Terrible service. We ate there this afternoon after lunch in china town. We use to come here when our kids were young. Both my wife and I got stomach pains after eating here. Place looks rundown, dark and looks dirty. The display looks terrible. Most of the fruits were rotting in the display.

I LOVE this place with a passion I have been coming here since my senior year in high school the drinks are amazing in every way specially the price! these guys really know how to make delicious tapioca drinks that is not all they offer if you are looking for something refreshing and not spend a whole lot go go ice is the place to go customer service is always the best here from the moment you walk in till the moment you leave, it can get pretty busy but they work efficiently that the most I have waited here has been 15 mins just talking about this place makes me want to get into my car and drive over there for a mango tapioca they have stamp cards so eventually you end up getting a free drink how awesome is that!

This place only takes cash and is a hit or miss for desserts. The girl who worked at a cashier was not very pleasant and should learn how to make smoothies/slushees right. I ordered the Mango Strawberry Smoothie and it was rather watery. If it isnt under $4, I would not have gotten it.

Kindly warn everyone now not to go there anymore. I have to say that it used to be good. But now, they can’t keep everything fresh. If you have to order, please go with some common items. They should minimize their menu to 3 drinks if they can’t keep everything fresh.

Walked in and they said that they didn’t take card. So I came back an hour later to order SHAVED ICE and mind you the place is called GO GO ICE.... I walk up to order and they said “we’re out of ice”

Their drinks are not good. Super grainy, does not have good flavor. And their straws are not individually packet so they are all open and exposed.

In this place you can find Mexican mangoneada (like a mango smoothie with spicy sauce and tamarindo candy) 👍 and they sale mexican candies. I really recommend it.Also you can find some variety of drinks like wintermelon and more.

The smoothies taste very artificial and the tapioca is powdery. The straws were not inside the plastic and the employees were not wearing gloves. Had to go to a different tapioca spot to get straws.

Best tapioca smoothies there is. Tried at least 7 other spots and none can compare to these. Once you’ve had Gogo Ice, your expectations will never be the same. Fresh fruit and ingredients. Unlike all the other places I went to who used flavored syrups or even worse, flavored powder 😷 10/10 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Great quality, great customer service, great pricing, amazing taste! And the owner is such a down to earth and humble man. On my way to that side now and I can’t wait to get my smoothie fix!

I think its excellent. The tapioca are cheap compare to Tea house &’ its nature and better. I hope the prices stay the same and not change much over time because i will always come to this place ! I recommend it.

Have been coming here for the last couple of years. The smoothies here are great. In my opinion much better than at some of the big brand places. The prices are very agreeable, and the service is pretty much outstanding.

The fruit smoothies are good but only the ice hazelnut coffee and milk tea arent good. You have to pay ONLY with cash. It can get pretty loud because of the blenders.

Highly impressed with this place. Even if you dont like the boba (I dont like it), theres 50000000 options to choose from still. Anything strawberry and banana should taste great. Not the best location for us (my family lives far away), but we come here when we are near the store. The staff is friendly too and the store is clean.

We love GoGo Ice! We have been here many times with our family and continue to come and enjoy their yummy fruit frozen treats! Variety of fresh fruit. They will combine flavors. I havent had a bad smoothie yet. Blueberry and strawberry, avocado and honeydew, lemon and strawberry, coconut, pina colada, mango, and watermelon. Are all great. Bring cash. No credit cards accepted.

Super packed but very fast service! They put tons of tapioca in their bubble tea! Mmmm! The fresh fruit is on display so you can see as they cut it up for what you order.

One of the cheaper places to get a smoothie but always super loud in there so I dont recommend staying to drink it if you want to chat. Also I dont believe they have wireless Internet. And I personally always ask for half sugar because they make theirs pretty sweet. They use real fruit though which is a plus!

The many times Ive been, the owner is really nice, but loud. She screams her greeting at you, but its okay. I will accept the fact that I simply get greeted.Fruit tea is awesome! I love coming to this place to get a drink.The drinks are super affordable, they cost 3.23$, you can customize your own drink, its clean, they are pretty quick when it comes to making your drink, and its sooo delicious. It does get full one weekends, especially the weekends at around the afternoon it gets full but its definitely worth it cause they make the drink fast and plus you cant beat the price and the flavors plus the owners are pretty friendly there and I definitely recommend this place. Its a must go to place for boba, milkshakes and ect...

Best tapioca drinks in town. My favorite two drinks are honeydew and greenapple with tapioca and the other strawberry and lychee with tapioca. FYI...Only cash is accepted.

Amazingly kind people, and the tapioca balls are the best in Chinatown! The tea is also really delicious, and the smoothies all use real fruit.

They had so many options! I ended up getting fresh squeezed (like... I watched them do it) orange juice with tapioca pearls... but there are endless options. The prices are reasonable (another reviewer said $3 a drink, but I paid $4 for the same thing) and they have punch cards for frequent visitors. There are frozen drinks and teas and all kinds of fruits you can add. So delicious and friendly! You really need to give this place a try.

Not being rasist but when the Asian employees where there, it was really good and respectful, the most nicest people that would actually give you the drinks the way you want....now that Hispanic employees are there they are so rude and disrespectful, when you ask for a certain drink, they either tell you they dont make it there or they dont have it...ive never had problems, either they fix it or hire new employees

One of our favorite places for drinks and shaved ice with toppings (red beans, peanuts, almond jello, and barley). The staff is friendly and will top off your shaved ice with more ice and condensed milk if you ask.
