I originally ordered furniture through another company which was taking months to deliver. Every time I called to check on the status of my order I was told a representative would call me back. I finally had enough and cancelled my order. Frustrated, and now in desperate need of the furniture, I called Office Furniture Store for help. The sales rep was so understanding and helpful. I was able to order exactly what I needed (for less than the other company) and immediately felt at ease. My furniture was delivered within the week and saved me certain disaster. Great customer service. Found it to be one of the better office furniture stores in the NY area. He was very helpful with his extensive knowledge to help us select the correct office chair. We will be visiting The Office Furniture Store for any future office furniture needs.

I wish that I could leave 0 stars because 1 star just doesnt do justice. Over three years ago we bought three cubicles and 6 tall filing cabinets. They came and set up the work stations but left a couple times saying that they needed to go get something that was left out of the delivery. After going back and fourth about three times from our office to their warehouse i think that the installers had had enough because they said they would be right back and never returned. Also, 3 out of 6 of the cabinets were locked with no keys but we have since then drilled the locks out and put new ones.Every now and then I shoot our sales associate (John Callahan) an email asking when the job will be finished. He usually responds asking what job this is in reference to. Once I tell him the address and that the guys never came back, he stops answering.
