Took my phones in last year for my trade in and their manager stole them never processed them so I never got my credit from AT&T been fighting with them since this happened the new manager at the time admitted to it to the loyalty specialist that was on the phone so they fired her and then straight lies and said that never happened. This place is a joke.
Unfortunately I lost my phone the other day and drove to the AT&T store not in the greatest mood the gentleman that helped me there was named Guillermo he was by himself because two of his coworkers called out sick not panicking his service was amazing Quick got me going very fast and on my way this is the kind of employee I wish I had working for my company he’s an incredible person and AT&T is lucky to have him. I was stressed out when I got there and left very pleased thank you again for everything you did thank you Guillermo
When I arrived at AT&T both employees were helping two different customers. I waited an hour and 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Also I tried to set up auto pay online. Every time I pay online I get a red message saying contact your bank. Im not able to set up auto pay but I paid with the exact same card in person at AT&T the card worked fine. Its so frustrating that I have to go into AT&T every month. Ive contacted my bank and they said they neither denied the charge or even saw me attempt to make an AT&T payment online. So I know the problem is on AT&Ts end and not my bank. Ive go through this the last three times Ive tried to pay my bill online.

I had little to no wait time! Sam was very helpful in explaining everything to me! She helped me transfer everything from my old phone and helped me find all the accessories that I needed. She was very good at explaining the different options I had in terms of deals currently available and the plan options AT&T has to offer. Overall it was an effortless process thanks to Sam!

I expect a store to be clean and organized but sales and store personnel can be abrupt or ignore you. Not at this store. A pleasant sales rep named Naz welcomed me and asked me if she could help. She was patient and reminded me that I would be well informed before I left the. Her fellow sales rep Danny helped me finish my transaction and demonstrated how to use my new device. Anytime I don’t spend a lot of money and the store personnel are friendly and helpful, I’m a happy guy!
Naz was so helpful and greeted me right away. She made what could have been a stressful experience easy. She was patient and knowledgeable. I appreciated her kindness and honesty. She is great at what she does.

Sales rep SAM was more worried about sale and not customer service.Our new phone purchase was needed but left us empty handed and scrambling on how to transfer information from one phone to the other.Still have not been able to transfer information from old phone to the new one.Huge waste of time and purchase.

I absolutely love this location ! I always only come to this location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. My favorite employee I always ask for him is Tristan ! Absolutely love him. Easy to talk to and very easy going. He always helps me get more bang for my buck. He helps me choose the best phones and plans to fit my budget. Always exhausts all my options to show me all the different plans. I really appreciate his patience and customer service. You don’t really see people go the extra mile anymore but he never lets me down. If you’re looking for phone needs or have question, ask for him. You won’t be sorry.

Was in need of a new phone. Sales rep Sam was so worried about her sale she didnt make sure i was happy as customer or got what i needed. She was more worried about selling what she wanted to sell. Left me with no contacts or any transfered info from old phone.

Let me just say that when my puppy was killed by this cruel, idiotic kid unknowing of who I was I was furious to no end. This store and AT&T as a brand helped me execute my revenge efficiently and effectively. I never had a single dropped call or a slow in my data connection. Also when going to buy a new phone after having my life turned upside down. They worked with me and were able to recover all my irreplaceable pictures of my recently deceased wife and dog. Thank you highland store for being awesome and thank you AT&T for being the best wireless company and helping me carry out my justice.

Working with Danielle at Highland AT&T was a very pleasant experience. She showed me how to easily free up space from my iPhoto gallery by uploading my images to Google photos. Now I can continue to take pictures and shoot video with my phone. Happy AT&T customer!!!

Today I walked in for screen protector have always heard horror stories about authorized dealers, but that was not the case was greeted and helped right away walked in and out of the store quickly and was treated with respect not once was anything pushed on me (I let them know I was in a rush because of my children) better treatment than CORPORATE locations

Got to the location by 6pm on a Saturday looking to buy a new Apple Watch. Watched an employee see another customer out the door then locked the door behind her. I walked up to the door to confirm that their hours were “9:00am to 9:00pm” but the two gentlemen in the store avoided eye contact with me so I guess they like to close up whenever they want.
We had a warranty exchange and Tristan was very helpful, friendly, and patient.

Just called to ask about the iPhone 7 and they were extremely rude. The girl who answered cold transferred me to another guy and when I asked him if they were a corporate AT&T store he flat out lied to me and said yes when in fact they are a 3rd party provider. Avoid at all cost and go to the much friendlier store in Redlands!
They took 30 min just for a simple payment that takes less then 3 min
Completely wasted 2 hours of my day!!!Went in there because my phone went blankThey couldnt help told me to call for warrantyCalled warranty and was told how to force reset my phone.Why would nobody at the store know how to force reset a brand new Samsung? Pretty sure you sell them!!!!
Some of the best service I have ever experienced. Daniel sat with us for a long time because my brother and I came into the store with a complicated problem, and she went above and beyond. Tristan was also very helpful. The AT&T stores in Yucaipa and Redlands gave us the runaround saying to go to the other/next store because they couldnt do what we were asking. But we saw with our own eyes that any AT&T employee had the capability of accomplishing the task, they just didnt want to help because it was too tedious. I felt VERY helped. I was 110% satisfied. I was not disappointed at all. Go to this store if you need phone service.
Giving these guys no props. Very Samsung favored and really dont want to help you for nothing if they can avoid it or if you have an Apple device. Never again will I dealWith this store. I will talk to the CSR over the phone and get a much better experience. Only one gal was ever cooperative and helpful in all three years Ive been with the store.

