After driving 2 hours and 50 mins from Lake Charles I was unable to get a vehicle through them ( not mad about that) but what I am FURIOUS about is the lady ran my credit so much I went in there with a credit score of 699, since then I’ve gotten about 12 letters in the mail saying how I was denied and each one my credit was lowered. My credit score is now 637. Never letting another dealership run my credit unless I know I’m able to get the car.

I waited a few months to cool off before writing this review so I could gather my thoughts and not be seen as hot-headed or emotional. Back in March, 2021, I found a Chevrolet 2500 crew cab from this dealership that had been recently listed on one of the major marketplace websites(I dont recall if it was Autotrader, Cargurus, etc.). After contacting the sales team and texting/speaking with one of their sales people, whom I didnt hear from so I reached out to his manager, I put in an offer to purchase said vehicle and it was accepted. Now, the reason why the salesperson didnt respond to me was that he was experiencing medical issues with his family. No worries. However, after the purchase offer was accepted, I attempted again to reach this salesperson to get the paperwork sent to me to be signed and notarized and, once again, said salesperson did not respond until I called his manager. I was then told the paperwork would be sent overnight to me. This occurred on a Tuesday. I did not receive this paperwork. Instead, what I received, after many attempts to contact the sales team, was a text message reply to my cell phone. It read: The owner of the dealership is holding the paperwork from being sent to you because they promised to sell this vehicle to a family friend. Im very sorry. This has never happened before. And that was that. We had an agreed sale price and the owner decided to sell the truck to a friend instead. The icing on the cake is that I still get emails from this dealership asking if Im still looking for a truck.

Recently had a bed liner put in my 2020 Ford F-150 by Terrebonne Ford. The whole process was extremely professional and easy. My salesman set up the appointment. The personnel in the Body Shop were extremely friendly and courteous. The bed liner was installed and turnaround was approximately 3 1/2 hours.

They have the best team. I highly recommend this place to buy a car, truck, or suv.

After setting up an appointment and showing where my radiator hoses were leaking. They called me in saying they checked everything and that everything was fine. Everything was checked off as good when clearly they didn’t check anything I explained. Still have a leak and have to keep adding coolant. You would think they would’ve notice all the coolant running on top my engine as well but nope! No one there was helpful after my experience and still charged me after doing absolutely nothing to my truck except clear my engine light! But then it came back on the second I turned my truck on. Then They told me i could make another appointment and they could diagnose it. That was the whole reason it was in the shop all day today!!!! Horrible experience.

Even though I had an appointment at 2:30 PM for a oil change. I called at 4:30 PM and they hadnt started yet. Got my truck at closing time. Whats the point of an appointment.

Most of the time I was able to get a good deal from the place. They are a little pricey compared to places in New Orleans.

Way to Expensive for High Mileage Trucks.

I have been to Terrebonne Ford twice for recalls on my F250. The first visit was for a tailgate issue which took two appointments to complete because they didnt have the parts to comply with the recall even though they knew why I was taking it in. The second appointment was for a steering recall. I received numerous text reminding me of my appointment, but when I took it in, they were closed due to Hurricane Laura on the west side of the state. No calls or text canceling my appointment. I do not recommend any Barker dealerships. Their GMC Buick dealership has the same type of service.

I shopped for a new car nationally, contacting over 20 dealerships. Terrebonne Ford stood head and shoulders above the rest in customer service, attention to detail, and communication. Bonus points to Katie E. for navigating an exceptionally great sales process.

My daughter called for appointment for her car overheating and was told it would be 3 week wait. Tank the service manager made appointment for 10:am July 21, 2020. She brought the car in. When she called about the car that afternoon about 4pm, she was told they just put it the diagnostic machine. The next morning she called to check on it. Tank was very ugly to her and told her it was still getting diagnosed and just because she had an appointment for that day it doesn’t mean they start working on it. He also told her if she needed her car to come get it. Totally disappointed with the service manager. Hopefully he has a child that someone treats like that so he can feel what I feel about him, Terrebonne ford needs to do something about this. Also when I return from work I will pay him a visit to discuss

Went in hoping they would take me to have an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment, and they were able. While i was there they also took care of a recalled passenger airbag that needed replacing. They were helpful and courteous every step of the way. Free water and snacks while waiting. I’d give 0 stars if it was possible. The truck I purchased was sold to me unsafe to drive. I was told that they would get the spare key for the truck, but now they can’t. The truck was missing a fuel door cover in which I was told I’d get a replacement. I brought the truck back for them to put on the fuel door cover and it falls off with ease when I arrive home. Apparently the fuel door hinge is broken and was broken but they allowed me to leave with it just like that. The truck was in an accident but wasn’t reported. The axle is bent, the bearings need to be replaced, the fuel door hinge needs to be replaced, and the wheel is also bent. Supposedly, no one was aware of the damage and allowed me to drive 45 minutes all the way home with a truck that they are now telling me is unsafe to drive. This dealership is untrustworthy and unprofessional in every aspect I’ve dealt with throughout this past week. I will never purchase another vehicle from these people. If I were you, I’d spend your money elsewhere.

Love my F250, 9 years old. Had a are broken exhaust manifold bolt, no one wanted to touch it, because it required the engine to be pulled. But Corey, my service tech took care of me. Educated me on the fix, quoted me a price, 4 days later. My gas engine no longer sounds like a diesel.My only suggestion would be to wash the cars after service, grease hand prints all over it.

Though we purchased our vehicle used from a different dealership the service department treated us very well, answered all of our questions, updated the info in their system as the vehicle originally came from there, took it in early to accommodate our working schedule and completed the warranty service ahead of schedule. They kept us informed through the service process and followed up with us afterward. We have had bad experiences in the past due to purchasing at other dealerships and bringing the vehicle in for warranty or recall work but not the case with Terrebonne Ford.
