Great prices, customer service, and fresh produce and meat everyday. I would highly recommend shopping here if your looking for a quality product at great price. The store manager is extremely helpful to the customers and sets high standards for this grocery store.

I was able to find most of the common items here at reasonable prices. However Ive mostly found Desi ginger to have fungus on it. This has happened continuously for more than 2 months now. I even brought this to their attention still there have been no change. This makes me believe that the vegetables are not fresh there. However, its good for everything else.

It was another bad episode, Last weekend me and my wife went to Manpasand, I bought a flavored milk drink made of Thailand, but the taste was very bad it was smelling very bad. I immediately came back and requested the lady on counter to return the item. She rudely told me that it is open and i cannot return.Store staff is not trained to meet these situations. She was loud and rude to me and said you go and sue the company this is not our fault. I think she was advising me to sue the manpasand or thai comapny. I told her that she dont know what she is talking about and then she refund me through store credit. I would advise manpapsand to train the people on counter and tell them what is the return policy of the desi comapny. This is USA, not india or pakistan...

Exceptional place to shop for grocery needs. Very clean and fresh products. Prices are honestly fair and good, if not better compared to other grocery stores I have shopped.

I go there all time but there is this one female employee at the cash registee shes very rude and unprofessional.I had a hand-basket full of grocery and when I reached at the checkout counter and put the bucket on top of grocery belt, the employee suddenly rudely said, take all the grocery out and put it on the belt. I am not your servant. I felt very disrespectful and her attitude was way off.I told her she shouldve done it by getting the grocery out of the basket as a courtesy but then her unprofessional manner insisted that I am Wrong as a customer and she is not my Servant to take grocery out of the basket.Her way of saying things can tell she is arrogant and possess bad attitude.Whenever you are in this store make sure to go to someone else at the checkout. She has a very heavy indo-pak accent and wears western attire.

Chicken is not fresh at all. This happened second time with me. I will report the Texas health and human services if it happens again. I am sure it’s packed a week ago and date was changed. Owner must look into it. I did not go there for a refund because I know the lady in the morning is owner’s wife and is very rude.besides that the store is good and have great prices. I will edit this review if I see change in the poultry quality.

We have enjoyed shopping at this grocery store for a while now, but we will no longer shop here. We went here today and noticed that they marked the prices up after the ice storm situation. The meat and several other items have been marked up nearly 50%. Some might think that meat is not essential, however, this is a halal grocery store. A lot of people in the area cannot just walk into Walmart or Krogers and get meat from there. Considering that, their meat shop would fall into essentials. Shame on them. I am going to report them for raising prices during a time of crisis. We will never shop here again and I will tell my family and friends to do the same.

Dont buy coconut here it is rottonI purchase yesterday went back the 2 chashier s told me they will call mangner which they lied I was standing there about 5 minutes I just walk out I always support them. But I will not spend my money there this is not Indian this is U S A

I have been going for my groceries for almost 14 years but recently I have been noticing the groceries have food bugs in I got 40lb of kitchen king rice and besan repeatedly I have been noticing bugs crawling all over flour and it has been recently purchased after so many incidents I will never buy groceries from them and everyone please check for bugs in your groceries

Bought a FAMOUS brand GHEE, and it was horrible...had turned bad then oil...cant eve use to burn...Pls avoid..Most desi products either have no expiry date or nearing expiry...Buyers beware...!!!!

I am a regular customer since last 3 years,Today I went there for grocery one of the cashier lady is very rude and unprofessional her behavior is very bad I really disappointed.they need to improve there services.

This location use to be good! Recently I noticed not only did theyre prices went up on produce/meat since covid outbreak but they stop packaging cut up whole chicken! You will only see regular packages of cut up chicken where theres no white meat includes onlt dark. And theyre separating the white meat making extra money that way too. Btw there lamb chopa, mutton where fine before now theyre pricey but also stingy on meat. They opened up awami now and they will not disappoint you Im going there now!

The meat and produce are always fresh. The new management is very good and have reasonable prices. The employees are helpful too.

All of the Desi groceries that you can think of as a single male from south Asia, is under one roof. I mean there are different places too for such a very need but the prices here are reasonably better.Took a star off because once upon checking out this one product that I had was charged double. I asked the cashier for taking it off because theres only one and youre charging me for two. She took it off. But that left me with trust issues. Dont know how many other stuff every now and then could have been charged doubled to any one of us.

Overpriced groceries and below average customer service. The quality of their meat is not as good as it used to be.

This place brings the trolleys outside (that people use) and had raw meat inside of this.Not only that but its also a very dirty place inside. I would rate this place 0 stars but thats not an option.

I used to love coming here back when it was Savoy when they sold mainly Pakistani items ever since they changed it to Manpasand almost every item is from India dont like it and the place is too small

The prices are higher than other places and the service is bad. They only thing going for them is that they have a lot of selections and varieties but service is bad. The cashier was rude and was more interested in her phone than us. When I asked for help to find a product was told we dont carry it but walking around I found it. Most likely wont go back

Friends be careful before buying any packed products from here.They don’t remove expired goods from their inventory. Height is even after informing them,you will find that product next time right there.

I wanna give them a 0 because the cashier Sidra charged my mom $172.86 for 1 dollar methi leaves. Can you guys believe it? They are cheat people. I will never get groceries from them. Please guys always check your receipt after buying anything from them.

*** Management Accuses me About Lieing for Produce !!! - Even after the employee confirmed my story. - Service Sucks and Careless Attitude !!! ***This store was recently taken over by new management and we were hoping to see some positive improvements from the new management.While it is more organized and efficient now, sadly the service has taken a back seat at this grocery store. If you happen to forget collecting your shopping items before leaving the store, DO NOT EXPECT TO RECEIVE IT. ITS GONE.They will lie about it and put it back on the shelf.While we were regulars to this place we will now never attempt to shop with them in the future. We will give other vendors a chance.* Recently we forgot some produce before leaving the store and when we called back to inform them that we had forgotten they implied that we were lieing about it. We were accused of being thieves.*** Even after the employee who serviced me confirmed that we had indeed forgotten our items, the manager still goes on to talk about other customers who steal occasionally. ***I mean who in their right mind would call back for a couple bucks of produce only to hear that they were being accused of being thieves. If i was truly lieing about something, I would have called back for some expensive item. While I never expected this kind of reaction from any management, this clearly shows that they dont care about customer retention and repeat customers.This attitude has upset me too much and I would highly encourage people TO NOT GO to the store simply because their service sucks and they dont know how to deal with customers and argue on the stupidest things.

I have purchased stuff from here and when I checked at home, 3 of them were expired, so called store to complaint about it, I had to call several times to talk there because they were hungin up the phone. Next day, I went there and talked to manager about it. He ignored and refused to take items back and said its not from here. Very pathetic and dishonesty. Never going back to store.

Very bad service. Meat is not good at all.. packets hat are kept there go bad in minutes of reaching home which is 15 minutes away. When confront to manager, they say Customer is suppose to Check packet before buying.. meat packets are pre-packed so customers can not judge how meat is inside on bottom part.. manager is really rude to customers and walks off if confronted. Don’t go here as other prices are high as well.. better off go to some other desi stores which are close by within 10 minutes away.