Horrible horrible horrible customer experience. the ladies that work there are so rude so unhelpful. I call to ask for there names to make an complaint tells me I cannot talk to the manager cause she was busy and I said can I be put on hold they said no. I ask for the name she said we are unable to because of policy. Does not make sense when they wear name tags!!! They could not help with the phone problems sent us to another store was to worried about being on her phone then talking to customers!!! Will be complaining to corporate when ever I find out there names!!!

Last week, I desperately needed to know how to file an ins. claim on my moms ruined iphone. But here in Texas (DFW- central time zone), all the stores had closed for the night, and my own phone was on 4% battery, so I couldnt risk wasting time on the AT&T main cust. serv. line going thru prompts, or being on hold. So I had the idea to call a store in a different time zone with my questions. I tried stores in Riverside & Santa Monica- and had trouble explaining my predicament, got no help at either one of those locales. Then, on 2% battery, I found Brittany at this Highland store, & got the nicest, most helpful customer serv. Ive had in a very long time. She told me exactly what to do, and said if I had any more complications, shed make herself available if I needed to call back. It probably didnt seem like a big deal to her, but it was to me, because my mom is disabled now, and there was a sense of urgency to get her a working phone again. I so appreciated her friendly voice at the other end of the line that night.I highly recommend this store for their great cust. serv., which is the main reason weve stayed with AT&T all these years anyway. I could go on and on about how horrible of a place this is. Instead, I will just say that I am filing a Better Business Bureau report. Call AT&T instead of going to this place.
I have been in this store and others probably 10 times since signing a service contract a year ago. I have been trying to lower my bill ever since then.The more free data they give me the more my bill goes up. Apparently no matter what you do at the store level other then buy more overpriced hardware nothing gets done service wise. They tell you changes will take affect on your next bill but they lie to you. Buy your own phone unlocked and stay away from these so called service centers. All they care about is ripping you off for commisions. Cant wait until my contract expires!

Went to this AT&T to get a new phone and to replace a cracked screen guard for my iphone 6 . Bought the screen guard when I bought the iphone and was told it came with a lifetime warranty and physical replacement in the store while you waited. Had it done 3 months ago no problem. Great service. This time was told due to employee misuse I would have to go to gadget guard, register, then order my free replacement part and bring it to the store to have it mounted. After all that hassle found out the free screen replacement costs a minimum of $4.99..up to $24.99 if you want it in 2-3 days.So the free replacement is not free and the AT&T store sales people get a big laugh out of ripping you off with empty promises. They are quick to sell you things but blow you off when its comes to backing up there promises on items they have already sold you..Being a valued customer is meaningless at this location....

Do not go here enter at your own risk... go to a actual AT&T store. This is a 3rd party AT&T store. Go to the warehouse store in redlands off redlands Blvd or any actual corpate store...If I could give them no star I would. there not a real at&t store there a 3rd party store. AT&T corpate has no control over this store Bullying you like this did us.There whole store (all the employees and store manager) and district manager fused to exchange my phone out for another one because I was unhappy with it, within my 14 days to return. And they only would do it if we returned and repurchased the 2 free tablets they gave us. They wanted me to pay a 400$ to do the return... I called the at&t customer service number and they could not do a thing to help us.Because this 3rd party at&t store it has nothing to do with corpate AT&T they just are aloud to sell there product.They kept bullying us for so long they tried to lock Me into a phone I was unhappy with because they dont like doing returns. For 5 days they gave us a different excuses how someone thats a higher up out of state would have to review the transactions and maybe they would approve the return/exchange. And they didnt even know when they would hear back because this person could be on vacation or they dont work weekends or this day or that day and they have no way to solve the problem right then and there...I work in retail and I guarantee there no customer issue I cannot solve with 1 single phone call or by my self on the spot...A few of there employees even told me they dont tell people that can even return phones for something else because they hate to do there job.they told us to come back and have them install are 40$ screen protectors and they screwed them all up, there was so much dirt and dust under it. And they got mad at us when we pointed it out and had them yet to fix it. I would not give them a dime. Very unhelpful and very judgemental towards any product thats isnt there home security systems and there own presonal phone of choice.We almost canceled with AT&T and went to Verizon because of this store and its employees...So just dont go here...

One of the worst experiences I have had with a retail location. The sales associate Andrea Samayoa added a line onto my account without my consent and had to go into the store 3 seperate times to try and get it removed. Managers wouldnt do anything they just said we will call you when she gets in and never called. I had to go to their coporate office to get this taken care of! Terrible customer service.
