Best Starbucks Ive ever had the pleasure to go to..Ive been to many in great falls Seattle, Kalispell. the staff was great and the coffee was perfect. I had stopped approximately 20 minutes before closing. Ill definitely stop back next trip to Helena.

I love the staff and the drinks are always perfect, the only problem I have is the hours. I work at 6 am so I try to get coffee beforehand and usually both locations are open before or at 6, but this morning (although both the google page and the hours everywhere online said they were open) both were closed unexpectedly, so be prepared to be met with inconsistent hours. I understand the staffing shortages and supply shortages though and Im looking forward to when things are back to normal:)) wonderful business and staff again.

Service through the drive through, although very busy, was super friendly and reasonably fast. Definitely recommend!

I order online 15min ahead of time... So I can walk in and pick up my order... Numerous times I get there and the lobby is randomly closed and theres a sign to pickup the order thru the drive thru line. I order online ahead of time for a reason...Ive left my coffee there multiple times as I do not have 15min of free time to sit in line for my mobile order....this happens at both locations and its getting really old...at least note it online that the lobby is closed.7/28/21: I quit going to Starbucks. I just buy their iced coffee brand from the grocery store. Cheaper and more convenient.

Never open. At least match your hours online with the few hours you’re open each year. Just close the store already.

Great place to drink a high quality coffee. They had specialty coffee at this time of the year. I am always a fan of Starbucks coffee and this shop doesnt dissapoint. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can enjoy your coffee while using the wifi. Cool place.

As a delivery service driver this place is horrible. Having 20 cars ahead of me just to pick up an order. There should be designated parking for pickup orders only. I called the business 4 times in a row only to be hung up on. I was told the dining area inside was closed due to a corporate decision. After picking up the order I mentioned that they should have designated parking the female employee almost jumped out the window was very aggressive yelling at me. The employee attitude here is very poor.

This location as well as the one on Prospect decided to close at 12pm today on 06/19. I drove to both locations and found them closed. I called the one in Safeway and theyre open and they said they had no idea why the others were closed. Not very professional to decide to just randomly close 2 locations in the middle of a Saturday.

Fast and friendly service! Willing to customize drinks and to offer suggestions for new drinks to try for something new. Ive never had a bad experience here!

Super amazing! I love that the staff is always personal, asking questions and engaging with customers maximizing the simple experience of getting coffee. Im sure at Starbucks in other cities the experience is generic and day to day hum drum, but here in helena the Starbucks team goes above and beyond always creating me a perfect drink and experience.

Slowest Starbucks drive thru ever. 20 mins later finally made it from the ordering screen to the window. Ordered a soy latte and it was made of nasty regular milk. I am vegan. Made me insanely sick.

Lyndale location (not Prospect). Poor, poor, poor service. I grow tired of this location as they can never just give me my order w/o hassle or complaint, or worse yet, condescending language about coffee education from a 20-year-old. I just want a 12oz. 1/2 Caf coffee for listed price ($2.15). Same thing every time. We dont have decaf b/c its oh so expensive to make just to pour out at end of day. REALLY? I bet the $$ you refund me every week would pay for gallons of decaf coffee! Just make a little! This crew needs a new or better manager to reign in the ridiculousness. Ive always highly regarded Starbucks as a company for many reasons. Not this one!

I keep seeing a lot of reviews about the baristas having bad attitudes. Personally, I disagree. I always go through drive thru in the late afternoons and am greeted with a “howdy” by some chick. It never fails to make me laugh. All of them always seem to be so chipper. Great coffee shop and great baristas!

Posted hours stated open until 8, but when I arrived at 7:40 (tonight, Saturday 12/26/20), I was told through the closed drive-thru window, Sorry, were closed. When I asked, Dont you close at 8? she said, tonight we closed at 7... sorry. According to other reviews, this seems to be a consistent issue with not following the posted schedule at this location. I will not be returning for my coffee needs.

This location frequently turns off ordering ahead and closes their lobby. When asked, staff doesnt know why or says theyre from a different store. Its frustrating and unprofessional

Took 15 minutes for a cup of coffee ... need to go back to old system for serving cups of coffee.

Hours are incorrect, never reliable. They close whenever they want and it’s been this way for months. Kinda awkward that they are opening a new store when they can’t even keep the ones they have open.

A group of five tried to order. Walkin was closed went to order online couldnt and the drive thru said no. Would leave no star but couldnt

I quite enjoyed my time at this establishment. I decided to take a break from my usual stay home study habits and went to the first coffee shop on my mind. The atmosphere was exceptional, and the coffee I sipped was exquisite. Made for me alone and made by someone who knew what they were doing. I studied for the next 3 hours and had no interruptions. All was peaceful. I sat myself down at a lovely window seat and spent the day away studying blissfully. My best choice of drink from Starbucks yet, the sweet vanilla cold brew. It was quite cost effective and well worth the money spent. I suggest that you find a window seat on a nice sunny day to counteract the caffeine you intake. It helps a person find a healthy balance between a calming environment and the excitement of an energy packed cold brew.

I dont prefer starbucks...however my girls love the iced caramel machiotto!

The most inconsistent Starbucks I have ever been to. They will randomly close, change their hours, or just close their lobby without any notice. Also the drive thru is very slow.

What’s not to love about fast coffee? Granted it’s not the most amazing cup of joe you’ll ever have but that’s not Starbucks’ niche, it’s the service, consistency in brand and drinks, and the focus on being a safe place to be creative and meet with people. Both locations have fun, courteous staff which I really appreciate. I frequent the Starbucks in Great Falls on 10th Ave/32nd Street and in Helena the one off of Lyndale Ave the most and the staff in both make an effort to learn your name and orders. The seasonal drinks are fun, everything feels as it should concerning franchise regularity, and again the pace of Starbucks is non stop so with the app available now it makes things even faster and easier. Both locations get 5 stars for great service and brand consistency! Good job guys!

