Don’t go if you are in a hurry, or even if you simply value your own time. I arrived at 9 as soon as the store opened to just get a new SIM card and the manager was the only one that could help. Unfortunately he was in a meeting for 45 minutes while I waited in the lobby. I asked an associate to remind him we had been waiting multiple times and finally when he came out (named Mexico) he didn’t make eye contact with me or apologize for my wait. He replaced my card in literally 5 minutes and said, “there you go.” I apologized for interrupting his meeting and he let me know “it’s fine” before walking away. It was a super frustrating experience and I felt like a big inconvenience instead of a valued customer.

Jose, Evan, and David were very helpful! Very friendly and personable. My previous carrier caused a lot of problems on the switch over but they were very helpful and patient even when everything was frustrating. Amazing costumer service!

Jason was absolutely amazing! So friendly, very professional and was more than willing to explain to my husband and I every little step. The store was professional, clean, organized, and I felt like I was treated like an actual person. I will be coming here every single time I need to get stuff done!! Thank you! Only go if you have plenty of time to wait. Had to go three times and minimum wait time was 1hr just to talk with someone. The store only ever had max 2 employees who are in no hurry to help you.

My sim card went out and they replaced it. Also, told them about how I wished I could get better internet, so they told me about Tmobile internet router for $50/month. I ordered it. It sounds great...

I had limited time to get in and add a line. Jacob that works there communicated a special promotion the store was running to add a line. I called ahead and was helped by Evan. I told him of my quick turnaround time, and he pulled my account up to have ready when I walked in. Upon arrival I was greeted and quickly started the process. I was able to have my questions answered and SIM card installed and verified before leaving with a couple minutes to spare. As a mom on the go, I greatly appreciate when people are both helpful and keep to their word about time.

We spent hours on the phone trying to transfer a phone number to a new plan. It was a frustrating technical issue, but we walked into this particular store and Ethan and Jacob literally fixed our problem in 20 minutes. At first, they didn’t even know what to do. But they pooled their resources and found a solution. My wife and I were so shocked that I said, “I’m writing these guys a five star review.” I hardly ever write reviews, but these guys deserve it. Give them a raise! Sheesh, that was some good customer service.

I have been very happy with T-Mobile as my carrier. I switched over from AT&T several years ago and Ive been very pleased with T-Mobile when compared to my experiences with AT&T.However, this review focuses primarily on this store and staff. I have been super impressed with the staff here. There have been multiple times (involving different people) where I come in thinking I would get one plan but then they actually make me aware of cheaper options or deals that would be better for me. Most sales staff Ive encountered in my life try to talk me into spending more money, not less. The fact that Ive had that same experience with multiple people makes me believe that is part of the culture of this store at least and maybe T-Mobile as a whole. Definitely recommend.

Edson is an amazing young man. We switched from Verizon and all my wifes information was on her old phone. She was nervous about losing 14 years of her pre-school business. He spent most the day helping us transfer data from 4 different phones and also taught us how to use the new phones. He is the reason we switched. We are excited to be T-Mobile customers and plan on staying with you as long as we have such good customer support. Thank you.Dave Dean

Edson was incredible getting eight of us on the same plan and upgrading as many phones. The price was right and all the staff at the Highland store were very helpful. That made our switch from another provider that we really liked all the easier. I would send all of my friends to Edson.

Giving two stars out of pity. But this is the worst mobile store I’ve ever worked with for any carrier. We switched over four lines from Verizon on Black Friday, and two weeks later, the string of errors is now comical. We’ve spent hours in this store in Highland, on top of hours on the phone with TMobile customer support trying to resolve mistakes made by the staff at this location. I get clear and confident answers from them, oh yes. But, inevitably something is done incorrectly causing another day on the phone or another trip back into the store.I only hope we get through the on boarding and never have to deal directly with the local store again. It’s that bad. I wish it wasn’t, but it’s the worst I’ve ever experienced, and has me regretting the decision to switch. If I had a crystal ball, I’m sure it would be showing me a future where I’m switching to another carrier after my trade-in incentives lapse.

I am so incredibly impressed with the service of this store, especially Edson! Though we spent HOURS (we switched 9 people over from Verizon), Edson was very careful to make sure he was organized and careful to make sure everything was done in order and as quick as the process allowed. And they went out of their way to make us happy to the point of leaving the store TWICE to go to Orem to pick up the color phones we wanted so we didn’t have to ship them. I highly recommend this location as everyone was great and knowledgeable and friendly, but I recommend Edson above them all because he put up with my crazy family for 8 hours straight 🤭 Can’t go wrong!

