Just received my new desk & absolutely love it!! It looks amazing, exactly as I had ordered it, and was made & delivered in about 2 weeks. Delivery was very professional, they were careful moving through the building and assembled and placed the desk exactly where I wanted. I would definitely come back here again.

We just had our six seat dining room table delivered and couldnt be happier. Charles is so easy to work with and very responsive to all our questions every step of the way. Our custom made order was finished in less than half the time it would have taken to order one at the leading furniture stores ( 10-15 week delivery these days). Very impressed from start to finish...definitely worth it and the price was right!

Do not go here. Terrible experience. Never ended up making my table.I called Charles Kim at Living Edge Wood to ask him if he could make me a coffee table. I sent him reference pictures and measurements. He asked me for my budget and I gave it to him. He said he would follow up with me and eventually after a few text messages he did. He said he could do the table if I just paid a little extra more, and I happily agreed that was fine and was excited for him to make our table.A few days later, I asked him for an ETA on when we could expect the table to be made. He hadn’t answered me on the phone, had ignored my calls and text messages - for multiple days on end. I assumed he was very busy, so I stopped by the shop to speak with him briefly for 5 minutes. He assured me he could make the table, and told me I would expect to hear from him the following week. The week went by, again he ignored all of my text messages and my phone calls. I wasn’t sure why he would agree to make the table but ignore me after the fact.I tried giving him a final call a couple weeks later, and he actually picked up this time. He told me that the only way he could do the table now is if he charged me double in price, which is totally ridiculous for what he was making and unreasonable.Charles Kim is unprofessional, and it seems like he was trying to scam me out of money to get me to pay double for something he already agreed on price.I would not go to him if you do not want to waste your time. My fiancé and I already got rid of our other table because Charles gave us an ETA date on when we could expect ours to be made. Now, we are left table-less and have to go thru this entire process of finding another. I’m beyond frustrated, I will never go back here again and will advise against any of y family and friends to go here.

Start to finish great experience. Very reasonable pricing. Charles was great and very easy to work with. Always kept us posted on the work and responded in timely manner. Will definitely recommend and use again.
