Had a nail in my tire this morning causing a slow leak. Even though they were fully booked for the day they fit me in! Laurie was great to work with and the work was done very fast! Highly recommend for any tire needs!

I had an amazing experience this morning with Laurie and her team, they were kind, professional, and got me in and out in no time. The wheel alignment was properly explained and Laurie went over tire options after pointing out the low tread on my current set. This Just Tires team just knows their stuff!

Just came today for my new tires to be placed and Laurie and Rodney took care of me Professional, prompt and honest service, unlike other shops I’ve been I actually witnessed them using a torque wrench to properly torque the nuts in the rims. I am very impressed and fortunate to patron such businesses that are true to the community. The best of all, it was a smooth process to use the Veteran’s canteen service which not many shops are familiar with (veteran and military friendly) thank you guys and (gal).

We have been Just Tire customers since 2001. I took my daughter’s car to Dale Acton in Holly Springs because she drove over a nail and got a flat. He called me to let me know that he could patch her tire, but that she needed two new tires. He also saw that her lug nuts were in bad shape and because their location had always taken care of our tires he comped us the lug nuts. I forgot to purchase the tire insurance when I picked up the car so I went in the next morning to take care of that. Dale let me know that, because they were so busy, the technician did an alignment on her car and he comped that as well because he didn’t get a chance to call me to ask if it was okay. Dale didn’t know this, and I shared with him, but his kindness meant more to our family then he knew. We have a child who has been very sick and what he did for us was a blessing to our family in a very stressful time. Thank you, Dale!!!

Had the luck of running over a piece of metal while picking up my kids at school. I could hear my tire leaking from within my car. I pulled up and was greeted by Laurie who gave me a time estimate even though I did not have an appointment. Sure enough, my car was on the lift even before the time estimate and the tech did a great job repairing the tire and giving me the metal as a souvenir. This was my first time there, but they now have a new loyal customer.

They told my mother a screw in her tire couldnt be fixed for various reasons, so a new tire for 200. Yet that tire somewhere else installed was 124. Then she went to Discount Tire and bam, $15 and plugged. Never go here.

Set up an appointment on the internet and arrived at the scheduled time. Service staff was courteous and my car was promptly brought into the shop with the requested service performed as requested. Waiting area was clean and overall experience was very professional. Have been here numerous times with numerous vehicles and have never been disappointed. A reliable and trustworthy business.

She also informed me about the rebates that good year has which really helped me make my decision to buy from just tires. The tires look fantastic and Im super excited about them. My dashboard was showing a flat tire signal and I bounced around to a couple of places before coming here. The first location told me they would have to schedule an appointment to check it out - I didnt want to wait several days. I eventually took my car here at the recommendation of another place. The gentleman inside gave fantastic customer service. He seemed genuinely willing to drop everything and take a quick look. He checked all my tire pressures and determined it wasnt the issue. After taking a look at the manual together and browsing some YouTube clips, the problem was solved with a simple reset in my dashboard. What most impressed me was the feeling that I was important to the business, the persons concern and willingness to help with genuine concern. I asked and he said no charge. That guy should get employee of the month!

I made an appointment online Saturday 12 June and immediately received a call saying they could not fit me in due to being short-handed, but gave me an appointment for Monday 14 June. Took some time to find the damage to my tire, but fixed it and had me on my way. My only disappointment was that I didn’t get to meet Laurie who, based on other reviews, provides excellent customer service. I will be back next time I need tire service or purchase.

I stop in at Just Tires in Holly Springs, NC because my son’s tire had a leak at the valve stem. Phil fixed the tire in about 5 minutes and didn’t charge me anything! Everyone was so nice there!

Started a day on a rough note with a nail in my tire and completely flat. Called and got appointment for same day to have it addressed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived to have the flat repaired I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The tech even took the time to return the spare tire to proper storage.They would not take any payment for the activity.The staff here are awesome, would definitely recommend them for their excellent customer service/experience.

I had a flat tire this morning, due to a nail, and needed a repair ASAP. After calling several tire stores, no one could help me today. One even suggested I could make an appointment for the following Wednesday afternoon. My donut spare wouldnt have lasted that long. Then, I found JustTires. I spent alot of time online price shopping for tires. I found the just tires website to have the best price so I ordered them and scheduled an installation. Kristian at the Holly Springs location called me the next day and took the time to answer all of my questions. The installation took a couple hours and went smoothly. Happy customer.

Came in with a suspected slow puncture and asked the folks there to investigate and if possible repair. Waited whilst they worked as had my laptop to work from their reception. After about 30 mins they were all done - tire repaired as good as new. Very happy with the service and professionalism.

Stopped by Just Tires because they are local and I like to help businesses in my community. I had a screw in my brand new tire which I didnt purchase there. Ive heard rumors that when you have a screw in your tire it generally cant be fixed. Today must be my luck day because not only were they able to fix it, it only took about 10 minutes. To top it all off they didnt charge me for it. Im so grateful for their kindness and generosity! Very friendly and honest staff!!

