This store has everything I met new employee Hannah today and she’s the best employee I’ve ever met that’s worked there. She’s really sweet, and even tho it was busy she was doing a good job about being kind, patient, and working hard to help everyone. I was surprised when she told me it was only her second day, I will be back more bc of her They need more associates there like her

Usually I don’t Leave reviews but I have To say that I visited this store on Saturday 4/17 and I am disappointed in the service. I asked forHelp from Ana. I made sure to remember her name bc I am upset. She didn’t help me at all and was rude and unhelpful. I asked For help and she continued to talk to another worker (didn’t catch her name) to gossip and show each other stuff on the phone. you shouldn’t hire people that talk about other works it’s unbecoming of the store and it’s just rude. especially if it’s in front of other customers while. I love This store but am disappointed and will not be returning and warn others of shopping.

I’ve lived across the street from this store and never even knew what was in it until today omg 😆 definitely do not regret going in.. the store is full of amazing products and yes, they have a trillion different products there. The products in the store itself are wonderful. What I didnt like was the staff. It wasnt very diverse. & the questions I had about the hair they sold they had no idea and wasnt very helpful at all.. I had to at one point ask for someone with coarse hair (African American) to help and not one was working .. should have all races working for your company. Big nono for me .
