Their ice cream, smoothie, and bubble waffle was really good! The ice cream is soft-serve ice cream. I tried their black coconut ice cream, which is coconut ice cream that is flavored enhanced with charcoal and had toppings of dehydrated mango and dehydrated strawberry. My husband got the strawberry smoothie with the bubble waffle. It was delicious! The staff also helped him pick out this choice. They were friendly and helpful!

2 stars for the quality of the drink & soft serve but 4 stars for the cashier being patient with me and answering my questions.For starters, Ive gone to Nobibi several times and in the past, the taste was stellar. However, in the recent months, the quality diminished. Perhaps its new management or the pandemic taking a toll on the business but as you notice in my pictures, they changed up the menu drastically. The cups are no longer the same either. It feels less sturdy. The inside is not as well maintained as it used to be due to no dine in allowed. However there is outside seating available (2 tables with a few chairs).Okay now about the taste. We got the Chillax Milk Tea which is basically caramel milk tea supposedly. However, we could hardly taste any caramel at all! The drink seem to have barely any milk because it tasted very strong & bitter. Also got the Ube Softserve which was a disappointment. Judging by the texture of the soft serve, you can tell already that its not rich in flavor which is unfortunate because last year their softserve was really rich & smooth but they may have opt out for a cheaper quality of it. Lastly, we got the Grapefruit Crush. It was probably the only decent one we got. Its basically grapefruit soda so it was refreshing.Also, this is a personal gripe I have but I wished the toppings for the ice cream was cut/grinded into smaller pieces (like how somi somi does it) so its more enjoyable to eat rather than very large pieces. I wished more M&M toppings were provided as well.

Love the ice cream, but wish they had chocolate/vanilla. The Sakura blossom was exceptionally good.(They currently have caramel or coconut ice cream flavor)

Cute decor and decent desserts. We had the guava Jasmine tea and the pineapple green tea. Didnt get a chance to try the soft serve ice cream this time but it looked good. The reason for docking one star is that the tea was not cold so we had to give the ice some time to melt.Please like this review and follow me on Google for the next round of HONEST and UNBIASED reviews.

Friendly and attentive staff. Answered my questions and gave me recommendations. The inside is so cute!! I saw an advertisement of them on my Instagram feed and had to check out this place. When I got out of work (because its closer to my job then where I live) I drive over. I live in Pasadena and this is out my way. However, if ever Im in the area, I will definitely go back.

Cutest ice cream shop Ive ever been. I tried milk tea and ice cream here, they both were yummy and pretty, especially the ice cream, it had the right amount of sweetness and chewiness.

Usually, I’m just so delighted to share all the ice cream options that exist in Houston. This time, I’m disappointed. I feel like we found a place that tried to throw all the ice cream trends together: cotton candy, toasted marshmallows, cereal, cookie crumbs, gold leaf, boba, and all the right decor. Neon signs, unicorns, brass, marble. Cats. But guess what? The ice cream wasn’t delicious. So enjoy the instagram-able everything, but it’s not as good as it looks.

This place is amazing!! Super cute and insta worthy😍 their ice cream is very tasty I got the dream cloud. The size is huge. Cheese peach drink is very refreshing. I asked and they use fresh Texas peach! That’s why it is so good. Owners are very nice people. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Came here for the first time with my family and it was just the cutest. So beautiful inside and comfy, the furniture is beautiful and the dessert is delicious. Their ice cream taste very good. It was however a bit warm in there, the AC might need a good check up. But other than that I would definitely come back.

A cute little drinks and ice cream shop. They have quite a bit of different hand crafted drinks. As well as ice cream selections. Got the August Oolong Matcha and the Strawberry Slush. They were both great! Definitely recommend checking this place out. Not to mention the cute pink interiors and #kpop music they have playing in the background. Very good place to hangout with friends on a chill day.

Very good place for an after meal dessert. The toro slush was creamy, fresh and not chalky at all. The velvet ice cream cone was more like dark chocolate. Service was a bit slow since there was a lot of people; this is a good thing and really shows how good this place is. Lots of Instagram friendly props, but the stuff here is pretty good. Cant wait to come back and try some other flavors.

