I went to Fast Lube Plus for a state inspection after trying a different store down the road. At that store I was there first thing in the morning and was told my guys not here come back around 9:30 or 10. Nope. Went to Fast Lube Plus and was in an out in about 15 minutes. (Along with someone else who got the same brush off down the road.)The team at Fast Lube Plus was polite, and professional. The manager answered all my questions about future oil change options and I left with a great experience. Ill certainly back here for future oil changes and other service.

Been coming here for eight years and never had an issue. Got used to them taking headlights off auto and not putting it back. Always reset the oil percentage which I thought was cool. Last Saturday got oil changed. Put headlights back to auto then checked percentage and was still 20%. No big deal reset it. Planning trip to beach on Sunday. Pulled car out of garage and there was oil on the floor. Looked under and saw where it had dripped under oil filter. Took Monday morning off work and drove back to find out what was going on. Frame oil they said. They had spilled oil when changing filter and hadnt cleaned it up. Never, ever had that issue with that before. Talked to manager who pretty much acted like it wasnt a big deal. Well changing weekend plans and taking time off was a big deal to me. Will check reviews of other places for my next oil change.

I cant say enough about Fast Lube Plus in Holly Springs. To some it up best Ill use one word, Trustworthy! Its refreshing to go to a shop where they are not pushy and you can trust that they have your best interest in mind. The prices are also great compared to other shops.

Its so hard to go into these types of places and get what you ask for and not be pressured into additional services. This place is no exception. I only went here because my normal place was booked solid for weeks. The positive out of this situation is Ive learned to say No and be completely fine.

I love bringing my cars to be inspected at Fast Lubi Plus! Staff is always friendly. Don’t think I’ve ever waited more than 20 minutes from pull up to pull away for an inspection. Just brought 3 cars in last week. Won’t waste my time anyplace else!

Brought my car in for brakes and they worked with me on price as I needed a complete brake job done both front and rear. I had this done a few months ago and have had no problems since. Very friendly and had the job done quickly. I went back yesterday to get my ac compressor replaced, serpentine belt, and vtec solenoid. Again not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. Had my car in and out in a couple hours and my Honda Pilot is running good again. I would highly recommend them over some of the bad experiences I’ve had at places like jiffy lube.

These are a great bunch of guys and they always take good care of us.I use them for every oil change. Theyre very quick and Im in and out in not time.

I went in to get oil change and state inspection they billed me for both said car was ready but realized they didn’t do state inspection so they drove car back in the maintenance person came out and asked if I wanted to get different oil I told him that was done you are supposed to be doing state inspection then he comes out and says can’t do inspection you have to drive vehicle more your electrical system was reset. I said when they said don’t know I said I have not had that done there must be something wrong with sensor he said don’t know what to tell you we tell everyone to drive it more and come back. I told them to get away from my car and take state inspection off bill they did no such thing. Horrible place don’t go there no communication in shop! Will be making BBB report too!

Extremely slow service. Five people standing around while two actually do the work. Inspection service not offered all day but no signage or indication of that until you pull up to the bay.

My girlfriend and I always take our cars to this location. Unfortunately, my gf was recently in a pinch and had to go elsewhere (a different oil change shop in Sanford), at which point they told her she needed new brakes. This was interesting since she had JUST had her brakes changed within the month. Obviously she left without getting any service, then called FLP to schedule an appointment. She demanded that a manager looked over her car to ensure that only the work that was needed was done, at which point the manager (I believe Josh was his name), verified the only service required was a simple oil change. Brakes were absolutely fine. We both appreciate the quick response and thoroughness! Thanks!

The manager of the Fuquay Varina store, James Glassman referred me to the Holly Springs store. Mr. Glassman went above and beyond and coordinated my service needs with the Holly Springs assistant manager Brandon S. Both gentlemen provided stellar customer service. I was so impressed that my repair needs were resolved same day. Brandon was able to quickly obtain the needed materials at a fair and reasonable price. His skilled mechanic Jeremy professionally completed the repairs/installation within the estimated timeframe. (Actually finished sooner) Brandon also promptly contacted me when my vehicle was ready and personally handled my check out process. Ten stars for the entire experience and the fabulous customer care I received from both locations!