They scratched badly 2 of my very expensive rims, and they are trying to put that on me. I tried to find a solution with the manager, but he ignored me. Need to go to court to defend my rights! ...and Im going to!

Always, always get great service here. Probably brought my Honda to them 4 or 5 times over the years. This time discovered a nail in my left rear...they patched it for free! I had put a doughnut on it and rolled it over to them. Can’t say enough good about this place. Will be back soon I’m sure lol

I called yesterday 3pm hoping to get a same day appointment which was not available and was suggested a next day appointment at 6pm, I was asked first and last name, also which vehicle I will be bringing in. I had to reschedule a few more important things to be able to get there just to be told that the person I spoke to on the phone was the manager and he did not put my appointment in the system. I understand stuff happens but the issue was handled very poorly by the person not the manager behind the counter. the person simply told me there is nothing he can do to help! I think it is about time to shop for a better place to service my vehicles.

I love this store! I have another Just Tires closer to where I live, but they are not as polite or honest as this store. I was expecting to spend over $200 on a new tire, but they were able to repair my old one for $22! They are amazing!

Came to this location to get my tires aligned because I originally bought my tires here but since then I have had uneven wear on my tires.I came to my appointment and waited over an hour for the guy to say that my alignment is fine and for him to try and sell me on buying some part. So after that, I took my vehicle to else where to check alignment come to find out the alignment was off and by quite a bit. Moral of story DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I will not be doing any business with this location anymore.

If possible, I would leave 6 stars.my roommate had a nail in their tire, and i took it to Just Tires yesterday where I talked with Jeremy, he explained the process of patching tires for them and they wouldnt be able to with their equipment. he then explained to me that there was a kit I was able to use myself to patch it, and taught me how to do it. so I took the tire home and unfortunately I wasnt able to.so today I took the tire back, and they were going to replace it completely. unfortunately, they were out of stock of the specific tire I needed and said they were going to order me a new one. after talking with Rodney and Jeremy, they went BEYOND for me and even drove to another location to get the tire I needed. I was told it would be about 24 hours to get my tire, and I got it in a little over 2 hours. Jeremy and Rodney showed what good customer service is, and they have made a lifetime customer.

Great team of folks took me without appointment and fixed my flat in no time flat leaving me time to continue out of town for my first day off in months. They didnt even make me take the canoe and 3 kayaks out of the truck!

Absolutely phenomenal!! It’s the 4th of July weekend and they are absolutely slammed and they were still so accommodating, respectful and kind. They got my car in and out, didn’t try to sell me on anything (which, to be honest, I’m always kind of worried about being a woman walking into a tire or auto shop). Seriously can’t recommend them enough! I can’t remember everyone’s names I talked to except Jeremy, but thank you Jeremy and everyone at Just Tires!!! Seriously made my weekend!

Our regular spot for tires for all 3 of our vehicles. Good prices, clean facility with a place to plug in a laptop and work if you wanted. Guys working here are nice, never been treated like I dont know anything about cars because Im a girl. Not as convenient as dropping off at a dealership and getting a loaner, but the price reflects that. I recommend.

I stopped into this Just Tires location on a rainy day when I needed a hole patched in my tire. I had my toddler with me and I was stressed and frazzled. Kristian squeezed me right in while I waited in the waiting room and then didnt even charge me for the work! He was also very friendly and kind. Highly recommend!

Jeremy was amazing, fast, and super friendly! A few weeks ago I was about to go camping with my family; we had our jeep completely packed to the gills, two kids and dog included. Were about to get on the road and I noticed clicking sound as I started to pull out of the driveway. I searched my tires and sure enough we had a nail deeply embedded in our front tire. I called to see if they could help us right away, Jeremy said come on down. When we arrived he offered me coffee, finished helping the people he was currently with, and then immediately came over, patched up our tire and sent us on our way. I didnt even have time to finish my coffee before he was finished.

The manager is absolutely out of this world. He is extremely helpful, professional, and the absolute reason we will be back. We have had excellent service at this establishment and greatly appreciate their efforts to make sure all customers are happy. Job well done, keep up the excellent work!

The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I would have preferred that all staff that interact directly with customers wear a mask. Other than that, no complaints.

Went to 2 other places trying to get my tire plugged and the gentlemen at the desk were not friendly and it was very clear the didnt want my business. Stopped by Just Tires which was close to my house and was the last option. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and told me they could fix my tire but there would be a wait time of about an hour and a half. I told him ok and sat down to wait. The wait ended up only being about 55 minutes plus because of my patience, the tire was plugged for free. That is something that has never happened to me and I was very appreciative and grateful for the blessing. It was a great experience after going to other places where friendliness was not shown and no wait even offered. I will definitely give Just Tires my business and will recommend them to others. The staff was very courteous and true gentlemen. Thank you for the great service given!

They took great care of me here. On my drive home from work my tire blew out. Within 3 hours of the incident I had new tires on my car. I would definitely recommend them to another person and will definitely be coming back here in the future. Very pleased with their work, ability to get it done fast as I needed it done quickly so I could get to work in the morning.
