I found FIXD Phone Repair from Zacks YouTube channel jerryrigeverything and they are better than I expected. Since I dont live in the same state as FIXD Phone Repair I had to ship out my Apple Watch. E-mail communication was great, payment was simple, and the replacement glass is flawless. Please see the images to see a before and after, the new glass is amazing. For me, the whole process took about 2 weeks, that time includes the shipping of the product to and from. In my case USPS moved my Apple Watch to a completely different state before sending it back to me, this was not FIXD problem. But the waiting for this glass only replacement was worth every penny.

We ordered a new phone screen and they said it should come in 2 business days. The 2.5 business days go by, and when I call to hopefully come in and get it done, their response is I dont know where the package is... So- can you give me more info? It should come in soon! 2 MORE business days and lots of phone calls to figure out that it was never actually ORDERED!One week without a phone really stinks and they were not helpful at all. Other companies said it would also take 2 days to come in, and so I thought I should stay with Fixd because wed already gotten started, but it was the worst experience. They are short-staffed like many businesses right now, but something needs to change.

This could have been a 1 star review. Pleasantly surprised at the end. Took in my iPad for a screen replacement. The next day picked up my iPad but the home button was not working. They took it back and they admitted that they had damaged the home button and it did not work. (No deflection, just was what had happened. Honesty was refreshing) Long story short, they did the right thing and I was 4 stars happy.

I’ve been to this location twice in the last month. Once to get a new battery for my phone and again when another phone froze up. Both times I was in the store and out in about 5 mins with my phone fixed and ready to go. Very quick, prices are great, would absolutely recommend.

So impressed with their integrity. I took an iPhone in for repair. They immediately recognized that the phone was still covered for defects under the original manufacturer’s warranty, and advised me that I was better off taking it to my cell carrier for replacement. Sure enough, free replacement is on its way. I would never have known. Fixd just won my business for a long time.

Went to 2 other repair stores and they either couldn’t do it that day or they didn’t have the part. This place in highland had the part and was able to repair it immediately in about 30mins. First time using this place and it’s great.

I highly recommend FIXD to anyone in need of repairs to their Apple Watch. I dropped my watch while on vacation and shattered the glass. I shipped it to them using the easy to follow directions on their website. After the repairs were completed they shipped it back and upon inspection I cannot tell anything ever happened! Excellent work and about half the price as what Apple wanted. Y’all rock!!!

Im a little bummed with my experience here. There is an ad taped to the counter that says for $50 you can get the protection plan that includes free screen protectors for life. I signed up only to find that the manager had changed the deal to once a year. Its a little annoying to have an advertised deal IN YOUR STORE that you wont honor. They also placed my screen protector on crooked so my iPhone X doesnt recognize my face anymore. The whole experience was very disappointing.Response to owner: Then there must be a miscommunication between you and your employees. I tried to purchase the $50 plan but your employee said the screen protectors would only be good for 1 year.Update: I called the store and it turns out the employee just needed clarification. The $50 covers free glass screen protectors for life. He was very nice and changed it for me immediately. Thank you for the great customer service. Sorry for being such a Karen!

These guys are the worst. If you want to absolutely waste hours of your day and get no resolution then by all means go to them. Horrible.

Caution! Do not use this company. They charged over $100 for a new screen replacement for our iPhone and the phone was simply set on a desk the next day and a crack started and proceeded to crack more and more in minutes. It is either low quality materials/screens or poor installation. They are no help and I guess expect you to pay over $100 for another poor quality experience. Stay away!Response to the Owner: I appreciate your response and desire to make it right. Two years ago you replaced a battery in my i-phone, so yes, Im likely in your system as a customer. I was also the one that recommended to my wife she take the phone into Fixd. Yesterday my wife spoke to a person with your company and their response was far from... well make it right. I wont go into detail here, as she has specifics of the conversation and actually sent a review yesterday that has yet to show up through google. Perhaps there is a training issue with an employee and this person is unaware of your company policy under these circumstances, regardless, the experience was very poor for her. It appears as if others have experienced very similar issues with replacement screens with your company based on other responses. We understand things happen, and well welcome an opportunity for you to make it right, please let us know how to do that. You should have a recent service ticket for a replacement screen with our information and with my same last name. Thank you!

Found Fixd LLC via Youtube search.I was hesitant initially considering I had to ship my watch. I’m glad that I did. Great quality, communication and competitive pricing. They do miracles with the Apple Watch ... I sent my watch with broken glass and they fixed it perfectly without replacing the display, thus maintaining the NFC functionality. Great service and fantastic prices! Best deal in phone and electronic repair in this area! They fixed my external hard drive (power plug input jack broken) and saved me a ton (I would have had to pay a data recovery place a few hundred to recover the info). Love this place!

