The ladies here are so kind. Each experience I’ve had here has been great! I went there today and the girl working was all alone and it was very busy but she had an amazing smile for me and a cheerful personality, although she must have felt the pressure. I received a delicious coffee in record time.Thank you for the great employees you’ve hired for this location. 🙂

The real fruit smoothie reminded me of strawberry flavored sweeties candy..so could improve their real flavor a bit but wasnt bad and staff was polite n friendly

Visiting from out of town. Tried the “Griz” based on the barista’s recommendation. White chocolate with cinnamon mocha. Delicious! Highly recommend.

I love love love this place! They are always very quick, and when they are busy with an order they still say hi and let you know they see you. The drinks are consistent, delicious, and this is the only place that can make my drink right. Ive tried multiple other chain places, and this place nails it every time.

You can never go wrong with Florence Coffee. Tried my first cup at a location in Great Falls and have been hooked on them since. Coffee is always the same between any location I have tried and the staff is super friendly and fast. Most of the girls take my order while working on another cuatomers order and they remember it without asking again. Great job ladies!

My ultimate favorite coffee shop in town I feel they need to spend more time training new staff on drinks. with the extreme turn over the lately. Ordering the same drink never knowing what youre going to get. I only complained once to the owner who made it right immediately. Frankly if I was that unhappy I wouldnt go back right everybody needs a chance to learn new things... its just a suggestion. I know working in customer service is not easy. And I will continue to support the number one coffee shop in Montana

FloCo is my favorite drive-thru Kiosk coffee stop. Super friendly staff and rich flavorful coffee. If I had to choose between waiting 5 min at FloCo or speeding through some corporate line - I would gladly wait 5 min for the quality I get at Florence Coffee.

I can not believe how rude this lady was as i drove up to the window to order a drink. Not only was she RUDE to me and my boyfriend. She took our orders.
