This is the spot! First, the staff and service is lovely! They are helpful, informed and non intrusive. There is a lot of selection and some wigs are available in the aisles instead of behind the counter. They also carry a lot of bonnets/caps, edgy wraps, nail supplies, natural hair products and lashes. It’s just a better organized beauty shop. Above all their prices are good/comparable instead of other places who upped their prices with so-called discounts. I prefer here where I can get what I want without the hassle. Ladies go here!

I enjoyed my experience going to this store for the first time. Young woman was so helpful in helping me choose hair bundles for my daughters hair. I actually felt relieved that I had the correct product. I cant count how many times I bought the wrong thing from lack of knowledge or bad advice from someone. She seemed to care, she didnt talk down to me or seem annoyed I needed help. Great customer service when I visited! Thanks !

I dont have any complaints about this place. Its clean and well stocked. The employees are helpful and willing to assist. They sell jewelry, wigs, all types of hair, products for all types of hair, lipgloss/stick, makeup, nail polish,...etc very nice. Best thing is you arent being stalked and followed like youre a thief, like other hair stores!

Do not shop at this place. They gave me the wrong color hair and wouldn’t honor an exchange- even though it was their mistake. Quinn lied to her boss and told him I said the color was ok to make him think it wasn’t her fault, but she had already admitted she made a mistake and apologized for it over the phone. I was a loyal customer and would have bought many more wigs from her, but never again. Wait and shop at Beauty World or somewhere else. They don’t care about their customers.

I will never buy from this store again. A couple weeks ago, I went and spend $75 in this store. When I get home i didnt have all my products in my bag so i Iooked on the receipt and the product I bought was on the receipt but not in the bag. So I go back up to the store talked to the Chinese guy who wrong me. He had to nerve to call me a lier and accuse me of trying to trick him so I can get free product. He would not give me the product I paid for neither will he give me my money back. We stud there arguing for about 15 minutes until the black that worked in the store came up to us and told him what happen and I was the girl that called and they told me to come get the product. He still refuse to give it to me or give me my money back. So the black lady that work there got very mad at him, reach in her pocketbook and bought the product with her own money and gave it to me. He took the money and I left.The black race is where they make there money from. But they stereotype us and is very disrespectful to the black race. I will never buy from Chinese beauty supply stores again until they learn to respect and appreciate the black race. For now on I will by from the middle Eastern looking people on East green in high point. The really nice to me and never had a problem with them. I will never by from American beauty supply on E MLK Jr Dr in high point by Dollar general and food Lion again.
