Hammond grandbabies old for the weekend he want to go to game board game whatever thats called GameStop and I took him there he really liked that peoples very nice to him I like to have that type of experience when I have grandkids and you know they go out in somebody treat him nice in their business
The store and product is perfectly fine but the employees are different. One woman who worked their dropped the F word like 3-4 time while my kids were present within 15mins. Even while my husband was asking them questions and I had to take my kids out.“Everyone got their F- trump money”

I’m very disappointed in this store and the assistant manager named Mark. I live near highland, but since I was in Redlands I bought my son a headset there, but as soon as I got home my son said it didn’t work he couldn’t hear anything out of it. I was recommended this headset from an employee because I told her I needed a universal headset for games and a laptop. Well the time was 7:40pm when I arrived at the Highland store to return or exchange the headset. It costed me over $73.00 for the headset. Well I came across Mark the assistant store manager who from the start wasn’t friendly. He asked very rudely what was the problem and I told him. After that he looked at my receipt and looked at the box then he checked the headset and told me the headset was not a match to the box so he couldn’t do anything to help me and told me to go back to where I bought it from. I explained to him that my son needs a headset for his class tomorrow in the morning and I needed to get him another one by tonight and that I didn’t have enough time to go to Redlands because they closed at 8pm and by that time it was 7:50pm. I begged and pleaded with him if he can call the store to verify my purchase although everything that was sold to me was in the box. He told me it was not his job to call them and that’s my problem I need to take up with them. I was furious and drove fast on the fwy to get to Redlands within 10 minutes. When I went to the Redlands store the employees said they didn’t understand what the problem was and that the headset was a match to the box. Now this man Mark who is a so called Assistant Store Manager assumes and accused me for having a headset without the correct SKU number. I honestly felt that he was racially profiling me because he was WRONG!!!! Now I want to make sure he doesn’t do to others what he put me through. I’m very disappointed on how he handled the situation. I’ve been a customer with GameStop for many years, but the experience I had at the highland store I will never return again.

I have never had any issues with this company, but this location has a lack of management and organization. My sister pre ordered an Xbox that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The console just came out yesterday and per policy when items are preordered a person has 48 hours to pick up. Today when she went to pick it up she was told that her pre-order was sold to another customer. I would like to know what is the point of a pre-order? Is this a common practice this store has? I would hope that corporate whips this store into shape or they will be losing a lot of business.
So Ive never had a issue at Gamestop before but this location seriously screwed me over. I had an Xbox on pre order and my account had a note attached saying my cousin would pick it up for me as I would be working, Ive done this in the past and it has never been problem. When my cousin went to pick it up they wouldnt release it to him and said i had to be there in person. Ok a little annoying but not a big issue. I went in today to pick it up only to be told someone sold my pre order. Now gamestop has an policy stating that pre orders are held for 48 hours, so if the Xbox was released yesterday why did they sell my pre order by today? This is unacceptable, what is the point of pre-ordering if youre just going to sell my product anyways. This stores current management team is very disorganized and cant keep their inventory in order. Whoever thought it was a good idea to replace the previous store manager obviously doesnt know how to run a business and shouldnt run a business.
I came all the way here from Riverside because the product I bought online was only available at your store. I came there only to find that this store was closed. Please change your online hours so people dont have to waste gas, time, and money.

I Love all of the Game Stop locations. Becase they always have my favourite PS4 Video Game Disks that I Love to buy and take home with me and play for many years to come. Because playing the game the first time around was so much fun that replying the game over and over again never gets old for me. The cashier forgot to ring up my second shirt and was to busy talking to a buddy waited behind that person for 10 plus minutes and then when I got home realized that I did not get merchandise I brought up to the register. Very disappointed
Have no complains what so ever. Always have a good experience especially in the inland empire mall in sb and in highland locations. Friendly staff and knowledgeable staff when it comes to gaming info. Highly recommended when looking to buy any product thats new and like other places used items always have a chance of wear and tear. Cant get enough of ppl complaining about small details that makes no sense..

Rude and incompetent. Especially the short girl with dark hair, glasses, face piercings and tattoos. I only come here as a last resort. I’ve always felt like GameStop could do so much better if they actually taught the employees what REAL customer service is and what it means. Just stick to offer up and let go.

Rude ass customer service, some chick & some guy were being rude because I asked how much store credit I would receive for a game. The girl was so rude talking about me to her coworker as if I werent there, customer service is their job, i had a simple question there was no need to be snappy & rude considering I was nothing but nice to them, the manager needs to speak to their employees they need to learn a thing called respect, I came in at 7:30 pm 3/13/18

The employees hide the good pop funkos in the back and pick and choose who they wanna sale them too if not the employees would buy the good pop funkos for themselves. I noticed that happened to me because the bs answers the employees give to me everytime I ask about funkos they give me the run around and wont check inventory room went the computer clearly says the pop I was looking for was in stock maybe in the inventory room thanks gamestop I would never step foot inside that store ever again until some changes be done because its not good salesmanship the way they treat their customers

My husband has been a Power up member at gamestop for a decade. We never have had to review any gamestop negatively. But I remember why I stopped coming to this gamestop. The customer service rep was condescending and had no idea on how to handle several situations that arose during my transaction. Then I was quoted a price on the gamestop website that says it was good until the end of business today and was given 1/2 that price. She kept saying she didnt know why it was doing that. It must be an Xbox issue etc...she also said they took off $4 for a refurbished fee when it says on the website and in the store that no box you still get the same price. This gamestop used to be about good customer service but that is no longer the policy...

I love being helped by christopher. hes an awesome employee and is very helpful. the woman manager is a big B*tch. i went in there with my husband and he had a question about a game. and she retorted in a very Fkn Rude manner saying, : Well if you let me talk and stop talking over me, youd know what im about to say. i gave her a very dirty and disgusted look and thats when she said, im just kidding.. i want to take this problem up to corporate. she is very rude and apparently im not the only one that hates her.i even had to go back to get insurance on one of my games because she didnt offer it. and she got all psycho when i pointed out that she didnt offer it. if you want an awesome customer service experience talk to christopher, he is super helpful and super friendly.

Took a controller in with headset jack and it was 25$ in trade but they only gave me 20$ and took away 3$ from that 20$ and said it was the same trade in value. Place is sorry, Recommened if your trading to have your phone ready at the register.
