Monday, Oct 2, 17 called in around 8:30. This guy couldnt have been more rude and obnoxious. His phone system was obviously malfunctioning. Im constantly saying, hello, hello. Im not sure what hes saying on the other end because there is no sound. However, instead of being professional he says, what? Once the sound comes back and at this point Im curious as to whether Ive accidentally dialed a persons personal cell phone number because Im thinking theres no way a person on a business line would be saying this with this tone. So I inquired, is this a business? He says YEAH. He says it in the rudest way possible. So I addressed the issue, I said your phone system is messed up and I couldnt hear you. He says, sarcastically, how strange, interesting. Or something ridiculous. I proceeded to try and remain decent and I was going to ask if they service can am spyders. I am new to this side of town and have three bikes so I would be trying to find a reliable place to get them serviced. However, I couldnt even finish my sentence with this guy, I just hung up the phone. I wouldnt dare go to this place for service of any kind. I mean it was completely uncalled for and I cannot convey to you the level of attitude, rudeness and unprofessionalism he displayed. That was insane.... as a business owner myself I cannot fathom how the doors are still opened with that sort of mentality and approach to prospective customers.
