the owners dont catch on is beyond me. The theft from customers really needs more attention brought to it. I had let it slip by a time or two. Probably happened to others too when in a rush.Drinks most of the time are pretty consistent.

5 times out of 10 the coffee is burnt and, when it isnt it is 7/10. The place is often under-staffed, leading to long lines.

City Brew is the BEST coffee shop in Helena! I stop in EVERY morning for my tall vanilla frappe with a shot and I could not go a morning without it! The ladies that work there are so, so sweet and they dont even have to ask what I want they already know me! Their frappes are so creamy and delicious!I always dread when I go out of state and have to go to other coffee shops, I always cant wait to get back and get my City Brew fix!

City Brew Coffee is wonderful! It is my favorite local coffee house. The staff is always friendly and have smiles. I would love it if there was an indoor place to go with a friend. Keep up the great work!

I go to City brew almost every day (not proud) every person Ive encountered there has been so friendly and always willing to fix mistakes if they are made, which is seldom! The coffee is amazing and good priced, top that off with awesome customer service, and youve got a lovely coffee spot. I love city brew!

They kept thanking me for being patient while making me wait 20 minutes while helping a customer who got there after me and ordered 10 drinks. They compensate with friendliness for their lack of judgement and situational awareness. Disappointed.

I came in to city brew today at 4:30 on Saturday, August 8, and the lady that was there had a really big attitude very bad customer service and gave me the wrong size of the drink that I ordered in the wrong drink on top of that. I hope I don’t see her there at that shop again. She had a very bad attitude and I had a very bad experience at this coffee shop.

City Brew is great! Id say I am now a regular there and its nice being able to say Ill take the usual and they know my drink!Thank you City Brew!

This has become my new favorite coffee place - the gals are always happy to see you, make excellent coffee and in a timely manner! So happy I found City Brew.

I asked for a very simple drink, and not only did the barista working tell me I didnt know what I was talking about while ordering the same drink I have for over 3 years, but then after nearly 10 minutes she brings our drinks to the window. We both (2 people) asked for straws and sleeve one did not have a sleeve (on a HOT coffees!). I went to taste my coffee once I was down the road and it was not even close to what I had asked for!!! I ended up having to throw the whole coffee away because it literally tasted like vomit! Her customer service was repulsive and untimely and she needs to be educated on how to properly make different kinds of flavored coffees.
