The customer service here was a nightmare. It took 4 months for me to get my device and when it finally shipped the store was shut down for 2 weeks(possible Covid case shut down)so my device was sent back and had to be re shipped to the store. It wasn’t so much of the wait that bothered me, it was the run around the workers gave me. Excuse after excuse and I found out the watch wasn’t even ordered until after 2 months because I finally received a text informing me of my order. It was a waste of time.
The workers at this store are absolutely amazing! Jesus, Christopher, and Kim helped me with my samsung watch 3. Another store in Redlands had made a mistake activating my watch to another account and KIM was the tech savvy here! She was able to get my watch working and all of the employees were teaming up trying to resolve the problem while activating my husband watch at the same time. If you want really good customer service go to this store you wont regret your visit. There was a 4th female employee Im so sorry I dont remember her name but all 4 were great!!!

On different occasions, my wife & I both made recent phone purchases from this business, primarily because they were closer than the store we had visited on numerous previous occasions. We were both very impressed with the courteous service & expertise of the staff, & both of us returned for follow-up assistance.