The store manager set me up with a new plan and a new phone. I was fast and let him do his thing, he was so concerned with speed that he was helping me that he got it done in 7 minutes.with in 24 hours my phone wasnt working, and I went in to tell him to just cancel it. two hours later I still have yet to get it resolved. I was concerned that he skipped a step in the setup.

I wasn’t planning on changing from VZW but figured I’d go in to T-Mobile and see what they have to offer. Edson helped me. Awesome guy! Great customer service! He explained the process of switching over and made it as seamless as possible. I’m saving a ton of money every month even with a new phone and couldn’t be happier :) Also, T-Mobile’s cell service is better than VZW around AF and Lehi. Make the switch! You’ll be glad you did

My experience was good. The clerk who helped me was very friendly and helpful. However, there were a few things I was told that would be set up on my account that didnt happen and they denied that they had ever told me what they had. There was also some mix ups my parents experienced there too.

I have been there multiple times over the last 2 years and have never had a problem. The staff there are amazing! Every time I have come in with a question or to upgrade, they went above and beyond to answer my questions and get the best deal for my needs.From what I have noticed, it is tmobiles computers/network that really slow them down. It takes a long time to make changes to your account when the T-Mobile system is slow. Many times while I have been waiting for the system, Ive told the employees to go help other people.

They can be busy at times. If you go in during a busy time you will end up waiting a fair amount until somebody is free, so you may wish to plan for that.Theyve always given me good service and helpful answers whenever Ive needed them.

I have been at T-Mobile for the majority of my cell phone having days but the past few weeks have made me want to leave them for good. I went in to ask about a trade in for my lg g4. I was briefly helped and then left to wander the store. After a while I picked a phone I liked. I alerted one of the workers I was ready to start the process. My big mistake was that this guy was new.I go through the process of getting the phone and doing my trade in. He tells me I can get a lowly $46 for my phone. Not what I hoped but oh well. Then he asks how I want to use this money. Use for my phone or for some accessories. I pick accessories and find some I like. Oh wait theres a catch you have to spend $70 to use the money for it. Not a huge deal I suppose, and I pick put some more things to make it $70. He goes to put it in and theres another catch. I actually cant use the money from my old phone to pay for these accessories. Okay... So I add it to my phone plan and finally after about 30 min of paperwork etc I am heading out the door. They also didnt have any of my new phone in stock so I have to wait up to a week for it to ship (and pay for shipping).Almost a week goes by and they havent sent me anything saying that the phone is shipped. I decide to call them to see if I can change the address since it hasnt shipped and they tell me that I hadnt signed something and that that was why it had not shipped yet. They send it to me via email and say they will ship it (and refund my shipping charge of $7). It will take another 7 days.. After the first 7 days ends (and no I can not pay them extra to overnight it, etc). Eventually after almost 2 weeks my phone arrives.I put on the screen protector. It is a simple process where you put your phone in a holder and use a roller to roll it across. The top is stuck, however and created tiny bubbles everywhere it connected to the set up. I tried to fix it but nothing worked.I went into the South towne mall location just to see if they can tell me if the problem is covered under a warranty. He dismissively tells me to go onto some website and check and that there was nothing he could do. He then tells me that he is better at putting screen protectors on and turns back to his computer. I go into the store next store and buy a tempered glass screen protector.I usually dont buy accessories from T-Mobile and this again proves why. I am still paying for a screen protector that it is in the trash that I never would have bought if I wasnt pressured under false pretenses. My taste for T-Mobile is, Im afraid, eternally soured. I will do research into switching carriers shortly.Also... Never call T-Mobile stores unless you have a tiny and direct question. Call 611. At the store they are just trying to get you off the phone as soon as possible and have no actual desire to answer your question.

The manager skyler is awesome! He is willing to bend over backwards for you, and truly takes care of you. I have worked with him many times over the past year, Hes really knowledgeable and nice. All of the empolyees are super willing to work with you and friendly as well. I choose this location over anywhere else!

Employees are either dishonest or incompetent. Asked for a specific pay as you go plan. Multiple employees said the plan did not exist. After much back and forth it wasnt until I showed them on their own website on another phone the exact plan I wanted. They then magically figured out how to add it.

Scammed me for a sale. Sold 500.00 worth of accessories to me as a special for buying a new phone. Had flyers and accessory package pamphlets. All accessories showed up on my bill. T-Mobile said they did not authorize the sale and to return them, by then it was too late.
