They sold me a vehicle that has previous theft records, electrical problems, and its value was $1,500. They sold it to me for $4000. I feel taken advantage of and when it wouldnt start NOBODY cared about the safety of my children or me. They didnt refer me to a mechanical, no offer to look at it, and when I asked for the car fax, I had to purchase MY OWN general report. The lady was nice customer service wise but as a company, they took advantage and screwed me over.

Purchased a 2011 Nissan Altima here about 2 years ago. Borderline a lemon but sticker price was fair for the mileage and tbh I had no options. I recommend this place if you have no options because they will get you into a car. They promised things that were obviously easy to determine whether or not they did it like a detail, new front left tire because it clearly had a leak and a transmission flush. None of these were done and it’s silly because obviously I can tel they didn’t clean it, obviously the tire was blown up and still leaks and obviously the fluid in the transmission should be clean if it was flushed... new pads and rotors said the salesman, as if in a week I can’t remove the tire and see that they were never knew when I purchased the car... the ones I bought were new...they kind of over promise a little bit... who does a free flush? The detail is a given but didn’t happen and the tire had two attempts at being changed but after getting new tires it has to be the rim... Under the hood still looks clean but after two years of owning the vehicle this wiring is dry rotting due to improper maintenance. The radiator cracked at about a year so I think it was dry rotting from improper cooling and poor maintenance from the previous owner. Obviously it’s a business and they aren’t the worst people to deal with but this is borederline a lemon. He literally made me choose between waiving tag fees or replacing the radio with another beater on the lot... obviously I chose the tag.. radios are cheap lmaoOkay place if you have no options. Don’t regret this purchase. It is what it is but I don’t put anything past these people be careful and compound your interest and take the total cost of the loan and determine, is it worth it? I took the chance and was fortunate to still have a running vehicle that I can slowly get pack into shape. With those nissans beware of the transmissions especially at a lot like this.Last thing... one of the coils bolts it’s stripped... so I’ve replaced 3/4 coil and spark plugs but one is fastened with a stripped bolt. I’ll literally have to hacksaw it to replace this coil which I’ve determined is definitely going bad because the car has a slight misfire at idle occasionally... if they knew about that... cmon man!!

I just got this car back from Nisson for a repair estimate. Total cost is 4,972.94 !! He promised a good, clean car with NO problems and said I would have no ISSUES as he promises a car that is good and reliable. HIS WORDS. . They started right after I took car off lot. Here is list of all that is wrong with car as it has been undriveable since day 1 of my getting it...wiper blades are bad, fuel tank leaks, camshaft sensor leaking, valve cover seal leaks, needs new cover also, intake manifold gaskets, spark plugs need replaced, brake job on rear- replace worn pads and resurface rotors, power steering leaks and pump needs replaced, hood struts broken - he glued one but it did not hold up-. cabin air filter, engine air filter and locks on 3 doors do not work. HE LIED ABOUT FIXING MY REQUESTS FROM A TEST DRIVE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. I gave him only 1 star as I could not post without at least one star. This is a unscrupulous dealer who lies and cheats his customers. I had to pay 1500.00 to get this car repaired ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHEAT AND LIAR .

The owner is two face, they tell you one thing and you find out something completely different. When trying to buy a car from them they give you the used car salesman approach. Then if you point out something wrong with the car... He gets upset and tells you the car is selling as is... and walks away. Do not even try to get a bargain with them because the will lie all the way throughout the conversation. The cars are all filthy and dirty with no gas in them...This place is a complete rip off used car lot! Shop somewhere else rather then giving this place any of your hard earn money!

I had a great experience today at St Mary Auto! I found the Chevy truck they were selling on Craigslist and after talking to Allen on the phone I went and got a cashiers check sight unseen, I really felt he wasnt BSing me. He and the owner were very helpful once we arrived, my wife who drove me also thought the same thing. The price was right I was out of there in less than a hour, and they were great to work with!

Now she is stuck with a vehicle she cant drive and cant afford payments on. I hope this dealership has nothing but bad karma on it from calling itself St. Marys. Dont trust good reviews as they are trolls or employees who drive up their ratings. What a disgusting thing to do. Just no honesty anymore.

Treated very poorly when I simply went in to buy my elderly mother a car. I don’t know what caused this but it ruined my entire day and brought me to tears.

I bought a car from here a month ago, and got a good deal on the car. When I bought it I told them the rear wheel bearing was bad, and they told me they would fix it for me for free, and one week later I took it back to them, and they DID FIX IT! The only bad thing I have to say about them is I also told them the AC is not very cold, and they also said they would recharge it for me for free, but never did. They keep giving me the run around on it. Again not a big deal and not expensive to do it myself, and they did fix the other issue. I just wish they would have done what they said. The other thing is when I went back to get my tag from them, they asked how the car is running, and I told them the transmission is slipping a little bit and I know that its not under a warranty, but could they please have thier mech look at it and give me a price to fix it and the salesman said sure just call and make an appt for it. I spoke to the owner about getting it fixed a few days later and he said NO just put some Lukens Trans fluid and that will fix it. I told him that I dont want to put a bandaid on it I want it really looked at and fixed and would pay him, but again he said no just put lukens in it. Again this car does not have a warranty, but would be nice if they backed up thier cars more and would at least let you pay them to fix it....... Not sure if I will buy another car from here or not just because they dont stand by thier cars, but they also did not technically do me wrong.----------------------------------------------Update 3-26-18So I went back here and bought another car from them. This time I bought a 2013 Ford Focus with 78k miles. I got a fair price on the car, was told it included a 2 year warranty (not true). The loan company required that i had a warranty on the car, so I had to pay about $1300 extra for the warranty on the car, which i had no issue with, other than I wish that I was told the truth, because knowing that they required me to have said protection to receive the loan, I would have upgraded the warranty to get better coverage. (So i was mislead) After I drove it home the car audio system started freaking out (after googling it the head unit is bad and needs to be replaced.) This is a FORD issue not the Saint Mary. To fix it at the dealer is about $2k, So it is cheaper to get a aftermarket stereo for about $400 total. The other issue is the car doors do not lock, there is a short in the system somewhere. Again this is not the worst place to buy a car.
