The absolute BEST eyecare experience weve had! Our family recently switched our care to West Ottawa and the experience was AMAZING! The staff is not only incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, but theyre all very friendly, kind, and patient as well. My 4 children (ages 7-16) were completely comfortable with Dr. Hannah and her staff, and had no problem going back for their exams WITHOUT A PARENT 😳 That never happens! But again, the staff is friendly and competent and you just naturally feel at ease while in the office. I really appreciated that the office is not overcrowded and that service is quick and easy, thanks to the staff being completely prepared for your visit before arrival! They also accept medicaid and still treat every patient with respect and dignity, which is sometimes hard to find in any medical field. I highly recommend West Ottawa Eyecare for both adults and children. You WILL NOT be disappointed!!

Dr. Totten and her staff are very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The office is conveniently located along Butternut Drive in Holland. There is proper signage to find the office and plenty of parking. When I walked in, the office space felt warm and inviting and was very clean. After my appointment, I was able to look at the wide variety of frames they have available. The staff helped me pick a really cute pair!I recommend West Ottawa Eyecare to all of my friends and family. I trust my eyes to Dr. Totten and her team. Stellar care from start to finish.