These workers are always cheery even when the pace picks up. I dont know how Starbucks picks the workers but they sure select them well. Great food and drinks as well as quick service. Just what you would want in any location. Good work team.

Really nice staff, store lobby now open and masks required but they have free ones at the door along with sanitizer on tap, they do a great job.

I came here this morning to get some coffee with friends. One offered to let me get something to eat before the gym. So I go in an ask for a breakfast burrito, they were out. But how they let me know, was courteous about letting me know. They offered me a penini and gave me a uni-kitty cake pop for the inconvenience. This store is amazing!

I give the 3 star rating for two reasons. First it was 1pm and the store was closing on a Saturday. We arrived just minutes before and used the drive-thru. Second, they got half the order wrong and since they closed the staff just ignored our attempt to get it corrected.

Not the most efficiently laid out Starbucks in terms of lining up a queue, but very friendly staff.

A rather new Starbucks right next to downtown Helena. Easy to notice from the traffic, and pretty easy to access and enjoy it. The internal decoration is neat, especially the fireplace, with plenty of seating options, and the view is enjoyable as well. I stop by here wherever Im in town, and need to work a few hours; this place is perfect for that. You usual Starbucks coffee experience.

Ah Seattle, where the murk begs a coming in for a sip and sup. Gleaming interiors and glass compliment the burnished wood of Puget Sound. Familiar and friendly. Great place to watch the mountain mists.

Most of the time my experience at this Starbucks is good but whenever I do a phone order in the morning I still find myself waiting for my coffee. They seem totally disorganized in the morning. They don’t care if you’re in a hurry and don’t offer to make anything right if you order something via phone order and they don’t have it (aka sandwich items). They made me late 2 times. Not the service I’m used to at my home store when I phone order coffee in the morning.

I guess no foam means 3 inches of it... and extra hot is not even warm. I worked for Starbucks and it really isn’t hard to follow orders correctly.

Went thru the drive thru. Fast & quick!

I asked for a blonde roast, because their normal drip coffee tastes like burned tires. They said they didnt have any. I asked for a pour over, and heard a literal sigh as they told me it would take too long. I persisted. I worked at Starbucks and make pour overs at home. It takes marginally more time than making a latte and shouldnt be a big deal. Of course, as I drove away I tasted the coffee and, sure enough, they just served me the burned tire pikes place. Thanks folks!

Great, relaxing place for a nice coffee and bite to eat. Very kid friendly with fast, polite service and joyful, helpful employees. Large choice of seating with views of Mount Helena and surrounding areas. Excellent coffee and food choices with fantastic service.

When they opened this sparkling, shiny, new coffee barn, Starbucks closed a great, small, neighborhood store, my neighborhood store. It just isnt the same, still in walking distance, but not the same. Pretty amazing to sit there and watch them crank out the java to keep up with the drive through.

Im not a big fan of Starbucks as a company, but this local Starbucks has an awesome staff.

City Brew is much better if youre looking for just all around better quality coffee.

Hearing the staff swear and talk about how mad their boss will be for having not picked up spilt tea bags, watching an employee get spoken to by management about something that shouldn’t have been in front of customers, off duty employees weaving in and out of lines chatting loudly with on the clock employees while also running out back and then back to their drinks at the counter. Having 4 people ignore customers like myself while waiting to order so they can finish talking, seems very poorly operated and it shows.

This Starbucks always makes my drinks perfect! Very friendly and happy staff! They are actually happy to see you when you walk in or drive up! Thank you for being so good!

A great new Starbucks in town that includes the chains Reserve coffees. Great atmosphere, large interior, but parking is somewhat limited. There is nearby street parking that helps make up for parking issues.

Hours are extremely incorrect. Says open till 7:30pm but both locations are closed at 5:30 at night. People like coffee in the evening as well.

Wish they was inside seating

Super irritated! I decided to go in to order there car line was short and no one was inside! A lady comes in 5 min after me gets her drink before me. I’ve been here before but today they were dead and it took over 10min for an Americano with steamed cream when they were not even busy.

We went to get a strawberry smoothie waited in line at the driver thru finally got to the speaker... We dont have those any more end up buying another strawberry drink not what we wanted.... Two unwanted drink at 4.75 each.. How would you feel????

It has a pretty good drive through which is the focus of the store. The inside is nice and well designed. Service inside can be slow if the drive thru is busy.

Im all on board with Starbucks so Im a little biased. Sometimes Im here once or twice a week and sometimes theres many weeks go by that I dont visit. Every time I show up to get a coffee its always consistent flavor, its that same flavor every time. The drive-thru has fast service. The indoor setup always seems to be good. The inside has big windows which keeps things well lit. Ive never seen it so crowded that you cant get a seat. Its always a good experience for me. At the end of the day its humans who work there so you can expect that every once in awhile theyre going to flop with a drink or something else. But to me it seems theyre always trying hard, doing their best.

Fast, friendly, clean bathrooms, no GF options but does have lactose free though. Okay with people hanging out and studying.

This is a great Starbucks location. Parking is easily accessible. Baristas are always nice. Drinks have always been good. Theres a nice selection of Starbucks products. Seating is nice and its a good place to get work done. There is also an electric car charger if someone needs it, which is rare for MT.

Loved the drinks ordered, the young gal behind the counter was professional... only one of the few... other coworkers were unprofessional and was quite a surprise to see for a Starbucks. The bathrooms werent cleaned, the counters full of sticky syrup, food products not ready at opening... just surprised to see a Starbucks managed this way.

I loved Starbucks even before I started working here as a barista! This location is a more business-like environment, and has a more modern feel.
