Staff has been so nice the last couple.of years.

This is an excellent location to grab discounted salon and spa products! Professionals, and students alike, are welcome to come and grab a free membership to take advantage of the awesome prices! Students must bring proof of their curriculum by showing your school schedule! You are free to purchase anything in the store, with the exception of hair color and chemicals, which is exclusive to licensed cosmetologists only! They have amazing brands of nail polish, hair care, brushes, lotions, creams, and tools at wonderful prices! As a massage therapist, I was disappointed in the small selection of massage products they carry! They did have some Biotone products, but unfortunately it wasnt what I was looking for! The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a good atmosphere for novices and professionals alike!

My first time going into cosmo prof because my school is nearby. I politely asked if they had any toners and of course she would point out that Im a beginner in cosmetology, so we could not purchase any chemicals. Okay.. but what if Im doing my own hair? I can come up in there without a discount, without a badge, and drape on and purchase it anyhow. Then she went on talking to whoever her friend was. She didnt recommend me anything if I was to need to purchase something like that for my own personal needs.

The store is clean and easy to navigate. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.

They always have what I need and if they dont they order it for me they rock

They are always out of product. My salon used Goldwell and always out of Natural Energy perms. And Top Chic color is always in short supply. As a salon owner, its frustrating.
