She never once tried to upsale me on anything.My heart is broken because transferring info from phone to phone I lost all of my documents, but that was no fault of hers.Great personality and very accommodating. Went in to swap my Verizon service from my note 8 to my new iPhone 11. That I already had but never turned on, ( I’ve have always been a Android guy, but my note 8 got full and my wife convinced me to try the iPhone out). Jacob a worker at the Verizon store in highland, was extremely helpful and down to earth. He got my service swapped over and was able to help swap all my pictures, messages, contacts and was cool and patient. It took forever, but he didn’t mind. Hands down great customer service. I had an extremely bad runaround with misinformation talking with two different representatives just to find out that the promotion I expected was not offered. This Verizon Retailer claimed that an IPhone 11 had to many viruses from Walmart wifi use that it was not salvageable. I will be reporting this to Apple since you lied to convince a 14 year old girl that all she could do was buy a new phone-Was Yelled at and Lied to by JESSE :) I will be adding the name to the report with Apple corporate.

I came to this store to buy a new phone. The young lady told me about a promotion for the Galaxy S21, $500 discount. I called verizon.com and tge said I didnt qualify for the promo. If I hasnt called I would have had to pay the dulk prices

I lost my phone privilege because they lied to me and my dad. I was told that my IPhone 11 was lost because a virus. Jesse told me I must have used Walmart WIFI and I could only buy a new one. Now when my mom gets home I have to give up my phone so my mom can close the Verizon account because Jesse is a liar.

We went in Dec 2019. The representative that helped us set us up with new bogo Galaxy Note 10 plus. He said we needed a 3rd line so he recommended a tablet that would be about free with credits. But that was a lie and he did not tell us that there was a 20.00 line fee. Now our account is all messed up. The bogo phone credit is on the tablet and cant get it fixed the right way.. i would like to talk to a manager concerning this. I have talked to Verizon.

I thought when I went into this store they were helpful since I had my 3 kids and they were being patient with me. I was wrong. They took full of advantage of my distraction and added a bunch of things to my account without explaining any of it. When I went back to return it after I realized all the stuff they did. It took an hour to resolve. And after contacting the Verizon, it still doesnt show I returned the equipment. They are sneaky and be very careful with this store. I will NEVER go back. Luckily I have a receipt and Verizon is helping me sort out this mess. But what a hassle!
Came into the store today to look around and see what the differences were between Verizon and at&t, Eric took the time to go over everything with me. Eric has amazing customer service, extremely friendly and knows what he is doing. I change my service to Verizon because of the customer service, I highly recommend stopping in and seeing for yourself.
Sales rep Andrew was very knowledgeable and made the process extremely easy. He gave me different options and helped me make the right decision. When we had a problem with my Verizon account the manager Javier jumped in and fixed it quickly. Ill be coming here from now on for all my phone upgrades 👍

Got there and I was the first customer and there was no wait, my Moto has been acting up and she told me of a great deal, and signed me up. This is the reason I have stayed a Verizon Wireless since the name Verizon was invented...
I went into the store at 4120 East Highland California to upgrade my phone that was no problem, When I was getting ready to leave Anthony said to me theres a promotion on tabs, its a veterans promotion or something like that and I can get it for free well I said okay, but what he neglected to tell me was I would be charged $20 a month for internet for each tab I have unlimited on my phone so anybody in their right mind wouldnt do that 12.95 a month for some other b.s dont know what it is $40 activation fee per tab and charged $300 per tab and my phone bill increased $60 a month- and for both tabs Im locked into a two-year contract per tab which I was not informed then asked me if I wanted a second tab for my wife that he could lower the insurance on my phones and give me the other one for a dollar a month I said go ahead lets go for it big mistake I now have a $704 bill with the promise of $134 coming off of the bill but I needed to wait two billing cycles for that to happen this is now the third month. I call the corporate office four times in three months only to get responses as and this came from each person I talk to you I need to do some investigation let me get back to you in 24 to 48 hours that was three months ago, no call back and nothing is falling off my bill and I was mislead and lied to. In result of this I now have to break my bill up into three payments to pay it off so my phone wont get shut off suggest a word to the wise be careful with when dealing with this company victra this store is not a official Verizon corporate store they mislead people and do not follow through with what they promised so just be careful, today I made a fifth attempt to call corporate to talk to a person named wil which I talk to you on Monday and its now Wednesday was told that he is not available that he will call me back so lets see what happens -as you can see on the comment below corporates asking me to call them why only to be told we will call you back they want to speak to me to give them Greater detail really I think Ive talked to six people I dont know how much greater detail I can give you. Really

Beware of this store. They pull bait and switch on their customers. They sold us a buy one get one free phone deal. They told me it would kick in ‘ in a couple of months’. Well after it didn’t kick in after four months I contacted Verizon customer service. Turns out they weren’t authorized to do that and were completely misrepresenting that program. Beware, this place will rip you off!!!
A few years ago I had a problem with the promises of your employee at the Highland office. It was a new store and I got 2 phones. I was promised a lower bill because he said Id be able to because of multiple lines, he lied and my bill was more. Ok call me stupidI went to your store in highland,CA yesterday and Anthony (Tony) helped me. I got an iPhone and switched a line and he said I got a FREE IPAD. And he said I quote you can bring it back within 14 days if you are not happy NOT ONCE DID HE SAY I WOULD BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OR CHARGED $100. EACH SIGNATURE ON THE SIGNATURE PAD DOES NOT SHOW THE DISCLOSURE. YOU DO NOT GET A WRITTEN COPY UNTIL AFTER IT IS PAID FOR.I WANTED TO BRING THE IPAD BACK AND HE ANTHONY SAID ID HAVE TO PAY YOU $100 PLUS A RESTOCKING FEE. I ASKED WHY HE DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT WHEN HE SAIDYOU CAN BRING BACK THE IPAD WITHIN 14 DAYS. WHY HE CONVENIENTLY DID NOT COMPLETE THE SENTENCE WITH THAT DISCLOSURE.THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT OFFICE AND YOU PERSONNEL DECIEVE ME AND MAYBE OTHERS.I WILL BE CONTACTING AN ATTORNEY AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. I am a Senior Citizen and my husband is military, how dare you take advantage of people. FULL DISCLOSURE AFTER THE FACT REALLY. YOUR SIGNATURE PADS NOT SHOWING FULL DISCLOSURE IS ILLEGAL. I was going by the words of your employee.I want my money back for the taxes I paid for the iPad I do not want to pay a restocking fee which was also never disclosed. I will file for emotional stress, my money back, deceiving practices, taking advantage of a Senior Citizen and Military Vet. I will show evidence of how you nelegect to disclose all the information on your return policy and how the customer is not aware of such policy until after you print the receipt.First time I got screwed by your employees shame on you second time I give you the benefit of the doubt 😡 it shows how deceitful your employees are.I wonder how many other people your employees have done this to. Went in for an upgrade and literally there was only one customer inside and one female representative. Did not even get a greeting, I understand she may have been busy but to not even be acknowledge was lack of customer service, went to the Redlands location and was helped quickly. Will definitely be going to the Redlands location from here on out.
The employees are great but I cant understand why I cant pay with a check. Paid with a check December 2019 but not February 2020.
