I rented an RV from Chris, he was dishonest in every way. He overcharged me immensely. He told me that the RV was brand new and I would love it. The RV was horribly used, the refrigerator did not work, the air conditioning did not work. He does not care. He will not even discuss it with me

We have bought 2 vehicles through West Coast Auto Mall - both great deals, great SUVs. We wanted to trade again and had come across a private owner deal.Since Chris was excellent in the past, I wanted to see if he could get a better vehicle, and I knew he would tell me the truth about the deal.Chris was completely upfront and researched the SUV for me, he gave me some information and told me the pricing that would make it an excellent purchase.I went back and made my request - they took it and I got an incredible deal -- thanks to the advice of Chris. He really earned some integrity points by helping me with a deal that he didnt profit from. Well always use him for vehicles.

First time Ive ever had a positive experience with buying a car. Wow, still cant believe it. Tried to buy a Hyundai Sonata 2.0T from another dealer, but just got the typical run around and left. A friend told me about Chris at West Coast Auto Mall in Holiday. I gave him a call, but he didnt have any Sonatas in inventory. However, he just asked me the year, model, color and features and told me hed find a great car for me. I had time, so I said sure. About 10 days later, he asked me to come into his car lot. I did and there was a 2012 Black Sonata 2.0T Limited - perfect.Cant recommend this car buying process enough - pick your car, give them a call, go pick it up!

My buying experience turned out OK in the end but did start out shaky. This was on a car from some years ago. It was a 2005 Infiniti G35 sedan with 30+K miles. Really nice car with low mileage for a good price. Im local so I went to see the car and decided to buy it. I got the paperwork going a put down some cash to hold the car while I worked out my funding. When I got home I decided to run a Autocheck report just to see if it differed from Carfax. To my horror the report listed frame damaged. The prior Carfax report DID mention a minor accident but not any frame damage. I threatened to cancel the sale and the salesman was trying to calm me down and asked what he could do. I was pretty much ready to walk away but just for grins I said the only way I would consider going through with the deal was if he had the car inspected and then provided a warranty (3rd party) in case anything happens. To my surprise he agreed and took the car to a Toyota dealership close by for an inspection. They inspected the usual stuff and put the car up on a lift. The mechanic said there was pretty much nothing to see. There was barely a scratch on the frame or undercarriage. Again I was surprised and decided to go through with the deal. Also the car was still under powertrain warranty with Infiniti and the 3rd party warranty covered pretty much anything else. I did have to use the Infiniti warranty and the 3rd party warranty a couple of times that I had the car but nothing serious and I was covered for anything for a few years. It was a great car and I sold it at around 120K miles.Later on with another vehicle (not this dealership) I found out a little more about these vehicle history reports. I was told that sometimes when these vehicles go through auctions.....if there was any history of an accident its automatically labeled as frame damaged without even looking under it or inspecting the frames. Its really fast paced and they dont have time. This is what Autocheck will report. And there is no way to have it removed once Autocheck labels it frame damaged. So, yes, run all the reports but dont take them at face value. Have the car inspected before you buy it if you really want to know if there is damage.

Bought a used Honda Accord from Chris Gamble at West Coast Auto Mall in Palm Harbor Florida.I had my eye on 1 car, but wasnt able to come up with the money fast enough and they ended up selling it to someone else.Chris did hold the car for me for 4 days, which is fair enough.2 weeks later, I was able to come up with the funds and in that time, they had another Accord with less miles and about the same features for about the same price.I liked the other color slightly better, but wow, I got a great deal.Referred a neighbor who bought a Tahoe. Just took a ride in that and it is really nice. They had a trade in and West Coast Auto Mall took care of everything for them.

Bought a 2007 used Corvette from West Coast Auto Mall. There car lot was fairly easy to find but not that impressive when I arrived. However, they had several great cars and I was torn between a couple. Always wanted a Corvette and got a very good price. No issues, good price, decent location, fast process.

Just moved down here with our children and their families. We have a brand new 6 month old granddaughter and we needed a family type car with A/C. The whole purpose was for A/C for the baby and the two days after purchasing and paying cash for the car, the A/C broke and the owners were no where available. They texted stating they were at an auto auction and would get back to me later and never did. The next day he responded once and said he would get with me when he returned from yet another auto auction and he NEVER did until I got upset and started repeating to him and his wife how they expressed so much that they believe in doing the right thing. They finally returned and their auto mechanic knew what the problem was and fixed it but wouldnt show or tell us what it was in case we have this issue in the future. They gave us temp tags until the 27th of the month. We paid cash for the car and I have already received the title in my name in the mail. This owner is now threatening to repossess the car that we paid cash for because we called and explained to him that we needed two more days to pay for the tax and tags. He is still threatening to repossess the car!!!!!! The only thing we owe on the car is the tax and tags. The temp tag is still good. I have the title in my name! And this guy is coming to repossess the car? You guys have talked a mean game to get the car sold and are being completely unprofessional and threatening. Please come get my car and I will be calling the police!

Typically I never go to a dealer, although searching for a corvette, seen 2006 of interest a few mos back. The owner always busy and appeared very sincere. He explained some sad story of why he was doing the sale for a friend as death in family. So he asked me to contact his mgr and set up time to come drive vehicle which I did. Mgr put pressure on me stating if I didnt purchase the vehicle going to auction Monday. So after driving vehicle, I returned, and mgr was lets seal the deal now, before I could get out of vehicle. Then I said, Im considering making offer, but because I wouldnt come into his office immediately, he went crazy on me! At that point my clear opinion he had been drinking, I left. I text owner, explained all then he apologized. So again he said same thing, the car would be going to auction so he wanted an offer.... I replied, I planned on paying cash, but a true dissapointment after all that happened, and I was beyond upset!! I didnt need car, although it was of interest and I was serious. Honestly and truly a true waste of my time!!! In my opinion, and now seeing car still there 3 mos later, yeah a joke. Im writing this because I thought it was a reputable dealer/owner!!! I was beyond sickened, whereas I will not even put the bad words ir actions of mgr. With this said, buyers BEWARE!! CAUTION

Sorry, but this place is a complete scam. I purchased a car through them that they claimed had a clean carfax, not knowing any better I wanted to clarify if it had been in an accident, so I asked has this car ever been in an accident the response was no, it has a clean carfax. After looking at the carfax, it was indeed clean, so I went forward with the purchase. Before they shipped the car to me I saw some other reviews saying to run a AUTOCHECK report, so I did and sure enough the car had been in an accident and had frame damage. I immediately called and told them not to ship the car and cancel the transaction, they refused. The car came with a completely empty tank of gas, and I had to spend $756 to fix the undercarriage which was damaged in the accident. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE.
