This place is so great!! Always friendly service and great treats. I love the sundaes but I have had the twisted as well. My daughter likes the taco and The banana splits. They have so many option it’s unreal. I love this place and highly recommend it.

Zach did an excellent job taking our order. This is our third time here. First time we ordered a strawberry sundae and a banana split. The last two visits we ordered a brownie sundae and its pretty consistently made. I added a picture, so delicious!

Milk shakes are good and have many options. The price isnt bad either, even had a treat for my dog.

Very good ice cream with a large variety of options. Well priced for the quality. The Twirls which are essentially their version of Blizzards from Dairy Queen, always have a generous amount of candy, nuts, etc in them. The staff are sometimes a little awkward but this is excusable as they seem relatively young, (high school teens) and they always got my order correct.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. They do everything to ensure your order is curated to perfect satisfaction. I am a loyal customer who often orders through DoorDash when my craving hits. I visit often from Canada and there is nothing like it. I usually get the Cheesecake Quart with cheesecake ice cream and blended cheesecake bits. This is the best ice cream I’ve ever had, and the only thing that makes it better is the manager who always makes sure it is done just right. Thank you Twister Treat for making my favourite ice cream and for employing people who like people!

Best icecream Ive tasted in a while the service was fast and easy the prices are very good and affordable unlike other icecream places that charge you 3 dollars for just a scoop compared to a 4 dollar large icecream.

I normally look forward to coming here but this time i was very disappointed.I ordered two relatively similar hot fudge sundaesTwo employees made each ice cream separately and it is pretty clear one takes their job more serious than the other.

The people that run this place are soooo rude. I brought a bottle of water and my son spilt the whole bottle and did not want to spend a $$ again and at home we drink tap water anyway when I asked them if they can give me a glass of tap water. They asked me to fill in ladies bathroom. They are really rude in my opinion... will never come here again.

Zero service. Windows were covered. No. Losed signs.. We could clearly see them thru a small opening in the window. They served someone at the drive thru. We knocked 3 times and no answer. Could have atleast said something about drive thru only or that they had closed.

Had repeated my order 4 times and still got it wrong. After the fact I repeated it over the box and in person to still get it wrong place was once good now Im done with it and sticking to snow cones

Filled my car up with 5 kids and drove through the drive thru at Twistee Treat. Every single one of them enjoyed their treats including me, with a cup of pistachio ice cream. They really do put the cream in ice cream. Creamy, decadent and delicious! We will definitely be back.

Note that our experience is based on a one-time drive-thru purchase.Location: Easy to get to and easy to find.Wait & Line: There was a decent sized drive-thru lane. While it did have a line when we got there, it was empty when we left. I assume like most places, the wait is pretty variable. That said, it was still a relatively quick experience (8 minutes?).Price: A nice range of options means you can have your fill at a budget (or you can splurge).Taste: Delicious. The ice cream taco was unique (for us at least) and provided us with a nice diversity of tastes with the different toppings (it can be messy though). The Brownie Boat was very filling and is something that can easily be shared by two people.Staff: Super nice and accommodating. She was very patient with us as we tried to figure out what to get.Lastly, I liked the large containers for the ice cream.

The only place in Houston that I have found that serves the same kind of soft serve ice cream I grew up with AND has chocolate sprinkles!

Ive gone here a couple of times now trying to give it a chance and they are not doing themselves any justice. I order and pay for extra toppings and do not get them. Tonight I ordered a large sundae and extra topping, they gave me a normal cup half full of ice cream, barely any topping, and top the other half of the cup off with whipped creme to hide how much I got shafted on what I paid for. The flavor is good but if im not getting what I pay for, IM NOT HAPPY. This is twice now with a bad experience.

Ice cream is good and the dips are great. Will return for that reason.Two stars for: Been out of butterscotch for sundaes for at least the last month. My waffle cone today was broken on the top and served to me anyway. My butter pecan soft serve was half butter pecan on top, visibly, but below was vanilla. Like they goofed and just covered it up. Had to sit for about 2 minutes for additional napkins when the dude asked if there was anything else and began closing the window before hearing my request for napkins for my 3 year old. And nearly got a second hand high when that drive thru window was opened. Could be why the service wasn’t on point. 😬

The drive thru here is so tight that you cannot get thru with a truck without rubbing or going over the curb. Its atrocious. Ice cream was good, not great. We both got flavored soft serve and the added mint flavor was artificial tasting and overwhelming.

If you want to treat yourself with a creamy and sweet ice cream. This is the place. Period.

Really good soft serve on a warm day. Daughters and I each had dipped cones. Cherry dip was new for us. It tasted okay, but was not as good as the standard chocolate or butterscotch dip. Had one chocolate dipped cone that was poorly dipped, almost rushed. Of course, that cone was also forgotten on the order, so it was received late (thus the rush). Site has been out of marshmallow cream for a week, so my wife passed on ordering. Not the best experience Ive had here, but Ill return for the sweet treats.

Had a basic vanilla cone. Tastes good but the cones sweat ice cream and it gets sticky and melty fast! Their shakes are good though!

Shelby is one of the best managers I’ve ever seen at a fast food environment. She’s energetic, always on top of orders and works so hard to make sure that everybody has a smile on their face before and after they get their ice cream! Wish they would bring back the blueberry flavor though. Very good and fairly priced for the quality of the ice cream!