Good people that are honest and trustworthy. I had an issue with my company vehicle. The auto parts store did their free battery and alternator test and said that my battery was fine and that it was my alternator, so I took it to Fast Lube Plus in Holly Springs, NC. Ive been taking all of my vehicles here for years. They tested my battery and said that I needed a new battery. So I went back to the auto parts store, they re-tested it, and it failed this time so they gave me a replacement battery under warranty. I took the new battery back to Fast Lube Plus. They installed it and also checked the alternator, which they said was fine. So in the end, 6 hours later, I just needed a battery and Fast Lube Plus didnt even charge me anything. They just told me the truth that the my alternator thats 14 years old is still working just fine!

I love the Friendly and efficient service I always receive. The staff never tries to sell me something I dont need. Everyone is courteous and the service is blazing fast!!!! I am a customer for life!

Have been utilizing the business for over 14 yrs. Today was the worst visit and also my last. The manager on duty laughed when I asked about a cleaning of object the public was utilizing all day. I have been going to FLP for several several. They have been great to work with. And not just the routine oil changes. They keep accurate records of what services I have had, and make recommendations, without being pushy about those services. There have been a couple times I have had car issues that didnt come under their umbrella, and yet they were happy to help me out, and did a great job.

I have been using this company since they opened in town and am very satisfied with all of the work done on my vehicles. Theyve always been good to me! I came in today for a check engine light and they quickly diagnosed it (one part fell off). They quickly attached it and didnt charge a dime. Theyre also good for oil changes. Would recommend.

The people that work at this place are awful!!! My fiance took his car in to get inspected and, after they stalled the car twice trying to get it into the bay, they refused to do the inspection citing they were uncomfortable doing it because of an O2 sensor they claimed wasnt in the right place even though it was, which was explained to them. They inspected the same car last year, with all the same parts in all the same places, and had no problem. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

I have used Fast Lube since I moved to NC in 2015. This week I took 3 vehicles in and the last was my jeep. Unfortunately after I left I noticed they cut a wire that powers my halo headlights and pulled my power wire from my amp off my battery. I went back to let them know and they said they would fix it but I refused and told them I would myself. I wanted them to know they need to let people know when a mistake is made before they leave. I will go back but I will be paying more attention to what they do.I called back with in minutes after I got a response and as of today 4 days later the owner has still not reached out to me.5 moths later and still never heard anything from management I guess they really dont care about their customers. This makes me sad since this was my go to shop since I moved down to NC in 2015.

Stopped in with an issue I wasn’t even sure they would be able to help with. It was probably a quarter til closing time but these guys still took the time to assess my car and help me out!

Inspection was done on two cars and the time was very quickly done and exampled in detailed.

Dont know what they are doing. Trusting them will cost you money. They failed a simple AS-2 window test by saying i was 3% under the requirement - even as i pointed out the AS-2 factory laser etching.

These guys always do a good job at explaining what needs to be changed fluid-wise, but they also dont pressure you to get it changed if you dont want to. The service is always excellent and I go here every time I need an oil change.

I got there almost to closing time and they welcomed me instead of making me come back. They did my state inspection on time and they were using the Covid protocols.

The place is clean and the staff are polite, but they didnt take my coupon because it was expired but it is still up on their current website. They should either take the coupon off the website or accept the coupon because of their error

The mechanics at Fast Lube are the only ones allowed under the hood of my 2010 Ford Taurus, which now has 230,000 miles on the original motor! They also serviced my 2000 Ford Taurus, that had 228,000 miles when traded in for the 2010. I drive anywhere I want in the US because thats what cars are made to do...DRIVE! I zip down the 540 at 70 mph with no hesitation from my car. I credit the guys at Fast Lube with keeping my car on the road! I take it in for oil changes (their idea to switch the oil type as my mileage increased), and when they tell me I need additional work done, I trust them! If I choose not to get the work done immediately, they never pressure me or act surly towards me! I love being able to go into a business where they know my car and know me! They are friendly and engaging and sometimes tell a good joke! I would recommend this location to anyone who is serious about keeping her car in the best condition possible!

This group does incredible work and are one of the most honest service shops I have ever dealt with. Took my car in for brake work after the brakes started chirping and was convinced the pads were worn down. They could have easily replaced the pads and charged $$$ but they took me back and we looked at the wear on each pad- will definitely take my cars to these guys again. I love the guys at Fast Lube. I have a 2003 and a 2006 vehicle. I take both of my vehicles there and I always get honest treatment. Its nice to have a mechanic talk to you like your not just some female they can sell anything too. They treat you with respect.

Needed an oil change and state inspection, so tried them out on a Saturday morning! Pleasant and professional service and quick (it was unusually slow for them that morning). The guys were very nice to me and my boys and we were in and out in 20 minutes! I am DEFINITELY going back!!!
