Great Service! I just bought a 2011 Mustang GT CS from them last week and I am in love with the car. Only complaints are the car has some deep buff markings and didnt come with a spare key. Those complaints are things a dealer cant always control. If I was looking for another car CCH would be one of my top of the list dealers to visit.

We purchased a 2015 Subaru Outback from CCH last Saturday. I had never purchased a car from a dealer before, mostly because of the negative stereotypes of car dealerships. Nick Lombardi shattered those stereotypes. He was honest, not pushy in the least, and made us a very fair deal on our dream car.The day after we bough the car, it suffered a mechanical failure. Despite having sold the car to us without a warranty, Nick stood behind his product and promised to do whatever was necessary to make us whole. The malfunction turned out to be related to a recall, so Subaru of America covered the $600 repair bill, which was great for everyone. While it was in for repair, Subaru inspected the entire vehicle and assured us that it was in excellent condition.Hats off to Carolina Cars of Hickory for their integrity and excellent value. We dont expect to need another car for a very long time, but when we do, we will definitely see what they have to offer. If youre in the market for a quality used car, you should definitely check with these folks!

Unfortunately the Truck I wanted got bought before I could secure financing. But these are some great guys to work with, they kept me in the loop the whole time and stayed in communication. There mother is just the sweetest lady and was great at showing me the truck. Would highly recommend them to anyone buying a car/truck.

Great customer service and great experience overall

Bought a 2010 Tundra Crewmax. They went above and beyond to get me information about the truck as I was 3 hours away. When leaving their lot with the truck, had a starting issue. They assured me to take it home, and whatever it needed, they would stand behind it. Long story short, a week later and a $2900 repair bill...sent them a copy and they sent me a check over night. It is a great truck and they (Michael and Nick) are not your stereotypical used car salesmen. They are brothers who were raised right and know how to treat people the way all people should treat each other...with honesty and respect. Awesome experience!!!
