This is the worst store ever if I could use 0 stars I would!! Bad customer service

Dont go here. Went to this location to replace the phone i broke. Got the new phone then discovered that the girl whod helped me actually started a new account with a new number. Told her i had an account when i was there, not to mention when she entered my info my account would have come up. Even worse, she said it would cost me $20 to change back to my old number and wouldnt waive the $20 fee. She never mentioned i could do it for free by calling customer care. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Horrible service by the young lady that works here, she was on her phone in a personal call the hole time That I was here, I wish I had that job to get payed to talk on the phone with your bff. come on is a dream job for everyone I wanted to rate 0 stars but it won’t let me. Horrible

Called ahead of time to get a quote for 2 lines the lady said with activation fees and taxes it would be 160$ out of the door with two new phones . I show up today and the lady is saying 240$ out the door and that she cannot let us buy the phones without the special cases and screen protectors .. I go to another location and right away the lady says 160$ out of the door . She said that the extra cases weren’t necessary unless we wanted to purchase them . Do not come to this location they try to rip you off, call more then one place before settling because they try to pocket extra cash and scam you .

Why is this a place that only hires bilingual people? They stay having a help wanted in every location but you need to be bilingual they told me before i could even ask about the job position...

The 2 young ladies that work there are Extraordinary. Sometimes as consumers we hear what we wanna hear and if we dont get what we want tend to project our negative emotions out on the workers. They are employees of a very. Large corporation and dont make the rules, they just follow the corporates policies and procedures. I have been to this location and others. I prefer this one, and have referred people to their store. I know Kassandra and Kristina will do everything in their power to get me the services I need without the fuss and muss, as well as others. I have heard them handle customers calls and have seen customers who. Come in thinking they can bully thesen young ladies into giving them what They want instead of what is actually being offered. I have see Grown A** adults act so Offensive, Immature and violent for frivolous reasons. These young ladies have made a bad day good just with their Shining smiles and Cheerful attitudes. Everyone has a bad day.Thank you ladies, and Thank you Metro for them!!! I would be Lost if I didnt see them.

Lousy service I have been through this store on several occasions and the woman who is there, answers as if her life was a bitterness, even scary to ask the prices of something all the time is annoying and does not solve anything, I went to activate a chip that I changed to an unlocked iPhone and said that it could not be done, nor did I let myself finish explaining it and as always in this my third visit attends with an attitude 🙄 I went to another metropcs and in the second they were.
