This store out of all the sprint stores where definitely the most friendliest people i have ever met. We walked in and got helped right away and did everything we needed, and then some! I walked out with a top of the line phone that I adore! The entire staff was absolutely great! Angel helped us and she did a fabulous job along with the district manager who was very helpful and friendly!! If youre looking for amazing costumer service this store is the place to go!!

I was in desperate need for a new phone, the one I had currently kept bugging out. This Sprint was not only able to provide me with a new phone, but also provide excellent customer service that other stores should model off of. I was 110% happy with the service, employees and managers. Not going to any other store after that experience:)

I wanted to take the time out to say thanks to Angel she works at the highland store I went in with a issue that took a few hours but after it was said and done she helped me with my issue and a upgrade she has great customer service and her corporate should be aware of the extra miles she goes to help thanks Angel. They really do not know anything&cannot fix anyrhing.every question but one i was told call customer service. Customer service says go to store.???? Very nice new store for purchases

Never let them has access to you bank account, I just exchanged phones, Corporate choice and they charge my account for old phone and contract, my contact was too have remained the same. Got the misunderstanding fixed, I told then to send me a check and I would take care of my bank, the didnt, took over a month and sent refund to bank caused me 1,400.00 overdraft in charges. Dropped them. They will RIP you off checked reviews, Im not the only one. Zero stars !!

Me and my boyfriend had a great expierence here. We came in on a day they had great promotions .The manager Billy was very friendly and helpful as well as our CSR Angel she was amazing. The entire staff was awesome ! Had a pleasant visit!

I leased a galaxy 8plus from this store during a 50% off promotion. But Im not receiving the discount. I made sure to varify that I was definitely eligible for the discount and made sure my discount was noted on my receipt.Everything was great until my first bill came and I did not receive the discount. Since then Ive spent at least 10 hours on the phone with sprint and have been into the store twice. The store blames sprint and sprint blames the store and Im caught in the middle being over charged $17.71 a month for the past year and every time I call about it l end up spending over a hour on the phone with customer service and get transferred to multiple agents and l have to re explain my issue multiple times.The whole experience is extremely frustrating and costly. Ive been customer for nearly 20 years but will be canceling my service soon as my lease is up. I no longer recommend sprint to anyone and for warn everyone I can about my terrible experience.Update* My lease is now over I was overcharged a total of $318.78. Sprint blames the store they say the store is is the only one that could fix the problem but I went into the store twice with my receipt in hand that shows the $17.71 discount I should of recieved. Especially avoid this store but avoid sprint period because they didnt not help me resolve the issue they blame the store that they own, such a joke all together a nightmare experience.

Beware this store blatantly ripped me off. The receipt clearly states the %50 discount I should be receiving on my phone but Im not getting it. I contacted Sprint about the issue, they investigated the matter but said only the store could help me because it was a in store only promotion.I went into the store to correct the issue and a employee named Christopher totally blew me off, he said he was incapable of looking up to see if they were offering a in store discount at the time of my purchase because that was several months ago.I call BS ! Theres no way a store doesnt keep record of a promotion they were offering at the beginning of the year. Now Im being over charged by almost $20 a month and Im stuck it this lease for 18 months, thats a lot of money Sprint is stealing from me.Buyer Beware! You can not trust what their employees say or what your receipt says.
