Troy was very professional and did a thorough walk around the car with my daughter. He helped her set up all the mobile features and went through the assortment of little perks available through the app. The sales process was very easy and 2 hours from start to finish.

The only reason this didnt get 1 star is because the sales team was knowledgable and friendly. Unfortunately they bate and switched us when we were ready to make a deal. Told us hed be able to give us a used (loaner with 2500miles) 2020 CX-5 for around 24k and then we went to make a deal he changed it to 27.5k.We ended up getting a Brand New 2020 CX-5 from the Mazda in New Orleans for literally the same price AFTER taxes and fees.

Purchased a car paid cash last year, had a new sales rep didnt know anything about the car I purchased! Got a call recently from the new sales rep that took the guys place saying she could help with anything I needed. I asked her to get back withe me on an issue...still waiting! My car is there now getting work done so I ask if they can ya know wash it, well the lady in service said they dont have anyone that does that. Do WHAT!? I mean paid cash for the car! You are still getting my money with me in your service dept & you cant wash it? Very disappointing!