Absolutely horrible. I got my screen repaired and the very next day it cracked by itself. I didn’t drop it, and I wasn’t sitting on it. In fact it was sitting right in front of me on my desk when it cracked. It was fine until it cracked on it’s own another six times. And now my screen glitches a lot where it didn’t before. It basically taps itself, pressing b over and over again or nearly deleting apps by itself. I took it into the shop to see what was going on and they refused to help me. And I payed a lot of money for this screen! Worst service. So disappointed.UPDATE: problem solved, they took care of it and were very respectful about the situation. Thank you for the service. :)

After dropping my phone, breaking the glass, and worried that Id have to replace the phone, I decided to look around to see if there were alternatives. My search landed me upon FIXD who appeared to have numerous great reviews. After now having had my screen replaced, I can add my own, and say that these guys do great work. My phone looks just like new and was not as expensive as the cost of a replacement phone. I will be referring people here in the future.

They do not try and get you to spend more and more money and they don’t charge you for stuff like opening up your phone to check the problem. My wife got her phone wet and the menu button and back button stopped working. Then the phone stopped charging. It was a fairly new Samsung Galaxy S6. She saw a guy holding a sign saying phone repairs near the house. So she handed over the phone. Three days later, they give back the phone and said they could not fix it. I found this company after researching my options on the web. I shipped it from Southern California on Monday and had it back on Saturday. They called me and told me about the damage the other company did to the phone. Each time I called or emailed them with a question, they were fast with their reply. The phone now works perfectly (Despite the damage the other company did to it trying to open it.) Im so glad I found these guys. They really do a great job and the price was very fair. The icing on the cake is their respect for our military and first responders. They took excellent care of me and I will refer all of my friends and co-workers to them.

This place is amazing. Owner fixed two of my MacBook pros for half the cost apple wanted to charge me and in half the time. Personable honest local computer phone tech service. They do everything from charging ports to screen repairs on apple and Android and seemingly no job too big or small for these guys. Love that they are close to home!

Derek and Jordan gave excellent service. They are personable, professional. My iPad mini 3 suffered an ignominious near death experience by one of my children. I contacted no less than 8 other businesses for a screen repair. The quotes were astronomical and only slightly less expensive than replacing it. I stumbled onto FIXD and easily scheduled my repair online. Repair was completed the same day, no surprises, and with a friendly attitude. I highly recommend FIXD in Highland. There was no pressure to buy a plan like other businesses. I will be a repeat customer.

Ive been looking for someone to replace a charging port on my tablet for over a year. Its not a very well known tablet and it was done with micro soldering. I tried a place down in American Fork but they said they didnt do micro soldering. The only place I found online was in the uk and I would have had to pay 40$ for just the overseas shipping. I saw this place and decided why not give it a try, it couldnt hurt. I brought it in and in two days he received the part and replaced it no problem. Very very happy with the service and am defiantly recommending friends and family. My parents have already brought in some devices for repair. If you need anything repaired, this is the place to go, not just screen replacement, anything. Very satisfied.

Ive had two screens replaced here. Both were done quickly. Both phones work as good as new.The staff here is friendly and professional and really helped me out. My screen broke (completely stopped working, not just a crack) on a Friday and a replacement screen wouldnt be in until Tuesday. They let me borrow a phone as a loaner for the weekend while I waited for the replacement screen. I feel like this is above and beyond what other places might do. I expected they might charge me for use of that phone for a few days, but they didnt. They even called me back after I picked up my fixed phone and offered to move the glass screen protector from my old screen to the new one, which saved me from buying another screen protector for the new screen. I came back in and in 5 minutes they had the protector off of the broken screen and applied onto my new screen.Ill definitely come back here in the future if I ever need another screen replacement.

When I bought my Apple Watch Series 4 I regrettably did not purchase Apple Care. My watch ended up falling off of my wrist and landed glass side down on the concrete and shattered.After talking to Apple, they wanted $349 to replace the watc, as they do not actually replace the glass for you. Only place I use for repairs. They once let me use some tools to fix a Wii U game pad on the house. Another time they fixed my iPhone screen in 30 minutes for cheaper than anywhere else. Fair prices. Honest group of folks.

Went here cause my phone stopped working. They were very nice and super fast. Definitely recommend this place compared to the others I went to who wouldn’t work on my phone due to it being a HTC. They fixed my problem and wasn’t too outrageously priced.

These guys are very honest and fair. I brought my sons Galaxy Tablet in for a charging issue. It was thought that it was the port. I was quoted a price for it and after it was repaired it was discovered that the problem was the battery. They didnt charge me any extra for this. Im not sure they even made money on the whole deal, but they did excellent work and were very honest and I really appreciate that.

So pleased I had to write a review! I took my iPhone 5 in to replace a cracked screen and chose Fixd because they were $30-40 less expensive than every other place I called. After the screen was replaced my phone suddenly had problems with the camera and proximity sensor that were NOT issues before the new screen. I took it back and Nate put a whole new screen with new components on (before he just replaced the cracked screen) and voila! Everything worked perfectly! And he wouldnt charge me again--he just wanted to make sure I was happy and my phone worked fine. YES!! Great customer service, honesty, integrity, and GREAT prices!!

Took my phone to Cellairis a few weeks ago. BIG MISTAKE! They were very disrespectful and rude. They made me feel like I wasnt a priority. After a week of no results I decided to take my phone to Fixd. Shouldve come here first. The guy that helped me, Garrett, was very invested in getting my phone fixed in a timely manner. After only 10 minutes my phone was as good as new. Highly recommend this store. Easy 5 stars.