This place is so cute, its very clean as well! Even the cups and other cutlery is adorable. I had classic Milk Tea with Boba and it was delicious, highly recommend for a date or catching up with friends.

While the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, this place is understaffed. On a Saturday afternoon, only 2 people working. In ten minutes, I saw 6 people leave because no one could take their orders!!!! Unacceptable. Also, two things I wanted were not available. Menu choices should be clearer and a more variety with the tea choices. Also need dairy-free options. With so much competition in the same area, everything should be A++.

Nobibi was very disappointing. I kept seeing this place advertised on the Localish TV channel. I decided to take my boys for the experience and we all ended up throwing our ice cream away. It had no flavor very bland and my boys did not enjoy the pink cotton cloud as well as the dried strawberries they said everything taste bitter. They only had pink clouds but on TV they advertised blue color cotton candy as option and other ice cream and other ice cream options. The place did not seem clean either and felt old an cold. Definitely time for New Decor. The TV show must have been recorded years ago because it looks totally different in person.

We ordered the brown sugar bobo. It was very pretty and my son really liked it. He said it was the most delicious thing ever 😂. If baby boy likes it, mommy is happy!! And the spoon they gave him to eat with changes color when it touches the ice cream.

A little run down and the tables and chairs were not clean. The bubble waffle was a little bland and was a bit much bread with my ice cream. The sitting area is odd too.

Came here on a Monday evening, August 17th, and there was only 1 employee working. I always get the matcha latte with cheese foam. I was informed that they had no matcha at all. So, my daughter and girlfriend ordered and when the receipt printed there was no boba listed for my girlfriends drink. I asked the girl behind the counter about it she said, “Oh, you want boba?” I said yes she asked for boba, twice. The girl, looking confused for a second then said that’ll be an extra $0.50! All I had was my debit card, I don’t carry cash, let alone change. I was told I couldn’t use my card because the debit card needs to spend a certain amount. So she waited and watched us dig up 50 CENTS!50CENTS!!!!!!! Her mistake and I had to waste my time finding 50 CENTS!!!!!Poor, poor, poor customer service. They have done this one time before and the manager was there and told them to put boba in it and not charge me. I don’t mind paying for what I buy but if you screw up as a business then it should be on you, ESPECIALLY FOR 50 CENTS!The environment of the store was us and a couple behind us, no music was playing, and we repeated ourselves twice.

This place is great. for starters, the boba has been perfectly made every time i’m here. ive never had a bad experience with it being too chewy, not flavorful, but they get it right every time. the interior is adorable and i cant wait until covid is cured and preventable so i can sit in here with a friend. i come here almost every weekend and get a rose milk tea with light ice and lychee jelly. it’s so good! it makes me homesick in a good way. not many places have rose milk tea!

The pineapple green tea had a funny taste but the Thai milk tea was delicious. I suggest that yall stop putting so much ice. When I request light ice the employees still put alot of ice. Also the D4 is way too expensive. The icecream is not worth the price. Please stop ripping your customers off. You all are charging customers for 24 ounces and only putting 12 ounces of actual fluid.

Thought I’d try a new place instead of my go-to boba located nearby. Definitely super cute aesthetic, and the staff was very sweet. I’m knocking two stars only because the sizes of the drinks were below average, if you’re used to other boba shops. The same price you pay at any other place, you get easily half the size.So if you’re going there for only a boba/drink, just a heads up on sizing!

Really impressed with this gorgeous little place! The colours and decorations are cute and fresh, and the menu is fun with enough choices without being overwhelming. The ice cream is very high quality and the add-ons are unusual and tasty. The brown sugar bobo was really delicious, and the coconut ice cream (just tried a sample) was probably the tastiest of the lot, though it was close. Very friendly people there who explained and answered all our questions, including the meaning of Nobibi - literally, No blah blah blah; meaning, Less talk and more action. Recommended!
