I went into One Stop Wireless with an almost impossible repair due to damage caused by Cellairis to my Google Pixel 5.. I was greeted by Cassandra and showed her what I had. She quickly went to work and within 30 - 45 minutes she replaced the rear housing for my phone and it was working as good as new. She explained all the damage caused by Cellairis and made miracles happen for my Pixel 5. I am very grateful for such an amazing shop here in Hinesville. I will be bringing all my future business here.

I took my phone to another place which ended up breaking it more and then trying to charge me double for them to fix it. My mom found this place (I had thought they were in savanna) and the ladies were so nice. They talked me through everything and gave me accurate prices. Now its as if it was never broken. I would definitely come back for any future phone problems.

**This is my second review in detail!**I recently got my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen replaced, they gave me a defective screen that was touchy so I took off my tempered glass (which cracked while taking off) and cleaned the screen but it was still broke so I tried to use my warranty to replace it but they said that they had ran out of screens the day I came in and would have to order screens which didn’t come in till two days later. I came in and spoke with a miss who told me that in order to replace it the screen had to be kept in the same condition as the day I brought it in pretty much with no damage or scratch. So I of course put my tempered glass back on to protect the screen… it just so magically happens that two days later they can’t replace my screen because the digitizer was damaged.They then tried to offer me a discount and charge me $169 to replace the screen after I had already payed $240+.As respectful as they are I don’t believe they are honest.

Brought both my husbands phone and my iPhone here for repair. Although they fixed the screen on my husbands phone it never worked right afterwards (it would constantly mute ppl when he had it up to his ear). It did not do that prior to them working on it. When my battery went out on my iphone my husband took it there and the girl told my husband my phone was a “paperweight” and even though she told him on the phone he wouldn’t be charged full price because she couldn’t fix it he did pay full price. I decided to send it to apple just to make sure and guess what? They fixed it! If you do take your phone here and they tell you something like that then get a second opinion!

I have used One Stop Wireless a few times for iPhone repairs. I have never been disappointed. On my last visit, my phone had quit charging and I was sure it was a bad charging port. I even bought a new charger to be sure it wasnt the charger. The lady gave me my options, offering to first do an external and internal polish of the charging port. I honestly didnt think it would work, but I told her to go ahead. In less than 10 minutes my phone was charging again! It has been fixed for a week and no problems yet!
