They try to steal money / not give me what I paid for all the time. Usually it would be fixed when I called them on it, but last time they did not fix it even though I showed them the receipt and bank statement showing that the transaction completed. They kept my money and never added it to my account or gave me any kind of refund. Ever since management changed this place does nothing but rob people. I was spending a lot of money there everyday, but after taking my money and not providing me with anything and not making any attempt to fix it after I gave them proof that I paid several times. I will never support this business again. I was already giving them my money, so they really didnt need to steal it.. thats bad customer service and bad business practices.
